Parking is one of the components or integral aspects of transportation system needs, as any journey with a private vehicle usually starts and ends at the parking lot. The study was developed using a system planning method with a functional approach described using UML Tools (Unified Modelling Language). The aim of the study is to make a plan for parking in the private college environment of Banjarmasin city using UML Tools. The study is basically a quantitative observational research that is a measured research design. System design is done using UML Tools as a modeling tool to describe how the system will work and make it easier for the system to be designed to be understood. This research is expected to be beneficial to the parking lot providers in order to create efficiency for the riders in searching for parker land not to waste time, improve security, facilitate access and minimize the occurrence of parking lot clashes with other riders seeing the number of vehicles increasing as the student mobility increases.

The formulation of the problem is to find out how the regulation of body shaming insults through social media according to the New Criminal Code and the ITE Law and to find out how law enforcement against victims of body shaming insults on social media. Using normative juridical research methods. The results of the research explain that the regulation of body shaming insults is regulated in Article 436 referring to Law Number 1 of 2023, the Criminal Code only reaches offline insult offenses and Article 27A of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE only reaches insults in the cyber world. Abstract

This research aims to analyze information gathering on wanted list (DPO) targets using the open source intelligence (OSINT) method at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. This research focuses on the Google search engine platform and Facebook social media. Before conducting information gathering, a sock puppet account will be created. Information gathering will go through four stages, namely: collection, processing, exploitation, production. At the collection stage, several OSINT techniques will be used, namely: real name techniques, search engine techniques, and social network techniques. Then, entering the processing stage, the information will be validated and made more useful. At the exploitation stage, existing information is analyzed in depth and eliminates information that is less useful. The production stage will describe in detail the personal information obtained and processed. From these results, the target's personal information is obtained such as full name, profile photo, domicile, occupation, place of work, vehicle and family relationships. This provides a real picture that the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) method can make it easier for law enforcers to carry out their duties, especially carrying out searches and finding targets on the People's Wanted List.

Abstract

An effort to speed up and simplify the collaboration process between BPJS Health and Health Facilities is by providing the Health Facilities Information System (H.F.I.S.) Application. This HFIS application is an application that can be used by all prospective health facilities that will collaborate with BPJS Health. However, the ability of each user is different in learning or mastering the application system. Thus, the level of perceived understanding will vary when the application is implemented by the user. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the level of user understanding when interacting with the system, which in this case is HFIS. The analysis was carried out using the usability method as a method used to assess the level of human understanding when using a tool or other man-made object to achieve certain goals. The aims of this research are; to analyze the results of implementing the HFIS application system and to analyze the user's capabilities regarding the HFIS application based on benchmarks from usability indicators. This research was conducted using a quantitative analysis approach. The data obtained directly is the result of interviews and questionnaires with HFIS application users.

Abstract

Sales of glasses including lenses, cleaning fluids, frames and other supporting products are still carried out conventionally and prospective buyers must come directly to the store. Sales reporting is also still done by recording the results of sales notes in the ledger resulting in frequent recording errors. Current reports cannot be done in real time so they are less efficient and effective. Sales are done by word of mouth and by using WhatsApp status updates with limited reach. An online or digital eyeglass sales system is needed at Optic XYZ so that the reach is wider, buyers do not have to come and reports are fast, precise and accurate and real time. System development using prototype and website-based methods. In order to ensure that the system can be implemented properly and without obstacles, a trial was carried out using the black box testing method involving users in testing. The system was built to overcome sales and reporting problems so that with this sales system it can help buyers and admins and optic parties in sales and reporting. After the system is implemented, in the future a mobile-based eyeglass sales system will be developed at Optic XYZ so that the system continues to develop and follows the latest technological advances.

The author limits the problem only to; How is the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital in Aceh and. Designing a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET. From the description, the objectives of the discussion are; To find out the Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital and Design a Patient Information System at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital using Visual BASIC.NET. The Prototyping method is used as a software development model and evaluation activities are also carried out as an assessment of the results of the prototype being built. With this patient information system program, the information system at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital becomes precise, and accurate, especially on the patient side. And to obtain information about the patient becomes easier; This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur at the Zainoel Abidin Aceh General Hospital, namely the difficulty in controlling and supervising patients and planning for procurement of goods. This goods procurement information system can avoid excess patients and overcome the scarcity of goods which is certainly highly expected by business actors and The creation of an information system program in order to obtain quality information and Based on the evaluation of the current desktop application display With the prototype design, it is known that each category has an increase in the usability value.
