Abstract

Universitas Bina Darma has implemented an academic system located at http://sisfo.binadarma.ac.id. In the academic system, there is some information that can be obtained by the students. From all menus contained in Universitas Bina Darma academic system it can be seen that all the prepared information is indeed very important and helpful especially for college students. With regard to the importance and the benefits felt by students it will arise a perceived satisfaction of information obtained from the academic system. To measure the level of satisfaction of students against the University's academic system Bina Darma then used standard ISO 9126. The results showed that the six components of the standard ISO 9126 provide enough our satisfaction for the students in the use of academic information systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kualitas website Institut Ilmu kesehatan dan teknologi Muhammadiyah dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Dalam penelitian ini, kualitas website diukur melalui, kehandalan, kemudahan penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Melalui penelitian ini, penting bagi institusi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan dan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas website mereka. Studi ini menghadapi beberapa masalah, seperti menentukan indikator yang tepat dan mengumpulkan data yang representatif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang diusulkan antara lain pemilihan indikator yang komprehensif dan relevan, pengumpulan data yang sesuai melalui survei online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan tingkat kualitas website memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,22. menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website memenuhi harapan pengguna. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas website Institut Ilmu Kesehatan dan Teknologi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Space rent adalah layanan kerjasama yang ditawarkan oleh Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan untuk calon mitra kerjasama. Space rent ialah layanan dalam bidang kerjasama yang cukup menjanjikan. Akan tetapi, untuk pemasaran dan reservasi space rent masih dilakukan secara manual dan diharuskan mengikuti proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan. Pada penelitian ini berupaya memberikan solusi untuk memfasilitasi pihak Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan dalam pemasaran dan promosi serta calon mitra kerjasama untuk reservasi space rent, yang dimana akan dibangun aplikasi pemasaran berbasis android menggunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD yaitu metode yang relative singkat sehingga cukup efisien dan efektif dalam membangun aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pemasaran space rent menggunakan metode RAD yang dapat di akses melalui smartphone android. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemasaran, promosi, serta reservasi space rent.Space rent is a cooperation service offered by the South Sumatra Light Railroad Management Center for potential cooperation partners. Space rent is a service in the field of cooperation that is quite promising. However, marketing and space rent reservations are still done manually and are required to follow ongoing business processes. This research seeks to provide a solution to facilitate the South Sumatra Light Railroad Management Center in marketing and promotion as well as prospective partners for space rental reservations, which will develop an Android-based marketing application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. The RAD method is a relatively short method so it is quite efficient and effective in building applications. The results of this study are space rental marketing applications using the RAD method which can be accessed via an Android smartphone. With this application, it is hoped that it can help with marketing, promotion, and reservation of space rent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kesiapan sistem informasi kearsipan nasional (SIKN) di Dinas Kearsipan Provisi Sumatera Selatan (studi kasus lembaga kearsipan daerah/LKD). Setelah melakukan studi literatur, penelitian ini dimulai dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan variabel yang ada pada metode TRI (Technology Readinnes Index) kepada 50 responden, dari 17 Lembaga Kearsipan Daerah. Metode TRI merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kesiapan pengguna website. Hasil dari pengisian kuesioner oleh responden diuji nilai validitas serta reliabilitasnya untuk mendapatkan variabel dan indikator yang valid dan juga reliabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh/sampel sensus untuk menentukan sampel. Indikator yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Optimis (Optimism), Inovasi (Innovativeness), Ketidaknyamanan (Discomfort), dan Ketidakamanan (Insecurity). Indikator yang digunakan terdiri dari 23 butir pernyataan dan terbagi dalam 4 dimensi diantaranya, 4 indikator pada variabel optimism, 5 indikator dari variabel innovativenes, 7 indikator dari variabel discomfort, dan 7 indikator dari variabel insecurity. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan TRI, didapatkan hasil tingkat kesiapan pengguna terhadap website SIKN tergolong kedalam kategori Medium. Hal tersebut diperoleh dengan melihat hasil dari total TRI yang didapatkan yaitu 3,51. Nilai tersebut berada diantara 2,89 sampai 3,51 (2,90 ≤ TRI ≤ 3,51). Variabel Optimism mendominasi skor total TRI dengan nilai 1,20 yang menunjukkan bahwa para pengguna  merasa optimis dan memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap website SIKN mereka percaya bahwa SIKN dapat memberikan efek positif terhadap pekerjaan mereka.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat belajar siswa dan siswi.. dalam pengelolaan sekolah, tentu saja tidak terlepas dari arsip atau dokumen sekolah. Dokumen ini sangat penting di dalam pengelolaan sekolah, dimulai dari dokumen siswa atau siswi sampai dengan dokumen pengelolaan sekolah. Sejauh ini dokumen sekolah belum tersimpan secara digital. Oleh karena itu mengingat perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, dokumen sekolah perlu dilakukan penyimpanan secara digital, sehingga dapat meminimalkan penyimpanan manual yang membutuhkan tempat yang besar. Pengabdian kali ini merupakan kegiatan untuk membatu pihak sekolah di dalam mendokumentasikan dokumen secara digital. Berdasarkan wawancara, banyak dokumen yang belum dilakukan secara digital, sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan di dalam melakukan penyimpanan secara digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pihak sekolah di dalam melakukan digitalisasi dan sertifikasi dokumen sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to create an application for ordering food and beverage menus on Android-based K&Y Coffee. Currently, K&Y Coffee is still using a simple manual method in the menu ordering process. Where the cafe and customers still use pen and paper as a medium for ordering. This method is still not efficient, where customers are still waiting and queuing for the ordering process and cafe owners are still having trouble monitoring orders, managing menus and viewing sales reports. Therefore, the use of information technology will be very helpful in the ordering process. In this study, the method used is the selection of data types, namely primary data obtained from observations, literature studies and interviews. While the method used in the construction of this system is the Extreme Programming method. The implementation of this research uses Android Studio with Java, Kotlin, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming languages. The databases used are My SQL (My Structured Query Language) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool for system design and testing of this system using BlackBoxTesting. The results of this study are a system that will make it easier for cafe owners to manage menus and view sales reports and make it easier for employees and customers in the menu ordering process.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, especially in the delivery of healthcare services. Websites now play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services and information to patients, acting as a vital medium of communication. Puskesmas OPI Palembang is a healthcare institution serving the community, consisting of several departments (polyclinics), including the Maternal and Child Health Room, the Elderly Room, Special Room 1 for Respiratory Diseases, Special Room 2, General Examination Room, Dental and Oral Room, Laboratory Room, Pediatric Room, and Immunization Room. At Puskesmas OPI Palembang, a blog is currently the primary medium for disseminating health service information, alongside brochures, e-flyers, and promotional materials distributed to the local community through free health education initiatives. For outpatient health services, patient registration is still managed using paper-based records. To improve services, a website has been developed to serve as an effective platform for patients to access information about the health center, doctor schedules, polyclinics, and outpatient services, including patient registration. The website provides essential details such as the health center's location, contact information, and doctor schedules, including names, working hours, and practice days. Patients can register online by completing personal information, complaints, preferred polyclinic, and doctor details. The website was developed following the Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases of the Extreme Programming methodology.

Abstract

Public services are one of the obligations that local governments must fulfill to meet the rights of their citizens. In its implementation, local governments leverage technological advancements to save costs and conserve resources, one of which is by creating an online Application for Development and Application Development Information System (SI-MOHONBANGET). This integrated national digital service can enhance the quality of government administrative services and public services that are more systematic, straightforward, and integrated. Currently, the development of information and communication technology in regional apparatus at the Communication and Information Office, particularly in the field of Applications and Informatics, is still conducted manually, requiring individuals to visit the office directly. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors, as well as data corruption, while also minimizing the occurrence of data redundancy. Therefore, it is essential to develop an application for regional apparatus to facilitate online applications for the construction and development of applications with substantial storage capacity, allowing for periodic data checks. The method used in this research is web engineering. The result of this study is the availability of an application that can be utilized to submit requests for the development and establishment of web-based applications within the Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service quality of Pos Express in South Sumatra by applying the SERVQUAL method to identify gaps between customer expectations and perceptions. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing structured questionnaires to 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The measurement instrument was developed based on five SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results indicate that customer expectations were consistently higher than perceived service performance across all dimensions. The largest negative gap values were found in the responsiveness (-0.73) and reliability (-0.72) dimensions, indicating weaknesses in service response time, complaint handling, delivery punctuality, and information accuracy. Meanwhile, the empathy dimension recorded the smallest gap (-0.29), suggesting relatively positive interpersonal interactions between staff and customers. To support data processing and analysis, a web-based evaluation system was developed to automate SERVQUAL calculations and reporting. The system facilitated efficient data management and improved the accuracy of service quality analysis. Overall, the findings highlight the need for service improvement, particularly in enhancing operational reliability and responsiveness. This study provides empirical evidence to support service quality management and decision-making in regional postal services.
