Abstract

Abstract Institutions of courses and training which are included in the type of non-formal education in the midst of the rapid development of information and technology, are required to adapt to technological developments and the needs of society. One form of innovation is to utilize information and communication technology in the provision of courses and training services using the LAO-based Android application. The results of the validation of the manuscript of this model in terms of all aspects of the format are stated to meet the validity criteria and the value of the degree of reliability is declared reliable, then the results of empirical tests conducted in several courses and training institutions scattered in several other districts / cities, can be briefly described that The level of satisfaction of respondents with the LAO-COURSE Program Model is very high, Providing alternatives for the community and students to take courses at the institute of courses and training through the LAO-COURSES Application, the community is more Active in finding the desired course institutions, Facilitating the Community to see data LKP and Course packages are offered to the community and students. Abstrak Lembaga kursus dan pelatihan yang termasuk jenis pendidikan nonformal di tengah pesatnya perkembangan informasi dan teknologi, dituntut untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk inovasi adalah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada penyelenggaraan layanan kursus dan pelatihan dengan menggunakan aplikasi LAO-Kursus berbasis android. Hasil validasi ahli naskah model ini ditinjau dari seluruh aspek format dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dan nilai derajat reliabilitasnya dinyatakan reliable, kemudian Hasil ujicoba empirik yang dilakukan yang dilakukan dibeberapa lembaga kursus dan pelatihan yang tersebar di beberapa kabupaten/kota yang lain, dapat digambarkan secara singkat bahwa Tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap Model Program LAO-KURSUS sangat tinggi, Memberikan alternatif bagi masyarakat dan peserta didik untuk mengikuti kursus pada lembaga kursus dan pelatihan melalui Aplikasi LAO-KURSUS, masyarakat lebih Aktif dalam mencari lembaga kursus yang diinginkan, Memudahkan Masyarakat untuk melihat data-data LKP dan paket-paket Kursus yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat dan peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabuapten Soppeng, petugas pemberi pelayanan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil sebanyak 3 orang, dan masyarakat yang sedang mengurus administrasi kependudukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik trianggulasi sumber. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektifitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Soppeng dilihat dari standar prosedur pelayanan, waktu penyelesaian, biaya pelayanan, produk pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana, dan kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan yaitu: 1) Prosedur Pelayanan belum dapat dikatakan efektif, 2) Waktu Penyelesaian dapat dikatakan cukup cepat akan tetapi belum efektif, 3) Biaya Pelayanan dapat dikatakan efektif dilihat dari pelayanan gratis, 4) Produk Pelayanan dapat dikatakan efektif dilihat dari ketersediaan produk pelayanan, 5) Sarana dan Prasarana belum dapat dikatakan efektif, 6) Kompetensi Petugas Pemberi Pelayanan belum dapat dikatakan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencataan Sipil Kabupaten Soppeng telah terlaksana dengan baik akan tetapi belum efektif.

Abstract

Information technology allows offices to manage information and communication more effectively and efficiently. By using information technology, offices can optimize the data management process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of information technology in employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of the use of information technology in employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia TBk Makassar.  This research uses a qualitative method, therefore in order to achieve a research objective, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this research were 5 employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the use of information technology in employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar can be seen from the indicators that hardware, software and brainware are "effective". It can be seen from the aspect that the hardware that uses a computer is adequate with good quality so that it is very helpful for employees in supporting office activities. From the aspect of software used to process data, including processing, compiling, and storing data, it is quite flexible in supporting the work in the office, one of the applications used is a spreadsheet data processing application that produces relevant, accurate and timely information. From the human aspect (brainware) of human resources in the office of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Makassar stated that the technology component is very important in carrying out the development of the use of information technology and all the devices that have been provided. The supporting factors of information technology are information systems that utilize information technology to facilitate the management of various forms of facilities and infrastructure as well as information technology that makes it easier for employees to carry out their individual needs, while the factors that hinder the use of information technology are several problems that are often faced including high dependence on information technology, incompatibility with business processes, regulatory readiness,  procedures, and limitations of human resources, information technology is often not supported by an effective management system and work process, as well as limited human resources.

Abstract

The Role of the Tourism Office in Tourism Development in Selayar Islands Regency is an agency that plays an important role in developing or changing in terms of tourism in the region, especially in Selayar Islands Regency. This research method used is descriptive research located at the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism Office. For data collection carried out by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data of the results of the study managed by researchers using Spradley data analysis techniques.From the results of this study can be used as a consideration and reference for making policies or future decisions in order to build and develop tourism in Selayar, so that tourist attraction objects can or can be managed properly by the tourism office, because many researchers previously they were only researchers about the income obtained by the agency Tourism in terms of attractions

Abstract

The government, in supporting the improvement of work quality and employee welfare, has issued one policy, namely providing performance allowances to civil servants. Employees play a very active role in every organizational activity because employees determine the realization of organizational goals. Therefore, providing performance allowances is expected to be able to motivate employees to produce good work results or work performance. This research aims to determine the description of performance allowances, work performance, and the magnitude of the influence of performance allowances on the work performance of employees of the Makassar State Administrative Court. This research is quantitative research with a correlational type of research. The sample in this study was 32 people using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The test results show that the performance allowance variable is in the very high category, while the work performance variable is in the very good category. Based on the results of the product-moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate and there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on the work performance of Makassar State Administrative Court employees of 27.4%. The research results show that with performance benefits employees are more disciplined and enthusiastic in improving their work performance.

Abstract

Effectiveness is the relationship between output and goals or it can also be said to be a measure of how far the level of output is, effectiveness is also often used to measure the success achieved by organizations or companies related to planned programs. Employee effectiveness is a key factor in ensuring the smoothness and quality of legal services provided. This study is qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out the picture of the effectiveness of employee performance at the Makassar State Administrative Court office. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data condensation techniques, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Makassar State Administrative Court office, seen as a whole, is good and effective. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the eight performance indicators, namely work quality, efficiency, work discipline, initiative, precision, leadership, honesty, and creativity. In an organization or agency, it can run well if employees understand their duties and responsibilities so that the services provided to the community can run well. Employees are a very important resource because employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally become part of government management to carry out their main tasks and functions in government, development, and service to the community. Services to the community by the government in all fields.

Abstract

Work efficiency is the most important factor to achieve organizational goals. Work efficiency will be created if employees can meet the demands of their work so that work results will be better. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of archive management on the work efficiency of employees at the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This research is classified as a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 49 employees of the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration Office with census techniques. In this study, data collection was used observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study explain that the archive management variable is in the very good category, while the employee work efficiency variable is in the very good category. Based on the correlation test of the two variables, namely archive management, it is shown that the work efficiency of employees has a moderate relationship. Based on the T test, conclusions were obtained if there was a positive impact and archive management had a major impact on employee work efficiency

Abstract

Learning achievement is the outcome achieved by students consisting of knowledge, skills and attitudes as a result of experience and education received individually. Success can be achieved through the learning activities carried out. Learning achievement is the level of success in learning, it is one way to measure how well students participate in education in school. Learning and the environment are two things that cannot be separated from each other, the learning environment is the place where learning takes place and externally affects the continuity of activities. This study discusses how the learning environment affects the learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 1 Wajo students. This research is quantitative showing cause and effect. The sample in this study is 90 samples with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the learning environment in the teaching and learning process of SMK Negeri 1 Wajo is in the "Good" category with 3 indicators in it, namely the school environment, family environment and community environment. Meanwhile, student achievement is in the "adequate" category based on indicators, namely the average student report card score. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables and the level of strong relationship

Abstract

The prosperous family rice program is a food subsidy program (rice) for low-income people. The goals and targets of food subsidies (Rastra) are placed by the government in the national development agenda so that in the future development of rastra into nutritional food assistance. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Family Welfare Rice Program in an effort to improve the welfare of poor people in Lalabata Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency.The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, condensation, data presentation and conclusion. Informants are Lurah, Rastra Distributors, and the Community. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Family Welfare Rice Program in an effort to improve the welfare of the poor in Lalabata Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency has been carried out quite well, but still needs improvement in supporting the implementation of the Rastra program. This data is seen from the results of research on each dimension, namely the standards and targets of Rastra distribution have met the criteria. My resources in distributing Rastra have been adequate. Relations between organizations from the center to the regions have collaborated well. The characteristics of the implementing agents of the Rastra team have been good but still need to be improved. The disposition of good implementors has been proven by the realized Rastra Program, and social, economic and political conditions have been good with support from various parties. This research can be used as information in providing an in-depth understanding of poverty alleviation, and the implementation of rastra distribution because it is different from previous studies.

Abstract

Utilization of facilities and infrastructure is one indicator to measure the level of good or bad services provided by an institution. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of facilities and infrastructure in the Education and Culture Office of Soppeng Regency. Research is qualitative, therefore, to achieve a research objective, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews, and observation. The informants of this research were 5 employees of the Soppeng Regency Education and Culture Office. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effectiveness of the use of facilities and infrastructure in the Soppeng Soppeng Regency Education and Culture Office can be seen from the indicators of efficiency, flexibility, satisfaction, and development have been "effective". It can be seen from the dimension of efficiency, namely the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as the use of facilities and infrastructure that reduce waste of time, energy, efficiency and achieve optimal efficiency has been carried out properly so that employees can carry out their duties and responsibilities to achieve goals. From the dimension of flexibility of facilities and infrastructure, it can be seen from the availability and use of facilities and infrastructure that are flexible enough to make it easier for employees to do various types of work to provide benefits for employees in increasing work effectiveness and supporting office work. From the satisfaction dimension, namely the feeling of pleasure felt by employees after using good facilities and infrastructure to obtain satisfactory work results to increase employee performance and morale in office activities. From the development dimension, the implementation of the development of office facilities and infrastructure used by employees’ functions well and is used properly. The development of office facilities and infrastructure is carried out by the procurement of facilities and infrastructure in collaboration with planning and finance for the development of more adequate facilities and infrastructure.
