Abstract

The Hospital Information System (HIS) handles and integrates the entire flow of hospital services. This study aimed to identify factors that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of HIS implementation and select strategies that can be used to overcome the inhibiting factors. In-depth interviews were used in this study with a qualitative and case-study strategy. The respondents were 26 officers selected by non-random purposive sampling. Data analysis used triangulation of in-depth interviews, document observations, and observations of HIS implementation. Data were transcribed verbatim and analyzed thematically. The results showed that the positive behavior of officers, leadership support, and officer abilities supported the implementation of HIS. However, there are still obstacles due to the attitude of officers and management policies. From document observations, it was found that officers had incorrect input, doubled input, and forgotten input. Due to a lack of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for implementing HIS, observations on its deployment revealed inconsistent data input. The strategy suggested to deal with the barriers included designing monitoring programs, creating SOPs, conducting extensive socializing programs, and conducting training programs to enhance officers' soft skills. It is clear that Human Resources play a crucial role for the effectiveness of HIS implementation.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan sumber daya utama bagi perusahaan karena dengan kinerja karyawan yang optimal akan memberikan hasil yang baik kepada perusahaan. Kegiatan Workload analysis bertujuan untuk menghitung beban kerja untuk mengetahui waktu efektif dalam mengerjakan berbagai pekerjaan pada suatu jabatan. Selain itu, dengan workload analysis juga dapat diketahui kompetensi apa yang harus ditingkatkan untuk mencapai waktu kerja yang efektif. Kegiatan Wokload Analysis ini dilakukan kepada 5 (lima) orang karyawan pada department Information Technology & Development System. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara bebas terpimpin dan Adapun hasil yang ditemukan setelah melakukan perhitungan dengan metode FTE yaitu sebanyak 4 orang tergolong fit (1.095 : sudah fit)(1.387;1.387;1.298 : fit tetapi overtime) dan 1 orang overload (2:hiring new employee).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue of traffic discussed congestion published in the area with the level of complexity of the activity, challenges at the peak or could have occurred because of traffic capacity (demand) that is not proportional to the volume of the road (supply) besides that there are also modes available mixed, and also at certain times such as the celebration of certain religious holidays. One of the traffic issues related to land transportation that is quite complicated to overcome in various regions is the minimum ability to provide road network infrastructure, while the intensity of vehicle flow can be improved. This situation causes many accidents, accidents and traffic jams on various city roads. Literature research about research conducted on student research that discusses the case of a traffic accident. which researchers can support the process of making the thesis of the writer. As for the conceptual literature, the author uses Management Theory by George R. Terry and concepts related to the title that the writer adopts. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, using descriptive analysis, and data collection techniques by interviewing, observing, and studying documents. The results of the study found that the support in supporting or supporting the Garut Intan Application as a whole understood to use for supervision as well as supporting the application. The Garut Intan application is not only an application for providing information about past congestion, but is also related to providing important places on the way such as gas stations, police stations, hospitals that can send information through applications that are fast and will be related agencies. Users of the Garut Intan Application are very satisfied with the service of this application, and the community who use this application will continue to grow in accordance with information needs at the time of going home and back flow in 2020

Abstract

The Index of Land Potential (IPL) is a land evaluation method that aims to identify and utilize land according to its potential. Through IPL, it is expected to achieve optimal productivity and land sustainability. This research aims to determine the Paddy Field Potential Index with the IPL weighting method using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in Gowa Regency. In this research, the method used is a tiered quantitative approach, where each parameter is given an appropriate weight. Overlapping techniques were applied to various maps used to assess land potential, including aspects of slope, soil type, lithology, hydrology, and disaster risk. The results of this study include a land potential index map and a map of paddy field potential in Gowa Regency. In the LMI, the dominating classes are low and very low, covering an area of 156,885.34 ha (72%), while the use of paddy fields in the very high and high potential classes covers an area of 20,604.48 ha (39%). The relationship between productivity and IPL is explained through the equation IPL = 0.1025P + 4.9539 with a value of R2 = 0.7809, which indicates that an increase in IPL can be a guide to increasing the productivity of rice plants..

Abstract

Many consumers seek nutritional information and halal certification on food packaging to make informed choices and build trust. However, culinary MSMEs in Banten often lack the knowledge on proper labeling procedures. To address this gap, a community service program was initiated to educate Banten's culinary MSMEs on the significance of including nutritional value and halal labels on their products. The program utilized online counseling sessions (Zoom Meetings) with discussions, Q&A sessions, and e-questionnaires. Evaluation results highlighted a high level of understanding among participants, with an average score of 91.22% for knowledge (cognitive aspect), 92.36% for attitude (affective aspect), and 90.97% for willingness to act (behavioral aspect).

Abstract

The primary objective of this community service activity was to enhance the teachers' capabilities in creating offline-accessible technology-based teaching materials at Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School, Thailand. The lack of experience in developing technology-based teaching materials served as the impetus for this program. A combination of theory and practice was employed throughout the three-stage training and mentoring process: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Twelve partner teachers participated in the training, which focused on Canva video and Kahoot. Evaluation results indicated that 83% of participants agreed that the training provided a positive learning experience, 92% agreed that the training materials could be used in teaching, 92% agreed that the training enhanced their professionalism, 75% agreed that their projects could be shared with other institutions, and 92% expressed satisfaction with the training. As a follow-up, a seminar on teaching materials will be organized in Southern Thailand.

Abstract

This training aims to increase the capacity of 'Aisyiyah cadres in utilizing information technology to support the activities of the 'Aisyiyah organization. The method used in PKM is carried out in three stages, preparation by socializing activities to the community, implementation is carried out by means of training, and evaluation is carried out by distributing pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the level of knowledge and skills of partners . The results of this service show that there has been an increase in partners' knowledge and skills regarding 'Aisyiyah Makassar City information system management training with a percentage of 95%. This shows that there are differences in the level of knowledge after being given training in managing the 'Aisyiyah information system which is increasing.

Abstract

Improving adolescent digital literacy is very important considering the rampant misuse of the internet. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of grade IX students of SMPN 19 Tanjung Jabung Timur about digital-based adolescent health information. Community service activities were carried out through lectures, practices, demonstrations, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the definition of literacy (100%), forms of literacy (80%), benefits of literacy (86%), sources of digital literacy (93%), types of digital media (96%), and adolescent health problems (70%). Thus, it is hoped that students can be wiser in utilizing digital technology and avoid its negative impacts.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are one of the sources of employment for the community. The training and mentoring in Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency, aims to improve the skills of MSME actors in information technology, e-commerce, and financial management. Thirty MSME participants were given an understanding of the use of technology platforms to develop MSME products and increase their income. The method of implementing activities includes preparation, problem solving, implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The result achieved is that MSME actors are able to utilize technology platforms to promote their goods and services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of management information systems for school principals in decision making at SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi. The main problem in this thesis is how the role of the management information system in SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City is. The focus of the problem in this study is how the components of management information systems and how the role of information systems in decision making in SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City. The research method that the author uses in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative analysis where the author describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and document studies. From the research conducted, the authors get the results that the education management information system for school principals in decision making has played a role. It can be observed that the principal in making decisions uses data and information obtained from the management information system at SMA Negeri 14 Bekasi City.
