Abstract

In the context of the world of work, the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on motivation and job satisfaction is an increasingly relevant research topic. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms, and beliefs held together by members of an organization, while organizational commitment reflects the level of attachment and loyalty of individuals to the organization where they work. These two factors are believed to have an important role in shaping employee motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the motivation and job satisfaction of employees and lecturers in an organizational environment. This research is a quantitative study. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Palu, using 129 respondents consisting of employees and lecturers as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. By creating a motivating and satisfying work environment, universities can improve academic and administrative performance, which in turn will improve the reputation and attractiveness of the institution to prospective students and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Researchers have a number of beliefs and experiments that must be proven, namely that the Green Accounting variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on company performance, which consists of environmental performance and company performance, because the better the expenditure to maintain and preserve the environment, the company will be far from conflicts caused by pollution. environment, fines due to environmental pollution, and even natural disasters. However, these expenses will not be very significant if there is no good corporate governance. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Green Accounting variable on Company Performance with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research was collected using a questionnaire method from 150 employees in the B3 waste supervisory and management department and 150 employees in the finance department. This data can also be called primary data. The data collected from the questionnaire method was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool.

Abstract

This research is an insight into the literature related to the monopoly market in Vietnam, namely the State-Owned Enterprise Vietnam Electricity (EVN). State-owned Vietnam Electric Group (EVN) is Vietnam's largest electricity company, responsible for electricity generation, transmission and distribution across the country. EVN plays an important role in ensuring stable electricity supply and expanding electricity access in both urban and rural areas. EVN's monopoly market study in Vietnam is a study related to the structure of the electricity industry in Vietnam.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of spiritual, emotional and intellectual intelligence on work performance in British Propolis partners. The population in this study were all official British Propolis partners in the city of Palu. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship or influence between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The research instrument used was the gform questionnaire. Data testing was carried out with SPSS 21.0. The results of the research show that the spiritual intelligence variable has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 3.669, a sig-t value of 0.001. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 3.737, a sig-t value of 0.000. The intellectual intelligence variable also has a positive and significant influence on work performance of British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated t value of 2.004, sig-t value of 0.050. Simultaneously, there is an influence of spiritual, emotional and intellectual intelligence on work performance in British Propolis partners in the city of Palu with a calculated F value of 27.964 which is greater than the F table which is 2.766 with a sig-F value of 0.000, which means that the analysis results show all the hypotheses. submitted in this research is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Sultan Bantilan Class III Meteorological Station Office, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. With quantitative research methods, data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive influence between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. An effective leadership style is able to motivate employees, while high work discipline contributes to improved work performance. This research makes an important contribution to human resource management in government agencies, with recommendations to increase employee motivation and discipline to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Management terhadap Kinerja perusahaan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian terkait dengan praktik-praktik pada supply chain management yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang Kuliner yang berjumlah 30 perusahaan dan berada pada kabupaten Sigi. Sumber data penelitian dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pemilik industry keripik. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan praktek supply chain management ada yang berpengaruh dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel yang berpengaruh adalah information sharing dan process integration, variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah cooperation dan long term relationship.

Abstract

In the study of employee performance management, this is an issue that requires important attention, where the performance of individual employees in the organization is part of organizational performance and can determine organizational performance. The increasing use of the internet among employees in various companies and agencies in Indonesia will certainly affect employee performance, both positively and negatively. This study aims to determine the effect of browsing and e-mail on employee work productivity at the Plantation and Animal Husbandry Service of Central Sulawesi Province. This study used a sample of 73 respondents and quantitative research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that variables browsing activities (X1) do not have a significant effect on employee performance and activity of sending emails (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance. If these two activities are examined simultaneously, it turns out that they have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sikap atas perilaku pelaku usaha kuliner dan norma subjektif terhadap penerapan konsep green accounting melalui pendekatan Theory of Reasoned Action. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian campuran (mixed-method) antara pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Makassar. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling sebanyak 68 orang pelaku usaha sebagai responden. Selain itu, terdapat pula 6 orang pelaku usaha yang menjadi informan dalam teknik depth-interview. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan analisis regresli linear berganda sedangkan data kuliatatif dianalisis dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap atas perilaku tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap minat atau keinginan pelaku usaha dalam menerapkan green accounting. Sebaliknya norma subjektif justru mempengaruhi keinginan pelaku usaha. Salah satu bentuk norma subjektif yang mempengaruhi adalah estetika penggunaan bahan dan alat ramah lingkungan mampu mempengaruhi pelaku usaha dalam berupaya melestarikan lingkungan dan sosial melalui penerapan green accounting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio likuiditas PT Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan data sekunder, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rasio likuditas yang terdiri dari current ratio, cash ratio, banking ratio, loan to deposit ratio dan loan to asset ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa analisis rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2022 dilihat dari current ratio dinilai sangat baik, cash ratio dinilai sangat baik, loan to deposit ratio dinilai sangat tidak baik, loan to asset ratio dinilai sangat baik, dan banking ratio dinilai sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of budget planning, budget implementation, and budget accountability on the performance of the health operational assistance budget at the Palu City Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method with a research sample of 42 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the variables of budget planning, budget implementation, and budget accountability for the performance of the health operational assistance budget are partially  the variables of budget planning, budget implementation, and budget accountability for the performance of the health operational assistance budget. The correlation coefficient value (R) shows that the relationship between motivation, work environment, and compensation variables with employee performance is 96.8% (very strong) with a determinant coefficient value (Adjusted R-Square) of 0.933 means that the variables of budget performance can be explained by the variables of budget planning, budget implementation, and budget accountability of 93.3%.
