Abstract

This study aims to explore the language politeness of elementary school students in daily interactions, analyze the integration of digital literacy in Indonesian language learning, and describe the barriers in the process. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, the research was conducted at ICT Al Abidin Elementary School in Surakarta. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study, the research was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive technique. The results showed that students had a fairly good level of language politeness in formal contexts, but still faced challenges in informal and digital interactions. The integration of digital literacy in Indonesian language learning has been comprehensively implemented, including the use of e-books, online information search, and multimedia projects. Students show a positive response to this integration. The main barriers include access to inappropriate content and challenges in teaching language politeness in digital environments. Abstract

Abstract

The present study was heavily motivated by the problems that often occurred in the students' affairs of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The process of student ranking in the students' affair unit of the Faculty of Engineering employs a manual method of data collection of students' achievements. All files of students' achievements are photocopied, scanned, and archived into a computer. This method is lacking in a crucial aspect; students with achievements or recognitions cannot input and archive their achievements into the university database by themselves. Therefore, the data of achievements might get scattered and hinder the evaluation process. The study employed a prototype method. The results showed that an information system of student ranking management was developed to assist the compilation process of students' achievements. By the developed information system, the students are enabled to input the achievements they have into the system by themselves. Keywords:  Management, Ranking, Student Ranking Management Information System, Prototype

Abstract

The importance of self-efficacy in information literacy of Biology Education students at IKIP Budi Utomo in learning in the 4.0 era, it is necessary to apply the RTPS model assisted by the flipped classroom. The purpose of the study was to determine (1) a description of the information literacy self-efficacy profile, and (2) the effectiveness of the RTPS model assisted by flipped classroom on the information literacy self-efficacy of biology education students. Type of quasi-experimental research. The number of samples N = 56 students, with the experimental class using the RTPS model assisted by a flipped classroom, number of participants N = 29, and the control class using the RT model, number of participants N = 27. Student worksheets and questionnaires served as the study's instruments. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and Anacova statistical analysis to answer the hypothesis. The Anacova test used the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study showed the highest average profile value on the communication and information dissemination indicator with an average of 85 in the experimental class, conversely, the average value of 55 is the lowest profile on the information search indicator. The pre-requisite test obtained normal and homogeneous results. Continued with the results of the Anacova test, there was a significant difference in the RTPS model assisted by flipped classroom on the self-efficacy of information literacy of Biology Education students with sig.<0.05. The results of the difference in the corrected average increase were 41 in the experimental class and 20 in the control class. The conclusion is that the RTPS model assisted by a flipped classroom is effective in increasing self-efficacy in information literacy. The RTPS model assisted by flipped classrooms can be applied to more students in several universities so that students' self-efficacy in information literacy increases.

Abstract

This research examines the application of tax digital education services on Tax Center at Batam State Polytechnic (Polibatam). To find out the factors that influence the implementation of these services. We use theoretical models such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM), and Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions. This research examines perceived ease of use (PEoU), perceived usefulness (PU), information system quality (ISQ), user satisfaction (US), and cultural values of individualism and collectivism (IC) in the context of implementing new technology. Based on the responses of 103 respondents, data analysis using PLS-SEM revealed that factors such as perceived usefulness, quality of the information system, and user satisfaction when using this service were found to have a significant influence on behavioral intentions. This study provides insight into system development that aims to increase the effectiveness of online services, increase user satisfaction, and encourage sustainable technology adoption in the context of digital-based tax education services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate publication trends on the topic of accounting information systems in SMEs. This is intended to fill the research gap regarding the absence of previous research that discusses the development of publications on this topic. The method used is bibliometric analysis with the Scopus database in the publication range from 2014 to 2023. The search keywords use Bolean, namely "account* information system*" OR "information system*" AND "SMEs" OR "small and medium enterprise*", so that we get 982 publications. The research results found that the most productive publication sources were the Iberian Conference On Information Systems And Technologies Cisti and Advances In Intelligent Systems And Computing, while the publication that had the highest impact was Procedia Computer Science. The most prolific writers were Kamariotou and Kitsios. Both of them are also writers with the highest impact. Bina Nusantara University was identified as the most productive institution, and Indonesia was the most productive country, but the one most cited was France. This information can be an important basis for researchers, practitioners and policy makers in understanding the latest dynamics and developments in this field.
