Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital yang serba cepat membuat seluruh pekerjaan menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Salah satu hal yang tidak dapat luput dari sasaran perkembangan dunia digital adalah dunia bisnis dan transaksi perdagangan. Karena cepatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mengakibatkan masyarakat cenderung lebih senang bertransaksi secara online atau virtual melalui berbagai macam aplikasi, salah satunya adalah aplikasi AYO TOKO by SRC. Aplikasi Ayo Toko merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan toko kelontong untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara lebih mudah dan efektif. Analisis kepuasan pengguna ini menggunakan metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) merupakan alat untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna suatu sistem atau aplikasi dan hasilnya akan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistic Variabel EUCS terdiri dari lima variabel, yaitu: isi, keakuratan, bentuk, kemudahan dan ketepatan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur presentase kepuasan pelanggan pada aplikasi Ayo Toko by Src di Kabupaten Lahat Sumatra Selatan.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa presentase hasil kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 5 variabel dari metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)

Abstract

The distribution of subsidized fertilizer is a government program designed to help farmers increase agricultural yields at an affordable cost. However, in practice, the distribution and redemption process often faces various obstacles, such as manual recording, inaccurate allocation data, and a lack of transparency between distributors, retailers, and farmers. Therefore, an integrated information system is needed to facilitate accurate and real-time data management and reporting. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system for subsidized fertilizer distribution and redemption that can be used by administrators, retailers, farmers, and management or business owners. The system was designed using a web engineering approach and developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. Key features include data management for regions, retailers, farmers, and farmer groups, fertilizer allocation, redemption, and stock and distribution reporting in graphical and tabular form. System testing results indicate that the application can simplify the recording and tracking of subsidized fertilizer distribution, increase transparency between relevant parties, and minimize data input errors common in manual systems. With this information system, the fertilizer distribution process becomes more structured and accountable, thus supporting the effectiveness of government subsidy programs in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to how humans interact, one of which is through social media. TikTok has become one of the popular social media applications with various attractive features that support users' creativity and self-expression. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the TikTok application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This method assesses user experience based on 10 statements rated on a Likert scale ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree." Data were collected through questionnaires distributed in online. The analysis results showed an average SUS score of 73.4, indicating that TikTok has a good and acceptable usability level. This study provides insights into TikTok's strengths and weaknesses in meeting user needs and offers recommendations for further development.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data santunan kematian di lingkungan masjid sering kali masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pengolahan data, serta kurangnya efisiensi dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus Masjid Darusaslam dalam menggunakan aplikasi E-Pakem sebagai media digital untuk mengelola administrasi santunan kematian secara lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari pengurus masjid dan anggota masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan santunan kematian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami fitur-fitur utama aplikasi E-Pakem, mulai dari proses input data, pengelolaan data anggota, pencatatan santunan, hingga pembuatan laporan administrasi. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan ketepatan pencatatan data dan mempercepat proses administrasi santunan kematian. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan pengelolaan santunan kematian di Masjid Darusaslam dapat dilakukan secara lebih profesional, transparan, dan efisien melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada administrasi perkantoran menjadi salah satu upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik. Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat Polda Sumatera Selatan, khususnya Subbagian Perencanaan dan Administrasi, masih menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam pengelolaan surat, seperti proses pencatatan yang belum optimal, pencarian arsip yang memerlukan waktu, serta keterbatasan ketika sistem utama mengalami gangguan teknis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan implementasi Sistem Informasi Surat-Menyurat berbasis web sebagai sistem pendukung administrasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan mitra, identifikasi permasalahan, pengembangan sistem, pendampingan implementasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, serta evaluasi terhadap pemanfaatan sistem. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu proses pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar, disposisi, pengarsipan digital, dan pencarian dokumen secara lebih terstruktur. Selain itu, mitra memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam administrasi surat-menyurat sehingga proses pelayanan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas administrasi dan mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan pada Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat Polda Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

At this time, the use of internet services as a means to obtain information is increasingly being used. Because of its broad reach and easy access to the internet, it is ideal when used as a means of promotion and means to publish information. Although the internet has a negative impact, the positive impact is given more and is very helpful for anyone who uses it. This ticket booking program aims to solve customers’ problems, such as during ticket ordering and looking for information about tickets or other things. Such as helping all customers whose access to ticketing counters is constrained by distance and time, facilitating customers and ticket sellers in the buying and selling process, promoting the company, and providing services to customers regarding online and on-time ticket bookings. The internet is a very potent medium for developing a dynamic and wide-scale information system; with the internet, information about anything can be obtained easily and quickly and can be accessed via smartphones or laptops that are widely used in the current era. Based on the various conveniences and functionalities possessed by the internet, a "Design of a Bus Ticket Reservation System was developed. On-Line and On-Time Ticket Booking System. This web-based software is made with PHP, MySQL, and Macromedia Dreamweaver version 8. This information system is designed to provide convenience in terms of ticket booking services and obtain other information needed by customers in a short and efficient time, such as available departure schedules, the type of vehicle to the kind of route provided, and other information required by the customer.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool used by teachers to convey subject matter to students or media used by students to deliver assignments given by the teacher. In this training activity, computer-based learning media were introduced for presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, which students of SMP Patra Mandiri 2 Palembang could use to present assignments given by the teacher to the front of the class with attractive shapes and appearances. Community Service Activities (PKM) in the form of training are carried out for two days, in which students are required to be able to make presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and present the material they made in front of the computer laboratory room. This activity is carried out in direct and interactive practice, where students directly practice the material provided by the PKM Team, and students can also have direct discussions with the PKM Team. Before implementing the training activities, students were given a written knowledge test to determine the level of students' understanding of the training material to be delivered. Only 20% of the student participants often made materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. After two days of implementing this training activity, an evaluation was carried out regarding the knowledge and abilities of the student participants in creating and presenting material using Microsoft PowerPoint. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that all student participants have succeeded in making presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and some student participants are also able to present the material in front of the class

Abstract

Laboratorium sekolah terdiri dari peralatan komputer yang tentu saja tidak terlepas dari persediannya. Sejauh ini di SMP Negeri 25 Palembang, Laboratorium Komputer belum diinventarisasi dengan baik, sehingga datanya tidak tersimpan dengan baik oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi inventaris. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM)  ini merupakan kegiatan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam mendokumentasikan inventaris aset laboratorium komputer sehingga diharapkan inventaris laboratoriumnya dapat terdata dengan baik. Kegiatan PkM yang berbentuk pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pengenalan aplikasi inventaris yang sebelumnya telah dikembangkan oleh tim PkM, serta memberikan praktek langsung dalam penggunaan aplikasi inventaris untuk digunakan pada SMP Negeri 25 Palembang. Pelatihan kali ini bertujuan melatih tenaga laboratoium untuk bisa menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dengan lancar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan tenaga laboratorium di dalam melakukan inventaris asset tersebut.

Abstract

Train services are a popular mode of transportation in Indonesia, especially in the Greater Jakarta area. However, the quality of train services is often debated among users. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of train service users using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with a focus on the DAOP 1 Jakarta area. The data used are reviews or comments of train users taken from Indonesian Railways social media. The results of the study show that the CNN method can classify user sentiment analysis with accurate results or high accuracy. This sentiment analysis shows that train users in DAOP 1 Jakarta have positive sentiments towards aspects such as punctuality, service, comfort and safety. The results of this study can help the railway to understand user needs and complaints so that they can improve service quality with a final value of 89.29% accuracy, 88.73% precision, 90.00% recall, and 89.36% F1-score.

Abstract

Digital transformation in archive management has become a critical need for government institutions, including the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency. This study aims to design a web-based archiving system focusing on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) aspects using the CodeIgniter 3 framework. The methodology applied is Design Thinking, which involves the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test, and implement. The system is designed to simplify the recording, storage, retrieval, and management of incoming and outgoing letters in a digital format. The results show that the system significantly improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in archive management. Testing using the black-box method confirms that all functionalities work as expected. This system provides a solution to the limitations of manual archiving, which is slow, vulnerable to damage, and difficult to track, and supports enhanced public service quality within Diskominfo OKU.Keywords: UI/UX; Digital archiving; CodeIgniter 3; Design Thinking; Diskominfo OKU AbstrakTransformasi digital dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi instansi pemerintah, termasuk Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang system kearsipan berbasis web yang focus pada aspek antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX). Menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking, melalui tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test, dan implement. System dirancang untuk mempermudah pencatatan penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar secara digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta keamanan dalam pengelolaan arsip. Pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai harapan. System ini memberikan solusi terhadap kendala arsip manual yang lambat, rentan rusak, dan sulit ditelusuri, serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan public di lingkungan Diskominfo OKU.Kata kunci: UI/UX; Kearsipan digital; CodeIgniter 3; Design Thinking; Diskominfo OKU
