Arthritis diseases that contribute to joint stiffness, pain and limitations of movement ranks second largest after hypertension in elderly in Indonesia based on data Ministry of Health RI in 2016. Data Puskesmas in Leyangan Ungaran Village there are 140 elderly who become built Posyandu Lansia Leyangan working area Puskesmas Leyangan . Approximately 70% of these numbers have degenerative disease problems such as stiffness in the joints and joint pain. The purpose of this study was to identify the complaints in the joints especially the elderly knee, so that will be developed information media by providing isotonic exercise appropriate and conducted intervention in elderly with complaints on the knee joint. The method used in the first stage is cluster random sampling technique of 103 elderly, second stage with purposive sampling technique at 15 elderly given intervention of isotonic movement exercise. Data were collected using questionnaire, measurement of motion range using Goniometer measured pre and post intervention, isotonic information and training media, isotonic exercise kits exercise equipment (isotonic exercise kits). Then tested by paired test t with result of difference of range of motion on right knee (p value 0.02) big difference 4.67. There is a difference of motion range on left knee (p value 0.02) big difference of 8.00.

AbstrakSistem Informasi Pengelolaan ODI (Orphan Detail Information) merupakan suatu aplikasi yang dirancang dan dibuat untuk memudahkan para karyawan/staff di kantor Baitulmaal Muamalat dalam mengelola database pada jaringan lokal kantor tersebut. Aplikasi ini juga telah menerapkan model client server yaitu database nantinya akan disimpan pada suatu komputer server sebagai database server yang dapat diakses oleh komputer client lainnya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana merancang dan membuat suatu sistem informasi yang mampu mengurangi masalah yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan database di jaringan lokal di kantor Baitulmaal Muamalat. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan ODI (Orphan detail Information). Sistem ini sangat penting karena dapat mengurangi terjadinya duplikat database pada komputer lain di kantor tersebut dan memudahkan para staff/karyawan lainnya maupun pimpinan dalam mengakses data ODI.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, ODI (Orphan Detail Information), Client Server

Kantor kepala desa merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang memberikan pelayanan pendataan penduduk. Kenyataannya di desa Pohgading masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pemrosesan dan pengolahan datanya. Pendataan Penduduk yang tepat, cepat dan akurat sangat di perlukan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem Pendataan Kependudukan Desa Pohgading yang di lengkapi dengan Web GIS (Geographic Information System). Metode yang diambil penulis yaitu dengan melaksanakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pendataan penduduk. Dengan adanya sistem Web GIS yang menampilkan peta perumahan penduduk akan lebih maksimal dalam memantau perkembangan penduduk dan pendataannya akan lebih mudah.

This research aimed to increase teacherâs competition and studentsâ echievements in study with applied study based on ICT (information and communication technology) as a multimedia tool in learning process. This reseaarch used descriftiveÂ method. The sample in this research were four teachers and and fourty four students. The technique to collect the data was observation, interview, and studentsâ score achievments. The result of this study that teachersâ statement in IPA subject said that activity by used ICT (information and communication technology) made students more interest and active in studying, than conventional study , but there were shortage in the activity especially to the facility that did not suitable so the study activity used ICT media ) information and communication technology) did not effective done. The score of studentsâ prestige in SMPN 1 Manyak Payed as 76,18% and SMPN 2 Karang Baru as 68,45% at Aceh Tamiang dthatistrict. It could be conclude that teachers had be done ICT media in learning process but not all the teachers used ICT because the facility did not complete meanwhile the studentâs prestige in SMPN 1 Manyak Payed higher than studentsâ prestige in SMPN 2 Karang Baru.

Media information is currently undergoing rapid development with increasingly widespread use to the rural. The study aims to see the relationship between members of dairy cattle group in Cibogo Village as the characteristics of breeders based on the individual and the environment, the motive of the use of information media, and the behavior of media use with the utilization of information media for livestock activities based on Sapta Usaha Peternakan. This research was conducted with quantitative approach using survey method to 40 breeders supported by qualitative data. The use of information media by breeders is high, with duration and high frequency with more than one type of media. Characteristics of individual ranchers and farmer's environments have a noticeable relation to the part of formal education and social condition. Motive use of information media with motive information, social, identity, and entertainment on the breeder is high and has a real relationship with media usage behavior. Utilization of media in the field of agriculture is seen in the section cage and seed management.Keywords: characteristics of breeders, motive of media usage, sapta usaha peternakan===============================================Â ABSTRAKMedia Informasi saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dengan pemanfaatan yang semakin luas hingga ke pedesaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara anggota kelompok ternak sapi perah di Desa Cibogo seperti karakteristik peternak berdasarkan individu dan lingkungan, motif penggunaan media informasi, dan perilaku penggunaan media dengan pemanfaatan media informasi untuk kegiatan peternakan berdasarkan Sapta Usaha Peternakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei terhadap 40 peternak didukung oleh data kualitatif. Penggunaan media informasi oleh peternak sudah tinggi, dengan durasi dan frekuensi yang cukup tinggi dengan lebih dari satu jenis media. Karakteristik peternak individu dan lingkungan peternak memiliki hubungan nyata terlihat pada bagian pendidikan formal dan keadaan sosial. Motif penggunaan media informasi dengan motif informasi, sosial, identitas, dan hiburan pada peternak sudah tinggi dan memiliki hubungan nyata dengan perilaku penggunaan media. This paper discussed the effects of accounting information on the excess return of shariâ€™ah stocks and conventional stocks using Fama and French Three Factor Model, and examined the reaction of the capital markets as a result of the dividend announcement. The results and data analysis had yielded 8 stock portfolios. It can be concluded that the AER variable movements had an immediate reaction to the movement, meaning that the dividend announcement brought the content of the information to the capital markets or it can be said that the Indonesian capital market conditions have started heading to a semi-strong form.

ABSTRACT At this time, information technology is one of technology that is growing rapidly, with the advancement of information technology, data or information that provided can be fast to access, efficient and accurate. For example the results of advances in information technology is the development of the Internet network that allows all mankind worldwide using data provided or connected in the network together, meanwhile for Community Health Centers of Birobuli, data entry system still done manually, only BPJS already using a computerized system, so this study aims to determine the evaluation of health information systems at Community Health Centers of Birobuli Palu in medical record room.The method that used is qualitative, qualitative sense is depth research on employee community health center about training, processing SIK, activities program and benefits as well as developments SIK in community health centers of Birobuli Palu. The number of informants that used was 7 people of one key informant, three informant regular and three additional informants. The analysis of data using analytical approach (analysis content) with the matrix technique where the information was obtained on though in the table. It refers that input (for an educational background in the medical record average DIII of Public Health and for training of SIK at the community health center have never done the training because which provide training was from the Department of Health. Process (in data processing is done in two ways: manually and computerized, with a network system used is a LAN network, and for the delivery of report conducted by the online system and manual system). Output (many benefits of SIK for community health centers, so that the expected for community health center can immediately apply the SIMPUS program for SIK and provide training to SIK employees).The conclusion of this study is the application of SIMPUS program hasnâ€™t been implemented at the community health center of Birobuli Palu because the community health center employee have never been training that given by the Department of Health. The quality of education of a study program can be measured from the level of customer satisfaction with the existing service. In accordance with ISO 9001: 2008, an organization should measure and obtain information related to customers and customers. Measurements and information that can be done survey data on customer satisfaction. From this survey data, Informatics and Computer Education Study Program can follow which aspect need improvement for program quality. One way to get survey data by doing the evaluation. In the Study Program of Informatics and Computer Engineering, evaluation using application form online form. The study program does not yet have its own evaluation information system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to produce information technology and pelaynaan web-based program in the Study Program (Prodi) Educational Engineering and Computer Informatics and to determine the level of the feasibility of information. In this study used research and development model with the first phase of the preliminary study, the second stage of product development and the last stage. At the product development stage is done by using software development model. From the stages of inputs obtained from the assessment of students on lecturers' lectures and prodi services in Education Program Informatics and Computer Engineering. The result of evaluation of lecturers' lectures and prodi services by selected students with their rena as output that can be seen by lecturer and admin. A system that can be used to help the services that have been given to the students, both in lecturers' lectures and prodi services. The results of this study, first, has created information and web-based programming services in Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Program, FKIP, UNS. Second, the feasibility of information and product and service development, Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program, FKIP, UNS conducted by expert system with percentage 89,34% and get very eligible category, from material expert gets 91,76% with category very eligible and from the students get the percentage of 83.32% with very decent category.Keywords: information system, lecturer lecture evaluation and prodi service, web

This study tests the joint effects of dividend and earnings information. A study of joint effects is justified for the following reasons. First, dividends and earnings are considered two of the most important signaling devices (Aharony and Swary 1980) that investors use in evaluating stock prices. Second, dividends and earnings are 'garbled' information (Ohlson 1989). Dividends and earnings may contain corroborating or disconfirming news. Third, investors may be have with memory, revising beliefs in complex ways in evaluating a sequence of information. Prior dividend studies that controlling for earnings announcement effects do not address these possibilities. Using Hogarth and Einhorn's (1992) belief-adjustment theory, this study models the behavior of investor reactions to joint dividend and earnings surprises. The theory predicts that order and timing of dividend and earnings surprises have different effects on stock returns. When dividend and earnings surprises have opposite signs (mixedevidence), the theory predicts that later surprises have a larger impact on stock returns than do earlier surprises (the recency effect hypothesis). The evidence for the recency effect hypotheses is relatively strong. In three out of four cases of mixed evidence (positive earnings, negative earnings and positive dividend surprises), the recency effect hypotheses are supported.
