Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi layanan kesehatan yang dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan melalui kinerja perawat. Faktor beban kerja dan stres kerja menjadi aspek penting yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat. Beban kerja yang berlebihan tanpa diimbangi dengan sumber daya yang memadai berpotensi menurunkan kualitas layanan, sedangkan tingkat stres kerja yang tinggi dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental serta menurunkan produktivitas perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja perawat (Y) di RS Umum Mutiasari Duri Riau. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Instrumen skala Likert dikonversi ke skala interval dengan MSI sebelum analisis. Uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkan model: Ŷ = 0,594 + 0,033X1 + 0,743X2 + ε. Secara parsial, X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y (α=0,05), sedangkan X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y (α=0,05). Secara simultan, X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y (uji F). R² = 0,680 menunjukkan 68% variasi kinerja perawat dijelaskan oleh kedua prediktor; SEE = 0,261Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional serta strategi manajemen stres yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Abstract

Outpatient cardiovascular services are among the healthcare services with high patient volumes, which may lead to process inefficiencies and decreased patient satisfaction, particularly among BPJS Health Insurance participants. Lean Management is considered a strategic approach to improving service efficiency and patient satisfaction through Waste elimination and continuous improvement. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Lean Management, identify types of Waste, examine its impact on patient satisfaction, and explore the role of strategic management in supporting the sustainability of Lean Management in the outpatient cardiovascular clinic of RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan. This study employed a qualitative design with a case study approach. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and included hospital management, healthcare staff, and patients. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document review, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that Lean Management had been implemented through the application of Just-In-Time principles, 5S culture, Kaizen, and service digitalization. The main types of Waste identified were waiting time, administrative duplication, and service flow Bottlenecks. The implementation of Lean Management had a positive impact on patient satisfaction, particularly in terms of service flow clarity, procedural simplicity, and staff attitudes. However, waiting time and physical facility comfort remained key challenges.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) yang masih tinggi pada kelompok ibu hamil risiko tinggi menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil risiko tinggi melalui pendekatan inovatif berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh integrasi smartwatch SINURMI dan website SICAKEP terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil risiko tinggi dengan mediasi oleh BUSERMIL. Penelitian ini merupakan studi survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, dilakukan pada ibu hamil risiko tinggi di UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kotakaler Kabupaten Sumedang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi smartwatch SINURMI dan website SICAKEP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran BUSERMIL, serta BUSERMIL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil risiko tinggi. Selain itu, integrasi SINURMI dan SICAKEP terbukti meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi BUSERMIL. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi wearable dan sistem informasi kesehatan yang didukung peran aktif BUSERMIL efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil risiko tinggi dan berpotensi mendukung upaya penurunan AKI di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer.

Abstract

Abstrak Kepatuhan praktik Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) merupakan elemen krusial dalam upaya mencegah infeksi nosokomial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Authentic Leadership (X1) terhadap Kepatuhan Praktik PPI (Z) dengan mediasi Kesadaran Berperilaku (Y) pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Restu Ibu Balikpapan. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif-survei, data dikumpulkan dari 142 responden tenaga kesehatan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan uji mediasi PROCESS Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Authentic Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesadaran Berperilaku, serta secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Kepatuhan Praktik PPI. Kesadaran Berperilaku terbukti memediasi hubungan tersebut secara parsial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan kepemimpinan yang autentik dapat meningkatkan kesadaran profesional tenaga kesehatan, yang pada gilirannya mendorong kepatuhan terhadap protokol PPI. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan unit dan sistem pendukung guna meminimalkan risiko infeksi nosokomial. Kata Kunci: Authentic Leadership; Kesadaran berperilaku; Kepatuhan PPI; Infeksi nosokomial Abstract Compliance with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices is a crucial element in preventing Nosocomial Infections. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Authentic Leadership (X1) on IPC Practice Compliance (Z) mediated by Behavioral Awareness (Y) among health workers at Restu Ibu Hospital Balikpapan. Employing a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 142 health professionals via questionnaires. Data analysis utilized Path Analysis and Hayes' PROCESS mediation test. The findings indicate that Authentic Leadership significantly and positively influences Behavioral Awareness, and both directly and indirectly impacts IPC Practice Compliance. Behavioral Awareness was found to partially mediate this relationship. These results suggest that strengthening Authentic Leadership can enhance health professionals' awareness, which subsequently drives adherence to IPC protocols. Therefore, it is recommended for hospital management to reinforce unit leadership and support systems to minimize the risk of Nosocomial Infections. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and medical staff attitudes on the satisfaction level of BPJS outpatient patients at RSUD Bumiayu, Brebes Regency. The research background is based on the existence of patient complaints regarding service quality and medical staff attitudes, which are perceived as suboptimal. The study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 281 BPJS outpatient respondents, while secondary data were collected from hospital records. Service quality variables were measured using the five SERVQUAL dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), while medical staff attitudes were assessed through three dimensions (cognitive, affective, behavioral). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both service quality and medical staff attitudes significantly influence patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality and fostering positive medical staff attitudes to enhance BPJS outpatient satisfaction at RSUD Bumiayu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) on the effectiveness and efficiency of outpatient services and its implications for employee performance at Rumah Sakit Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa, Bogor City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees directly engaged in outpatient services and HMIS utilization. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis with SPSS version 24. The results indicate that HMIS contributes to service effectiveness (β=0.605; R²=36.6%), reflected in improved patient data accessibility, recording accuracy, and service speed. HMIS also contributes to service efficiency (β=0.603; R²=36.4%), evidenced by reduced patient waiting times and accelerated administrative processes. Service effectiveness and efficiency jointly contribute to employee performance (R²=26.5%), although only efficiency demonstrates a meaningful partial contribution. HMIS exerts a direct effect on employee performance (β=0.526) as well as indirect effects through effectiveness (0.126) and efficiency (0.242), yielding a total effect of 0.894. It is concluded that optimal HMIS implementation contributes to improving outpatient service quality and employee performance.
