Abstract

This study analyzes the farming system of stevia (Stevia rebaudiana) under a partnership scheme between the Subur Agung Sejahtera Farmers Group and PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk. The main problem addressed is the uncertainty of market access and production costs faced by farmers in cultivating stevia as an alternative sweetener crop. The objective is to assess the cost structure, income, and economic benefits of the partnership. A descriptive analysis method with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was employed. Data were collected through surveys, structured interviews, and documentation, involving 10 farmers as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The findings show that the total production cost per planting season (six months) amounted to IDR 184,786,667, consisting of fixed costs of IDR 13,696,667 and variable costs of IDR 171,090,000. The farming activities generated total revenue of IDR 375,000,000, resulting in a net income of IDR 190,213,333. These results indicate that the contractual partnership provides farmers with stable benefits, especially through guaranteed markets and fair prices. Strengthening cooperation with the company and improving production quality are recommended strategies to further increase farmers’ income.

Abstract

Penggilingan padi keliling merupakan teknologi pengolahan hasil panen padi. Penggilingan padi ini merupakan modifikasi mobil yang dilengkapi dengan mesin penggiling padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan pada usaha penggilingan padi keliling di Desa Trimomukti Kecamatan Candipuro Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pemilihan lokasi dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). pengambilan sampel responden menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Dalam hal ini responden merupakan pemilik usaha dan pekerja di penggilingan padi keliling di Desa Trimomukti Kecamatan Candipuro Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian usaha penggilingan padi keliling menunjukkan total biaya  yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp10.835.611 dengan rata-rata setiap responden sebesar Rp3.611.870. Penerimaan usaha penggilingan padi keliling sebesar Rp13,356,000 dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp4,452,000. Pendapatan usaha penggilingan padi keliling sebesar Rp2.520.389 dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp840.130. Nilai R/C usaha penggilingan padi keliling sebesar 1,23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha penggilingan padi keliling di Desa Trimomukti Kecamatan Candipuro Kabupaten Lampung Selatan layak diusahakan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional sehingga memerlukan strategi pemasaran yang efektif agar mampu bersaing di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process) terhadap keputusan pembelian bibit alpukat di UMKM “Bibit Buahku” Kota Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5 yang dibagikan kepada 110 responden, dipilih dengan teknik multi stage sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product, Place, Promotion, dan Process berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan Price, People, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketujuh variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,514, yang berarti 51,4% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh marketing mix 7P. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas produk, saluran distribusi yang mudah diakses, promosi yang efektif, serta proses pelayanan yang baik merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada sektor agribisnis digital.

Abstract

Seller vegetable are actors in the downstream agribusiness subsystem who have a role in distributing vegetable products in residential areas based on considerations to establish direct contact with consumers. This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers who buy vegetables at mobile vegetable traders and find out what factors influence consumer decisions in Ambarawa Asri Housing in purchasing vegetables at mobile vegetable vendors. This research uses basic quantitative methods with a case study approach. The sample data taken were consumers who purchased vegetables at mobile vegetable vendors totaling 80 respondents. The method of data analysis is done by using multiple linear regression through the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that the characteristics of consumers are women who work as housewives between the ages of 46 to 55 years who are married with the last level of high school education and have 4 family members, have a monthly personal income of less than Rp 1,000,000 and the average monthly family income is between Rp 3,000,000 to Rp 4,999,999. Consumers shop daily at mobile vegetable vendors and rarely shop elsewhere and have 2 subscription merchants. The variables that significantly influence vegetable purchasing decisions are psychological factors, product factors, and distribution factors. Keywords: Vegetables, Purchasing Decisions, Seller
