Abstract

This development research produce a Lesson Plan (RPP) and Worksheet Students (LKPD) based on Guided Inquiry on the material Cell Division for students Class XII SMA Limboto Barat. Development aims to find out the quality, feasibility of RPP and LKPD based on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Product development follow the steps of the R&D development model, namely the research step and the development step. The product was assessed by three validators with an assessment instrument. The results of development research show that the validity aspect of RPP obtains very valid criteria with an average score of 43.67 and LKPD obtains a very valid criterion with an average score of 198.67. For practicality aspects, the results of the responses of students get a percentage of 90.91% with very good criteria (strongly agree and agree), while the teacher's response gets a percentage of 100% with good criteria (agree and strongly agree). Furthermore, the observation of the implementation of the RPP obtained an average score of 82.06 while the activities of the students scored an average score of 78.13. This shows that the average scores of RPP and LKPD are included in very practical criteria. Furthermore, for the aspect of effectiveness based on the percentage of classical learning completeness. the pre-test obtained a percentage of 0.81% with the criteria not good, while the post-test obtained 81% with good criteria, and classically the results of the LKPD task gained 88.89%, with very good criteria. Keywords: RPP, LKPD, development, guided inquiry, cell devision.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is done in 2 cycles. The aim of this research is to know the application of cooperative learning model type STAD with macromedia flash in learning material about human blood circulation system to improve students’ learning result. Method in this research is qualitative method. The result of research shows that in teaching and learning activity, the activity of teacher in cycle I showed good and very good criteria with percentage 96.15% and the students’ activity showed good and very good criteria with percentage 73%. In the cycle II both of the teacher’s activity and the students’ activity got good and very good criteria with percentage 100%. The learning result in the cycle I, 57.89% of students got point under 70, in the cycle II got increase become 89.47% for the students’ who can pass the activity. Thereby, it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning model type STAD with macromedia flash can improve the students’ learning result in learning material about human blood circulation system. Sources of data in this study obtained by data collection techniques, through interviews and examination of fungal culture in the laboratory. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, which describes the morphological characteristics of dermatophyte fungi based on macroscopic and microscopic observations, and continued with identification activities. Fungal identification is done by match the characteristics of the fungus obtained from the observations with reference to the identification book. The results of the study show based on macroscopic and microscopic examination between the toes of a meat seller with tinea pedis at Terminal 42 Traditional Market Gorontalo City, 53.3% Dermatophytes fungi were found of the samples, namely Trichophyton rubrum. This research method is qualitative research and the data is analyzed descriptively. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 8 people. Samples of skin scrapings near the lesion were taken aseptically and then cultured on Sabouraud Dextrose Agar media at room temperature for 12 days. Observations were made macroscopically and microscopically. The results showed that from skin scraping samples from Tinea pedis patients, 62.5% of dermatophytes were identified, namely the genus Trichophyton. In addition, non-dermatophyte fungi were also found, namely the genus Aspergillus and Metarhizium. Keyword: Identification, Tinea Pedis, Farmer, Fungi

Abstract

In menopausal women, due to decreased ovarian function, the hormone estrogen produced by the ovaries will decrease so that there is a decrease in uric acid excretion in the blood through the kidneys and result in the accumulation of uric acid in the blood. Uric acid levels in the body form crystals that accumulate and can turn into kidney stones, which will cause a person to experience impaired kidney function. One of the renal function tests is urea and creatinine. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of urea and creatinine levels in menopausal women in the Puskesmas Kota Selatan area. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of menopausal women was 387 people with a total sample of 20 people using a spectrophotometer. This research was processed through the IBM SPSS Statistics V25.0 program. The results of urea examination at menopause showed that the results of high urea levels were (60.0%) and normal (40.0%) as well as the results of the creatinine examination at menopause showed that the high creatinine results were (60.0%) and the normal ones were ( 40.0%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that menopause with high urea and creatinine results is more than normal. It is recommended that menopausal women need to have a healthy lifestyle.

The aim of the study was to describe the hemoglobin levels in patients with diabetes mellitus with kidney complications. This research design using quantitative descriptive. Conducted at Toto Kabila Hospital with a total sample of 24 patients with diabetes mellitus with kidney complications. The sampling technique was total sampling. Using the Univariate data analysis technique then the results are presented in tabular form. This research method used a descriptive quantitative approach method. The population in this study were all patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Kabila Health Center as many as 23 patients. The sample used was 23 respondents using the Total Sampling technique. The results showed that the abnormal platelet levels were 14.6% and normal platelet levels were 82.6%. Patients aged 15-50 years have abnormal platelet levels (17.4%) and normal platelet levels (82.6%). Patients with an age range of >50 years had normal platelet levels (21.7%). Male patients had normal platelet levels (26.1%), while women had abnormal platelet levels (17.4%) and had normal platelet levels (56.5%). Patients weighing 30-35kg 8.7% had abnormal platelet levels, and 4.34% had normal platelet levels. At 36-45 kg of body weight, 8.7% had abnormal platelet levels and 65.2% had normal platelet levels. At 46-55 kg of body weight, 8.7% had normal platelet levels and at 56-65 kg, 4.3% had normal platelet levels. Another factor is the length of treatment. In patients with two months of treatment, 8.7% had normal platelet levels, 17.3% had abnormal platelet levels, and 74% had normal platelet levels
