Abstract

Salah satu persyaratan dari analisis clash detection pada perencanaan gedung adalah struktur dari bangunan tersebut harus kokoh dan efisien dikerjakan. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukannya perhitungan awal mengenai dimensi struktur seperti balok, kolom pelat dan tangga. Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh: tebal pelat lantai dan tangga 12 cm dan 24 cm. Ukuran balok terbesar 950 mm dan terkecil 300 mm dengan pemakaian tulangan utama D22, D16 dan sengkang D12, D10. Ukuran kolom terbesar 750 mm dan terkecil 500 mm dengan pemakaian tulangan utama D22 dan sengkang D13. Lalu permodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi robot untuk analisis stuktur dan untuk desain tulangan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi revit 2021. Dari permodelan revit tersebut didapatkan hasil dari clash detection dengan bantuan aplikasi Navisworks manage 2021 yang ditemukan ada sekitar 4220 clash pada tulangan dan diambil untuk pembahasan sebanyak 9 clash. Hasil volume diperbandingkan volume terjadinya clash dengan volume setelah solusi dari kedua volume tersebut didapatkan selisih sebesar Jumlah: 119, Panjang Tulangan: 2790.56 m, dan Berat Tulangan 17965.21 kg.

Abstract

Gedung Kantor Waringin Megah Surabaya beralamatkan di Jl. Raya Graha Famili blok L no. 7-9, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Terdiri dari 7 lantai dengan luas total bangunan ±2779,05 m2. Modifikasi pada gedung Kantor PT Sinar Waringin Megah ditujukan untuk memenuhi suatu perencanaan struktur bangunan gedung bertingkat yang direncanakan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Modifikasi gedung ini menerapkan implementasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang mampu membuat dan mengelola data proses konstruksi dimulai dari modeling, desain, drawing dan reporting. Pada implementasi BIM ini penulis memodifikasi struktur beton bertulang, dengan menggunakan interoperability antara Software Autodesk Revit Structure dan software Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, yang membantu penulis memodifikasi struktur dan rencana anggaran biaya. Dari hasil modifikasi diperoleh pelat atap dengan tebal 120 mm menggunakan tulangan utama D10-200. Balok B1 35/50 cm dengan tulangan tumpuan atas 6D16 dan bawah 4D16, serta tulangan lapangan atas 6D16 dan bawah 4D16. Balok B2 30/40 cm dengan tulangan tumpuan atas 4D16 dan bawah 4D16, tulangan lapangan atas 4D16 dan bawah 4D16. Kolom K1 60/65 cm menggunakan tulangan utama 18D22 dan D13-100 tulangan sengkang tumpuan dan D13-150 untuk lapangan. Tangga tulangan utama D10-100 dan D10-75. Permodelan, detailing dan rencana anggaran biaya dilakukan dengan aplikasi Autodesk Revit Structure. Pembebanan dan analisis struktur menggunakan Auotdesk Robot Structural Analysis. Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk elemen struktur gedung sebesar Rp 7,464,522,515.42.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis clash detection struktur atas Gedung Laboratorium AKN Putra Sang Fajar Blitar berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM). Penelitian ini fokus pada penggunaan BIM dalam pemodelan, desain, dan analisis struktur bangunan. Gedung Laboratorium AKN Putra Sang Fajar Blitar memiliki kompleksitas struktur yang memerlukan analisis teliti untuk menghindari clash antar elemen. Penggunaan BIM dalam penelitian ini melibatkan perangkat lunak seperti Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Pro (RSAP), Autodesk Revit, dan Autodesk Navisworks. RSAP digunakan untuk pemodelan struktur, sementara Revit digunakan untuk menganalisis penulangan dan menghitung Quantity Take Off. Navisworks digunakan untuk analisis clash detection. Data perencanaan gedung dan hasil pemodelan Revit digunakan dalam analisis. Dalam penelitian ini, BIM memberikan informasi berupa visualisasi, volume, dan clash detection yang terintegrasi, memungkinkan perbandingan yang akurat. Pertanyaan penelitian mencakup pemodelan struktur, desain elemen struktur, analisis clash detection, dan perbandingan hasil perhitungan Quantity Take Off berbasis BIM dengan metode manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis struktur yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi RSAP 2023 dan dihitung secara manual telah memenuhi standar keamanan yang diatur oleh SNI. Selain itu, ditemukan 8612 clash pada elemen struktur dengan persebaran data sebesar 94,76% terjadi pada tulangan, 5,22% pada material lainnya, dan 0,02% pada beton. Selisih antara hasil proses perhitungan berbasis BIM (Quantity Take Off) dan BoQ manual adalah sebesar Rp. 223.996.000. Dengan nilai yang lebih besar ditemukan pada perhtungan di aplikasi Revit. Dapat dikatakan perhitungan menggunakan proses BIM lebih besar hasilnya daripada perhitungan BoQ secara manual.

Abstract

Building Information Modelling (BIM) mencerminkan revolusi industri dan digitalisasi dalam mendukung teknologi konstruksi 4.0. Pelaksanaan integrasi BIM dengan tingkat maturitas tinggi memerlukan biaya apalagi belum ada aplikasi yang mendukung implementasi BIM mulai dari tahap awal / pra desain sampai dengan penggunaan dan perawatan. Sangat penting membuat workflow yang efektif agar tujuan implementasi BIM tercapai. Hasil penenlitian menunjukkan Analisis dan desain sambungan dapat dilakukan dengan mentransfer file analisis ke aplikasi analisis dan desain sambungan menggunakan koenktor antar aplikasi. Output aplikasi BIM modeler memiliki Level of Development (LOD) mencapai 500 yang menunjukkan bahwa outputnya dapat digunakan mulai dari proses perancangan hingga pada produksi gambar As Built Drawing. Sedangkan aplikasi analisis dan desain struktur serta analisis dan desain sambungan memiliki LOD 350. Alur kerja implemntasi BIM lebih mudah dimulai dari aplikasi Analisis dan Desain Struktur. Setelah semua elemen didesain dan memiliki kekutan yang direncanakan, file analisis ini dapat di ekspor ke aplikasi BIM Modeler untuk membuat gambar detail. Hasil analisis dan desain struktur juga di ekspor ke aplikasi analisis dan desain sambungan balok-kolom untuk dilakukan pengecekan kekuatan. Hasilnya kemudian menjadi dasar untuk membuat detailing pada Aplikasi BIM Modeler.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Children with chronic kidney disease (CKD) continue to face significant health challenges, with a growing morbidity rate that lowers their quality of life (QoL). Children with CKD experience complex problems physically, emotionally, socially and at school, requiring different problem solving for each child. At the assessment stage, assessing the quality of life is very important, the results of which determine the next steps regarding the child's care and treatment. Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the best service delivery based on assessing the quality of life of CKD children based on research results. Methods: Systematic review study was for children determine the best service delivery based on assessing the QoL with CKD. Electronic database and reference list of relevant articles from 2016 to 2023. Guided by PRISMA guidelines, five electronic database PubMed, EBSCO, PROQUEST, Science Direct, and Google Scholar-were searched for relevant articles published in Indonesia and English. Results: From 11 studies, it was found that the majority of children with CKD had a low quality of life in terms of physical, emotional, social and academic function, even though the quality of life of children who underwent a renal transplant (RT) was better than children who underwent a RT, undergoing hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD), to improve the QoL proper care is needed, one of which is camping activities by camping, children assess their quality of life positively, with self-esteem as the most felt dimension. Short stature, low family income, use of dialysis, and depression are risk factors associated with lower overall QoL. Conclusion: Research reveals that almost all children with CKD score poorly on QoL assessments. Children with CKD experience a poor quality of life, and require team and comprehensive work to improve the child's quality of life. Quality of life assessment is a reflection of the need for appropriate care and treatment for the child and family. Keywords: Quality of life, Children, Chronic kidney disease

Abstract

One of the appropriate contraceptives to prevent pregnancy, especially in the long term, is the IUD. This study aims to determine the relationship between information sources and anxiety levels on participation in using IUDs in the Mopah Baru Community Health Center working area. This research uses a research design Analytical Observational with approach cross sectional. With technique simple random sampling there was sample of 87 respondents obtained, the independent variable (source of information and level of anxiety) and the dependent variable (participation in IUD use) used a questionnaire. Statistical tests are used Chi-Square to find out the relationship between the two variables. The results of research from 87 respondents showed that most of the criteria respondents did not get a source of information about IUD use as many as 54 respondents (62.1%), the majority of respondents experienced moderate anxiety about IUD use, namely 47 respondents (54%), and it was found that the majority of respondents The criteria for not participating in IUD use were 79 respondents (90.8%). Analysis uses statistical tests Chi-Square It was found that there was a relationship between the source of information and participation in using the IUD, namely p value = 0.000 < 0.05, and there was a relationship between the level of anxiety and participation in using the IUD, namely p value = 0.001 < 0.05. It is necessary to seek various sources of information from various parties (for example through print media, electronic media, through friends, family and competent health workers) before making a decision, especially information about the side effects and limitations of IUD contraception, so that respondents are not anxious and do not hesitate to take part in IUD use.

Abstract

Efforts made by the Ministry of Health to improve the quality of hospital services are through accreditation activities for both government and private hospitals. The increase in the number of hospitals is very rapid every year, this condition causes competition to occur in providing the best quality service. Researchers assess the need for improving the quality of employee performance to improve service quality.This research method uses a literature review where 4 articles are included in the superior paper category obtained from Google Scholar so that they are good for further analysis. Critical analysis of 4 articles was conducted based on design, population and sample, sampling, treatment, parameters, findings and conclusions.This literature review shows that hospital accreditation has an effect on employee performance, so itis necessary to carry out accreditation as an effort to improve quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) on student learning outcomes in grade IV fraction material at SD Negeri 3 Sigli. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach with the True-Experimental Design type. And the design in this research is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research population was all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Sigli by taking two classes as samples and using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using tests in the form of Pretest-Posttest, while the data analysis technique used SPSS Statistics 29 and hypothesis testing using the Independent t-test. The results of hypothesis testing with independent t-test statistics obtained a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.001 0.05. So the decision making criteria, namely Ha, is accepted, H0 is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence in the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) on student learning outcomes in class IV fraction material at SD Negeri 3 Sigli

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) on the productivity of state civil servants in Sleman Regency, Indonesia. With the increasing reliance on technology in public administration, SIMPEG serves as a crucial tool for enhancing various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and payroll management. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, data were collected from 150 civil servants through structured questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between SIMPEG implementation and civil servant productivity, with administrative efficiency, job satisfaction, and employee motivation identified as key contributing factors. Notably, the findings show that administrative efficiency accounts for 61% of the variance in overall work performance, underscoring the system's impact on reducing bureaucratic delays and enhancing decision-making processes. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of addressing challenges such as resistance to change and the need for adequate training to ensure successful implementation. These insights contribute to the ongoing discourse on e-government initiatives in Indonesia and provide practical recommendations for policymakers and public administrators seeking to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness. The study emphasizes the critical role of integrated personnel management systems in modernizing public administration and enhancing civil servant productivity.

Abstract

Public service is a service or arrangement of activities in order to fulfill the needs of services in accordance with the provisions of the Law for each citizen and resident on goods, services, and administrative services provided by the public service organizer. The primary purpose of public service is to meet the basic needs and well-being of the community. Information digitalization is a form of public service used for presenting information about things related to the village to the community, and in the era of information technology that is already advanced in the present era, public services must also be done effectively and efficiently so that the information delivered to society can be delivered quickly and accurately. The village of Sidomulyo is located in Salaman, Central Java, Indonesia. This village of Sidomulyo is also one of the more advanced villages. A lot of work has been done in the village. With the theme of Efforts to Improve the Quality of Public Service Through Information Digitalization in the Village Sidomulyo as a team work program KKN Group 19 year 2022, which has the aim that the dissemination of information within the village that is currently under the control of the government of the village can be more easily searched by the general public through the website, as well as the video profile of the village that has been designed by the team KKN MIT 14 Group 19, which contains an exhibition about the Profile of the Town Sidomulyo with the data and potential within it. From the results of the analysis obtained, it appears that the digitalization of this village has had a great impact on the progress of the village of Sidomulyo.
