Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the influence of demographic factors (age) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods, 2) to determine the influence of demographic factors (gender) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at Wage Market in Nganjuk, 3) to determine the influence of social factors (social class) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at Wage Market in Nganjuk, 4) to determine the effect of social factors (income level) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at the Wage Nganjuk market. The research method used was a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to buyers of traditional foods at the Wage Nganjuk market, using purposive sampling. The sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, which produced a minimum size of 96.04 respondents, then rounded up to 100 to anticipate incomplete data. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially, the variables of age, gender, social class, and income level had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of < 0.05. Simultaneously, the four variables also had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.941 indicates that 94.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the independent variables in this study, while the remaining 5.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and employee competence on customer satisfaction at the Wanasari Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD). The research is grounded in the importance of motivation and competence for customer satisfaction at this facility. A quantitative approach was employed, combining descriptive and verificative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 52 customers of the Wanasari Puskesmas UPTD and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The study concludes that motivation and competence are essential for optimizing customer satisfaction at the Wanasari Puskesmas UPTD.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh efektivitas perencanaan keuangan dan pengendalian anggaran yang diterapkan secara konsisten. Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas merupakan output utama dari sistem manajemen keuangan yang baik dan menjadi dasar penting dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan keuangan dan pengendalian anggaran terhadap laporan keuangan PT. Satya Perkasa Solusi Bogor, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Satya Perkasa Solusi Bogor yang berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan. Pengendalian anggaran juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan. Secara simultan, perencanaan keuangan dan pengendalian anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan PT. Satya Perkasa Solusi Bogor. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan yang sistematis dan pengendalian anggaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan serta kontribusi akademik dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen keuangan.
