Abstract

Personal finance management is very important, especially for the younger generation such as students, for their future. However, in reality, there are still many students who do not understand how to manage finances effectively. Community service activities are carried out for students of SMA PGRI 2 Padang with the hope that students will be able to manage their personal finances from an early age. This activity is carried out through a series of workshops and interactive discussions that involve students in activities based on good financial planning and management. Through a simple and practical approach, students are invited to learn the basic concepts of money management, create a personal budget, and understand the importance of saving and investing. The results of this service show an increase in students' understanding of the importance of personal financial management and their ability to plan a more structured budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan siswa Fase F di SMKN 5 Padang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa Fase F SMKN 5 Padang yang berjumlah 196 siswa, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel (total sampling). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Literasi Keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan siswa tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang positif, bahkan cenderung berasosiasi dengan perilaku yang kurang optimal dalam konteks penelitian ini. Di sisi lain, Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan siswa dalam mengendalikan diri, semakin baik pula perilaku pengelolaan keuangan mereka. di samping peningkatan literasi keuangan untuk membentuk perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat pada siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning failities and learning motivation on ips learning outcomes for students of class VII SMP SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in the academic year 2021/2022. The research was conducted at SMP SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in November-Desember 2022. The population of this study was all students of class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam in the academic year 2022/2023, totaling 57 people taken by total sampling. The questionnaire test was conducted at SMP IT Yayasan Wakaf Generasi Madani Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. The technique of collecting data is through a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis is tasted by t test and f test. The results showed that: (1) Learning failities (X1) had a positive and significant effect on ips learning outcomes for students in class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the t test, the value of tcount is 2.202 > ttable 2,005. (2) Learning motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on ips learning outcomes for students in class VII at SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the t test, the value of tcount is 2,412 > ttable 2,005. (3) Learning failities and Learning motivation to learn have a positive and significant effect on the ips learning outcomes of students in class VII SMP IT Al Madaniy Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam, as evidenced by the results of the F test, the value of Fcount > Ftable is 11,099 > 3,168.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap sinisme organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Studi kasus ini dilaksanakan di perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) kabupaten pesisir selatan. Rumusan masalah, apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan?, pakah terdapat pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap sinisme organisasi pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan?, pakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sebagai variabel intervening antara kompensasi finansial dan sinisme organisasi pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan?. Populasi dalam studi kasus ini adalah seluruh pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan berjumlah 90 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah  primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan melakuka survei tentang pendapat responden dengan kuesioer  yang  berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, kompensasi finansial serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif atau hubungan yang berlawanan dan signifikan terhadap sinisme organisasi pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening secara parsial dengan sinisme organisasi pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening secara penuh  antara kompensasi finansial dan sinisme organisasi pada PDAM Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

Service quality serves as a key factor determining satisfaction and loyalty; therefore, improving service standards is a crucial step toward cooperative sustainability. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on member satisfaction at the Plantation Employees Cooperative (KOP-BUN) of West Sumatra Province. As a people-based economic institution, cooperatives play an essential role in enhancing the welfare of their members. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied with a population of 78 cooperative members selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis employed simple linear regression and t-test to determine the effect of service quality on member satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality has a positive and significant impact on member satisfaction. The regression coefficient of 0.096, with t-count (2.414) greater than t-table (1.992) and a significance level of 0.018 < 0.05, indicates that higher service quality leads to greater member satisfaction. The study implies that cooperatives need to enhance responsiveness, clarity of information, and staff empathy to maintain and improve member satisfaction levels.

Abstract

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of Financial Literacy on the Financial Management Behavior of Phase F students at SMKN 5 Padang; (2) the influence of Self- Control on the Financial Management Behavior of Phase F students at SMKN 5 Padang; and (3) the joint influence of Financial Literacy and Self-Control on the Financial Management Behavior of Phase F students at SMKN 5 Padang. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all Phase F students totaling 383 individuals, with a sample of 196 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and tests. Hypothesis testing (F-test and t-test) and data analysis were conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that: (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior of Phase F students, with a t-value of 3.707 > t-table 1.972 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) self- control has a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior of Phase F students, with a t-value of 3.273 > t-table 1.972 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05; and (3) financial literacy and self-control together have a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior of Phase F students, with an F-value of 25.123 > F-table 3.04 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the better the financial literacy and self-control, the better the students’ financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of learning process evaluation on students’ learning motivation, (2) the effect of locus of control (LOC) on students’ learning motivation, and (3) the effect of learning process evaluation and locus of control on students’ learning motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 66 students at MAN 1 Padang. The sampling technique applied was total sampling, involving the entire population as the research sample. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS Version 25. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and F-test. The results show: (1) learning process evaluation has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation with t-count 2.252 > t-table 1.998 and a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05; (2) locus of control positively and significantly affects learning motivation with t-count 3.193 > t-table 1.998 and significance 0.002 < 0.05; (3) learning process evaluation and locus of control together significantly influence students’ learning motivation, indicated by F-count 10.697 > F-table 3.143 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings suggest that both variables play an important role in enhancing student motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Padang; (2) pengaruh literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Padang; dan (3) pengaruh gaya belajar dan literasi digital secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hubungan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Padang sebanyak 350 siswa, dengan sampel 78 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (β = 0,268; t_hitung = 2,022 > t_tabel = 1,665; sig = 0,047 < 0,05); (2) literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (β = 0,264; t_hitung = 2,300 > t_tabel = 1,665; sig = 0,024 < 0,05); dan (3) secara simultan gaya belajar dan literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (F_hitung = 5,493 > F_tabel = 3,967; sig < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kesesuaian gaya belajar serta penguatan literasi digital dapat mendukung peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of full day school on student learning outcomes in economics subject phase E at SMA Negeri 8 Padang, (2) the influence of library utilization on student learning outcomes, and (3) the simultaneous influence of full day school and library utilization on learning outcomes. This research applies a quantitative approach with a sample of 188 students selected through proportional random sampling from a population of 356 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS Version 27. The hypothesis was tested using the t-test and F-test. The results indicate that full day school has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, with t_count value of 4.802 > t_table 1.972 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, library utilization shows a positive and significant effect, with t_count = 3.106 > t_table 1.972 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, full day school and library utilization influence learning outcomes with F_count value of 78.261 > F_table 3.143 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that full day school and library utilization have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics phase E at SMA Negeri 8 Padang.
