Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penataan Manajemen dan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Bandung dan Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat Penataan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam pembangunan Zona integritas sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Repormasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia No.52 Tahun 2014. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam, bahwa upaya meningkatkan Kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam upaya pembangunan zona integritas yang dilaksanakan oleh Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandung sudah cukup baik dalam perencanaan kebutuhan pegawai yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi, pola mutasi internal, penataan kinerja individu, penegakan aturan disiplin/ kode etik/ kode perilaku, sistem informasi kepegawaian, untuk Pengembangan pegawai berbasis kompetensi yang belum dapat berjalan secara optimal dengan melihat faktor yang menjadi penghambat diharapkan akan dapat berjalan dengan optimal sehingga Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Bandung dapat memperoleh predikat Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education, as well as the factors that support the implementation. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Kab. Sukabumi using qualitative descriptive methodology. The findings of this study show that the implementation of Human Resource Management to Improve the Quality of Education consists of several stages, including a) needs and information analysis, b) teacher recruitment, c) induction of new employees, d) teacher placement, e) granting authority and responsibility for staff, f) implementing supervision, g) providing teacher welfare, h) employee career development, termination of employment, and j) rewarding. While the Supporting Factors are a) the principal has many considerations, b) programs implemented in schools can bring changes and positive impacts, c) facilities and infrastructure can be utilized optimally, and d) there is an evaluation, the Proposal Factors are a) the principal has many considerations, b) programs implemented in schools can bring changes and positive impacts.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya manusia harus selalu dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan standar pengajaran yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Namun, masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang gagal mengelola sumber daya manusianya secara memadai, sehingga kualitasnya rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus subjek penelitian dengan tehnik purposive. Sebuah metode purposive digunakan untuk memilih peserta untuk penelitian. Prosedur pemilahan informasi adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan informasi model intraktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknis, dan membercheck, kredibilitas data dievaluasi untuk menentukan validitasnya. Berikut ini adalah temuan penelitian: 1) Pendaftaran dan pilihan, dilaporkan secara terbuka. Panitia dibentuk pada saat rekrutmen dan seleksi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan baru. 2) Ada beberapa prasyarat dan pilihan untuk guru baru dan staf pelatihan. 3) Evaluasi pelaksanaan mulai dari pengaturan dan pelaksanaan pengambilan, pembukaan dan penutupan realisasi, terdapat variasi dalam dorongan belajar dan mensurvei kemampuan menyimak siswa dan pendidik. Poin ini dijadikan sebagai indikator ujian presentasi yang akan berdampak pada hasil belajar di MAN Asahan agar visi dan misi madrasah tidak melayang begitu saja. Ujian Eksekusi merupakan penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan pendidik dalam mendidik. Jika pembelajaran cocok atau melampaui gambaran pencapaian prestasi yang menjadi fokus, pendidik telah bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini   merupakan sebuah literatur review yang dilatarbelakangi karena adanya perubahan dalam organisasi dimana pekerjaan-pekerjaan dalam organisasi banyak diselesaikan menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi. Literatur ini dtunjukkan untuk menganalisis hubungan teori Adaptive Structuration Theory dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode kajian literatur dilakukan terhadap sepuluh artikel yang diperoleh dari sejumlah database seperti research gate, Wiley, Sage, MDPI, Elsevier dan European Journal. Kata kunci pencarian adalah conceptual paper, adaptive structuration theory, Human Resources Management dan Organizations. Hasil dari kajian literatur bahwa AST memiliki relevansi yang besar dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. HRD akan mendapat banyak manfaat dengan mengintegrasikan AST ke dalam fungsi-fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaannya.

Abstract

Increasing sales in today's business world requires a sophisticated and efficient approach to human resource management. Information technology has played a key role in the transformation of the way companies manage their human resources. This research presents the concept of implementing information technology-based human resource management to increase sales. The implementation of information technology, such as human resource management systems (HRMS), data analytics, and collaboration platforms, can make it easier for companies to monitor, manage, and optimize their workforce. This can result in increased productivity, employee motivation, and ultimately, increased sales. This research discusses various aspects of implementation, such as selecting and integrating appropriate technology, employee training, and expected benefits. The research results show that the implementation of information technology-based human resource management has been able to transform companies into entities that are more adaptive and responsive to market changes. Thus, companies can increase their sales significantly. This study will also include several successful case examples from companies that have implemented this concept, thereby providing practical guidance for other organizations wishing to adopt a similar approach. This research supports the idea that information technology has great potential to improve human resource performance and then increase company sales. As a result, companies need to consider implementation strategies that suit their goals and needs to maximize results.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of human resource management in BIAS Yogyakarta Junior and Senior High School, especially in the realm of boarding schools or Islamic boarding schools. This type of research is a field study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study can be seen that in the implementation of human resources carried out, HR planning is carried out by the HR management bureau by analyzing report data from school principals and cottages. Second, HR recruitment is carried out in steps including determining vacant positions, determining position requirements, and determining recruitment sources and methods. Third, the selection process for job applicants is carried out by the stages of receiving a cover letter and organizing selection tests (administration and interview). Fourth, the placement of human resources in BIAS boarding school junior and senior high schools by the intended work, knowledge, abilities, skills, and expertise possessed and mastered. Fifth, training and human resource development. Sixth, compensation and provision of incentives.

Abstract

Denpasar City Government has established Sewakadharma as the work culture of the entire apparatus by adopting Hindu religious values and Balinese culture, namely sudharma, sudira, susatya, subrata, and susila. Human resource management plays an important role in the implementation of the Sewakadharma work culture in the Denpasar City Government. Through a qualitative study that is based on content analysis of Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 38 of 2018, the role of human resource management is to encourage the creation of Sang Sewakadharma, which is an apparatus capable of implementing the values of the Sewakadharma work culture. Human resource management includes aspects of policy influence, the flow of apparatus utilization, reward systems, and work systems in realizing Sang Sewakadharma.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor kunci dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Fenomena utama yang saat ini terjadi di lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah kualitas guru dan dosen (SDM). Pendidikan masyarakat gagal menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dalam hal kecerdasan, moralitas, spiritualitas, profesionalisme serta daya saing atau daya saing bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa apakah ada Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Agama Islam Terhadap Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Perhentian Raja. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pendidikan agama islam yang terdapat di  Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Perhentian Raja yang berjumlah 53 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan adalah Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas dan Uji Korelasi dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan R Square sebesar 0,407 atau 40,7%. Nilai ini dapat diartikan bahwa perubahan implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia oleh perubahan variabel kompetensi sebesar 40,7%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Which can build and create results from performance that are in line with common goals.
