Abstract

Rendahnya penyediaan informasi yang mendukung pengelolaan hasil pertanian di daerah Minahasa Tenggara akan berpengaruh pada distribusi hasil produksi. Distribusi yang tidak merata dapat menyebabkan stok produk di suatu daerah akan sangat berlebih, dan di daerah lain menjadi sangat kurang, hal ini akan memicu kurangnya keseimbangan harga produk yang beredar dipasaran. Melihat permasalahan yang ada maka perlu dirancang dan diterapkan sistem informasi yang akan memberikan solusi untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi hasil pangan daerah-daerah dan dikelola untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak hasil produksi yang harus dikonsumsi, dijual dan bisa didistribusikan ke daerah lain dari petani atau kelompok tani maupun perusahaan pertanian berbadan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Rancangan sistem dibuat dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional. Pengujian rancangan menggunakan loop testing untuk menggambarkan pembentukan struktur program secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Digitalization of technology that has been applied in various fields has changed various forms of activities in daily life both in the business environment, government, and social life. Entrepreneurs are also encouraged to change practices in their business in order to survive in the digital era. One way to increase this competitive advantage is to take advantage of social media in running a business. Social Media Marketing and more particularly instagram are becoming increasingly important in consumers’ purchasing decisions,This research aims to analyze My Rise Instagram content with consumer buying interest based on attention, interest, desire, and action (AIDA). This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was carried out using observation and in-depth interviews with key informants and informants. Based on the result of research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn; First promotional efforts carried out by the My Rise Store through Instagram social media turned out to be effective and had an important role, especially in creating audience awareness about the product. Implementing the AIDA Model through Instagram content has proven to increase traffic visits to an account of Instagram business @yash.uplabel. Second, the owners also pay attention to every piece of content they create based on the AIDA model to make people interested in the product, so finally visit the store and buy the fashion product directly.

Abstract

The development of technology affects all aspects or fields, one of which is the field of business marketing which is often referred to as digital marketing. Digital marketing is currently the focus of business people, including MSMEs. They must quickly adapt to changes because it can help disseminate products to the public and increase sales. Business actors are facilitated by digital marketing platforms, such as social media, with various derivatives. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the level of engagement in social media marketing to the increase in sales and productivity of My Rise (MSMEs). The research method used in this study is qualitative. This research focuses on the level of engagement of each social media marketing used by My Rise. Through the data collection method through interviews and social media observations, the results of the research showed that the social media marketing used by My Rise is Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, where each social media has its advantages in its use. However, the social media with the highest engagement is Instagram because more people use Instagram social media, so the target market is more targeted.

Abstract

Nowadays, internet developments can be adopted to increase a business through deployment information, thus stimulating the effect of following the news. The following phenomenon or trend is called the bandwagon effect and can be used to build a business by utilizing the trends. At this time, one of the trends is the rise of the viral culinary idea. Nielsen reported that foods are on the first rank in the contribution of consumer spending. So opening a culinary business is an opportunity. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The data resources were obtained from primary data through in-depth interviews with Sobat Ngelak. This research found that when used well, the bandwagon effect will be a good business opportunity. However, the bandwagon effect can not last long without being balanced with opportunity recognition. Ability to analyse an opportunity and create an idea required as a consequence of Sobat Ngelak to follow the trend on social media. The bandwagon effect has the benefit to give of contributing to increasing the demand of the market.

Abstract

Products and customers have a close relationship, therefore UMKM need to build good relationships with customers. The most common way that companies or UMKM do is to look at the reviews given, this is called customer feedback. The results of customer feedback to companies or UMKM can improve service and product quality. The problem that arises is how to process the many reviews given, especially reviews from marketplaces like Tokopedia. Therefore, a method is needed to see user reviews of the products being sold, whether positive or negative. The method that will be used is sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is the process of understanding and extracting and automatically processing text data and can produce sentiments that are displayed in a sentence. The steps taken were taking House of Smith customer review data at Tokopedia, manual labeling to get positive and negative data reviews, data preprocessing, TF-IDF weighting and classification using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results of sentiment testing using the Naïve Bayes algorithm with TF-IDF weighting quality accuracy of 83% with visualization of the distribution of words that appear the most are the words 'good', 'comfortable' and 'use' for positive reviews. The most frequent negative reviews were 'material' and 'thin' which indicated that some buyers felt that the product had a thin material.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey by Kurious and Populix, a healthy lifestyle starting to become a focus and trend in Indonesia. These surveys reveal people's understanding of healthy food, with the problems that arise. Even though many people understand its benefits, there is still a gap between understanding and healthy practices, especially among the productive age group (25-44 years). Difficulty maintaining consistency in a healthy eating pattern is a challenge faced. The solutions provided from the survey results show that 64 percent of Indonesian people use healthy catering services to maintain consistent healthy lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the idea of developing the YumHealth startup emerged to help people start eating better, with a focus on catering services and delivery service features, nutritional consultations, education through articles,and a BMI calculator. This research will focus on implementing these features using a Design Thinking approach and testing using the Usability Testing method. Apart from that, the potential of the online market in Indonesia is also an encouragement to develop this application. This research aims to provide adequate solutions to existing problems and improve user experience. Based on the results of Usability Testing with 30 respondents, the final result was 71.5, which means the application prototype is in a good grade. The testing results also provide suggestions such as the use of typography (fonts), and visualization in education, as well as adding features such as guide pages and TDEE calculators.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kunci bagi UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif. Sistem informasi yang terstruktur menghadirkan manfaat besar bagi bisnis, mulai dari meningkatkan efisiensi proses hingga memperkuat kerja tim untuk meningkatkan daya saing. E-commerce menjadi solusi bagi tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM, dengan biaya pemasaran terjangkau dan kemampuan untuk mempromosikan produk tanpa infrastruktur fisik yang mahal. Melalui pendampingan dan workshop, pelaku bisnis di Desa Dadapayam, Kabupaten Semarang, diberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal dalam bisnis mereka, dengan fokus pada media sosial, marketplace, dan website. Tahapan pendampingan mencakup survey, sosialisasi, dan pembuatan desain promosi, dengan tujuan mengatasi kendala utama terkait kurangnya pemahaman dan kesulitan dalam menggunakan media digital untuk promosi dan penjualan. Langkah-langkah strategis telah dirumuskan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya teknologi dalam bisnis dan menyediakan wadah bagi UMKM untuk mempelajari dan menerapkan teknologi tersebut secara efektif.

Abstract

Kopi Hening is a coffee business in Salatiga City managed by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Facing challenges in customer communication and manual bookkeeping processes, this study aims to design a prototype UI/UX for an inclusive cashier application to enhance operational efficiency and bookkeeping accuracy. Using the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) approach, the study involved direct observation of cashier activities, interviews with supervisors, and design evaluation through simulations using the Cognitive Walkthrough method. The Cognitive Walkthrough evaluation, which measured user success rates in completing specific tasks, showed good performance with transaction scenarios achieving 83-86% success rates (cash payment 83%, transfer 83%, QRIS 86%) and financial bookkeeping scenarios reaching 73%. Expert evaluations confirmed that the design adheres to inclusive UI/UX principles, though further adjustments, such as optimizing text size and element spacing, are recommended for better accessibility. This study serves as an initial step toward supporting digital inclusion and provides a foundation for the future development of inclusive cashier applications.

Abstract

Focus of central government program in order to sustain tenacity of food is to align charging of barns of food society. This paper would examine the Gravity Location Model algorithm which is part of the network development strategy of supply chain management to determine the location of a facility (such as warehouse or factory). This algorithm is used theoretically to determine location of food barn in Southeast Minahasa. Determination of location food barm for society using Gravity Location Model is based on the rate of Normative Consumption Ratio per capita in a year. Sample location of 12 districts were taken using GPS and had been adjusted with digital map from Google Map. The result of calculation has get that food barn of society is in North Tombatu district in geographically located at 124° 41' 38.00'' east longitude and 1° 2' 28.39'' north latitude. Based on division 2 regions for the placement food barn society from 12 district. Alternative location of the first area is Ratahan in geographically located at 124° 47' 46.62'' east longitude and 1° 3' 17.71'' north latitude, and for the second alternative location area is at Tombatu in geographically located at 124° 41' 3.49'' east longitude and 1° 2' 18.33'' north latitude. Keywords— Food Security, Gravity Location Model, Normative Consumption Ratio, Supply Chain Management.

Abstract

Indonesia pada Pemilihan Umum 2024, muncul sejumlah nama besar seperti Prabowo Subianto, Ganjar Pranowo, dan Anies Baswedan. Sedang marak persiapan dalam mengambil simpati maupun suara rakyat, baik di dunia nyata maupun di dunia maya, salah satunya social media yang merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan di jaman sekarang. Penelitian ini akan membahas impact dari peristiwa Wadas, Jawa Tengah terhadap sentiment masyarakat kepada Ganjar Pranowo yang adalah Gubernur Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine penelitian ini memiliki output yaitu pengaruh Peristiwa Wadas terhadap sentimen masyarakat pada media sosial, yaitu twitter. Kemudian bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap calon presiden yang lain, yaitu Prabowo Subianto dan Anies Baswedan.
