Abstract

Adolescence is an important period in the development of high school students, where they begin to find their identity and determine their career direction. This process is often accompanied by challenges, such as the lack of accurate and transparent information regarding career choices. This study aims to develop a module service that is valid in content and design, practical, and effective to assist students in making career decision information. This research uses the research and development (R&D) method. The research design model used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) research and development model. The respondents in this study were 3 expert lecturers for content validation, 2 expert lecturers for display validation, 3 guidance and counseling teachers for practicality testing, and 30 students for effectiveness testing. The results of the study indicate that the developed service module is valid in terms of content and design, and is also practical and effective for the maturity of students' career decision-making information

Abstract

The Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is responsible for implementing and overseeing domestic affairs within the government to assist the President in governing the country in the social sector and is accountable for the distribution of social assistance in Indonesia. The process of data collection, identification, monitoring, as well as limitations in accessibility and information is so challenging that it causes many citizens to be unaware of information regarding social assistance. The data collection methods used in this research are Observation Method, Interview Method, and Literature Study Method. This research also includes system modeling using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method as well as PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as the programming language and MySQL as the Database used for the development of the "Web-Based Social Assistance Recipient Information System At The Ministry Of Social Affairs Of The Republic Of Indonesia" at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia..

Abstract

The title of this research is "Design and Development of Web-Based Printing Service Information System at CV Marprint Offset and Screen Printing." The research background emphasizes the importance of adapting information technology in human resource management, especially in the manual printing service process. CV Marprint faces various problems, including slow administrative processes, limited data accessibility, and lack of transparency in employee performance evaluations. This research aims to design and implement an efficient and effective web-based information system, focusing on the ordering, production, and delivery processes of printing services. The research methods used include observation, interviews, literature review, system design, and testing. The expected results are to provide a significant contribution to CV Marprint in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of printing services, as well as to serve as a reference for other companies in the printing industry. With the implementation of the appropriate information system, it is hoped that CV Marprint can enhance its competitiveness in the digital era and achieve organizational goals more optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and develop a Web-based information system for ordering and delivering goods at PT. Total Logistic. This system is designed to address issues in managing consumer complaints, where data received from customers through customer service is still managed manually, making it easy to get lost before moving on to the next process. Through an analysis of the current system, it was found that a web-based information system is needed to help address this issue and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This design utilizes a system development approach involving the creation of User Interface (UI) Design and Application Prototype. Testing of the developed UI and Prototype shows that the system functions well and has a valid success rate. With this web-based information system, PT. Total Logistic is expected to improve the quality of customer service and minimize the risk of data loss the delivering goods of consumer process.

Abstract

The current advancement of information technology significantly supports the optimization of law enforcement performance. The aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based criminal information system for the Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim) at the XYZ Metropolitan Police Station. This system is intended to facilitate the management of criminal case data, from reporting and recording to monitoring the progress of cases in a more effective and efficient manner. The system design is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method to model the system's requirements and interactions, including Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and class diagrams. The implementation of this web-based system enables authorized users to access real-time data and provides integrated reporting features to support the investigation process. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the performance of the XYZ Metropolitan Police Station's Criminal Investigation Unit can be more optimal in carrying out law enforcement duties.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities held outside class hours listed in the student activity program structure. Foundation Vocational School Jakarta Community College (SMK YAPERMAS) is one of the educational institutions under the care of the Community College Foundation operating in the field of education. Currently managing extracurricular data and registration of students taking part in extracurricular activities is still being carried out manually or not yet systematized, namely recording and registering students who take part in extracurricular activities still use paper forms where there is no complete information regarding extracurricular activities. Not yet available means of managing extracurricular activities at school because they are lacking in depth utilize information technology. The aim of this research is design build a website information system to support activity management extracurricular at YAPERMAS Vocational School by utilizing the application database based. Laravel was chosen to build this application It is hoped that this will make extracurricular registration and management easier extracurricular so that it is faster and more accurate.

Abstract

The management of case administration at the IKADIN South Jakarta office is a crucial aspect in supporting the organization's performance and legal services to the community. Conventional administrative processes often face various challenges, such as difficulties in document tracking, data inaccuracy, and slow communication flow between lawyers and clients. To address these issues, this research aims to design and develop an effective, efficient, and easily accessible web-based case administration information system. This information system is designed to automate various case administration processes, from recording and tracking to reporting, in order to enhance productivity and data accuracy at the IKADIN South Jakarta office. In the system development, software development methods are used, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, as well as system testing and evaluation. The main features of this system include case data management, digital document management, reporting, and notification systems to monitor important deadlines.

Abstract

The current development of information systems and information technology has led to the creation of technological tools that can assist in completing tasks more easily. As a result, many companies now utilize technology to facilitate their operations, such as in managing inventory documents. The purpose of developing this web-based document management information system is to provide convenience for companies in the process of data collection, document storage, inventory calculation, and report generation. Based on the research and discussion, the implementation of this web-based document management system ensures that sales transactions, stock calculations, and report generation are systematically organized, leading to better storage and organization of sales data.

Abstract

After the emergence and develops of e-commerce in Indonesia, consumer behavior began to shift, whereas now consumers no longer had to come to a store or a mall to go shopping and see the value of a product. They could just simply visit the targeted website or e-commerce platform, which is Shopee in this case. Shopee has provided many ways and selling features inside their platform for business owners to be able to interact directly with their product/service buyers even though they are not in the same physical environment. Among them is live streaming marketing via the Shopee live feature. This feature is pretty familiar to Shopee consumers or users, especially among UPN "Veteran" East Java students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotions, information quality, and price perceptions on impulse buying via the Shopee Live feature on UPN "Veteran" East Java students. This study uses quantitative methods which are processed using the SmartPLS 4 program, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that promotions, information quality, and price perceptions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are very much needed in this increasingly advanced modern era, employees play an important role in running the system in the company which includes the company's vision, mission, and goals. HR also plans and acts actively in all Company functions related to technological progress and advancement. The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Competence, SOP, and Information Technology on Employee Performance in Using the IdeaProcs Application in BUMD". The research method used is a quantitative research method using a purposive technique as a method of determining the sample based on certain considerations to determine a sample of 61 employees and distribute questionnaires using Google form and analyze using number processing software. The results of the study based on the results of the analysis using number processing software that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 46.502> F table 2.77, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Competence variables (X1), SOP (X2) and Information Technology (X3) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) of 71.0%.
