Abstract

Penyakit ginjal kronis terjadi ketika ginjal gagal mempertahankan metabolisme dan keseimbangan tubuh, serta memiliki risiko kematian yang tinggi. Analisis dan prediksi menggunakan teknik klasifikasi data dapat membantu mengurangi risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit ginjal kronis dengan menggabungkan metode seleksi fitur Information Gain dan algoritma Learning Vector Quantization 2 (LVQ2). Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 1.659 data dengan 53 atribut dan 1 label kelas. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing, seleksi fitur, normalisasi, dan klasifikasi. Seleksi fitur dilakukan berdasarkan nilai Information Gain dengan threshold tertentu. Model diuji dengan kombinasi parameter learning rate dan window, serta dievaluasi menggunakan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil terbaik diperoleh tanpa seleksi fitur dengan akurasi 93,98%. Setelah seleksi fitur, akurasi menurun sedikit menjadi 93,37%. Kombinasi Smote dan seleksi fitur meningkatkan presisi, recall, dan F1 score, namun menurunkan akurasi hingga menjadi 80,00% pada threshold 0,7 dengan fitur terpilih 33.

Abstract

Digital transformation has pushed social media to become a strategic space for government institutions to convey information. PPSDM ANRI utilizes Instagram @pusdiklatanri to reach the public and educate about archives through visual and interactive content. This research is interestingly studied using Media Richness Theory which highlights the immediacy feedback, multiple cues, language variety, and personal focus. The method used is qualitative through observation, interviews with social media team, and literature study. This research aims to analyze how the @pusdiklatanri Instagram account is utilized to deliver archival information and education. It focuses on how strategically the account serves as a digital communication medium for PPSDM ANRI to reach the public. The results show that @pusdiklatanri functions not only as a formal information platform, but also as a dynamic interaction and education space. This success is reflected in the multimodal content, language variety, and emotional closeness through videos, stories, and Q&A. This confirms the effectiveness of strategically managed social media. In conclusion, @pusdiklatanri is able to fulfill the characteristics of rich media in Media Richness Theory. Future research is recommended to compare similar accounts in other institutions or add quantitative analysis related to audience engagement.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto menyadari pentingnya Teknologi Informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Namun, seiring dengan kompleksitas Teknologi Informasi yang semakin meningkat, Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto dalam service operation juga bertambah seperti manajemen insiden yang kurang efektif (respon lambat, komunikasi buruk, dokumentasi kurang), manajemen masalahyang reaktif (fokus pada insiden, kurang analisis akar masalah), manajemen perubahan yang tidak terkendali (perubahan tanpa perencanaan, kurang komunikasi). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis maturity level pada layanan TI pada SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto menggunakan framework ITIL V3 domain service operation. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Kuesioner didistribusikan berdasarkan pemetaan RACI kepada staf internal yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dan operasional layanan TI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan layanan TI pada setiap area service operation di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto masih berada pada level 3 (Defined). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa area agar layanan TI dapat mendukung tujuan organisasi secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitianini memberikan rekomendasi yang diharapkan dapat membantu SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan TI dan mencapai tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan oleh organisasi. Abstract

Information retrieval (IR) is a field in computer science that focuses on searching and retrieving relevant information from large-scale data sets. With the development of technology and the explosion of digital information, the need for efficient and accurate IR systems is increasing. This study aims to examine various IR models, both classical and modern, and the supporting techniques used in the information retrieval process. Classical models such as the Boolean Model, Vector Space Model (VSM), and BM25 are the initial foundations of IR systems, while modern neural network-based approaches such as DSSM, DPR, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) offer more semantic and contextual search performance. In addition, basic techniques such as indexing and tokenization, as well as advanced techniques such as query expansion and relevance feedback, are also discussed, which also increase the effectiveness of the system. The performance evaluation of the IR system is carried out using various metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, MAP, and NDCG. The results of this study indicate that the combination of the right IR models and techniques can produce an information retrieval system that is more relevant, efficient, and adaptive to the needs of modern users.

Abstract

Background: RS Bhayangkara Pontianak faces challenges in managing patient queues due to the high volume of visits and low utilization of online queue applications based on the Khanza Health Management Information System (SIMKES). Contribution: This community service activity aims to improve patients’ and families’ understanding and ability to use online queue applications independently. Method: Through a participatory educational approach, the educational intervention lasted one day and involved 45 participants who had never used the application. Education was provided through short counselling sessions, leaflet distribution, video tutorial screening, and direct simulation of application use. Results: 51.1% of participants were delighted with the educational material, 48.9% with the delivery method, and 60% felt helped by the simulation. Confidence in using the application increased significantly, especially among younger participants. However, older users showed limited progress due to low digital literacy. These results indicate that a participatory educational approach effectively encourages the adoption of digital health tools. Conclusion: The need for ongoing training for patients and staff, the provision of easily accessible self-study materials, and the integration of digital literacy education into routine hospital operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality and human resource competence on the effectiveness of regional financial management in regional apparatus organizations in Sumedang Regency. This study uses an explanatory quantitative method. Respondents in this study were financial management employees in 54 regional apparatus organizations, totaling 108 people. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results obtained were a positive and significant effect of information quality and human resource competence on the effectiveness of regional financial management in regional apparatus organizations in Sumedang Regency. This study will increase our understanding of the concept of good governance in Indonesia, to increase transparency, accountability, and effectiveness, especially in regional financial management.

Abstract

Objective: Tujuan dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi produsen dalam produk business link dengan memperluas jaringan pemasaran internet (online), dan meningkatkan kompetensi manajemen pemasaran. Method: Cara pendekatannya adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan secara terus menerus sampai dengan saat ini mandiri. Results: Hasil dari kegiatan ini produk UMKM Kedurus Kepatihan Sidoarjo ingin mengoptimalkan peran pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi, jadi tidak perlu membuat asosiasi UMKM, ingin memiliki merek dagang dan membandingkan dengan ecommerce yang telah disediakan. Diharapkan omzet akan meningkat. Pada tahun sebelumnya omzetnya naik, sehingga dapat mensejahterakan warga Kedurus Kepatihan Sidoarjo. Novelty: Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terus menerus hingga mandiri, serta fokus pada pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi untuk optimasi pemasaran tanpa perlu membuat asosiasi UMKM.

Abstract

The Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center (Bojonegoro TIC) application is an innovative application managed by the Transportation Agency to facilitate the process of providing public information services in the field of traffic. The government is expected to be able to implement dynamic governance, by the times but not ignoring the needs of the community. Focusing on a case study where the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application has been launched since 2018 and has undergone three stages of renewal, but the people of Bojonegoro city still do not know the existence of the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application in providing public information services. There are still several obstacles such as in 2022 the weakness of CCTV real-time data that cannot function for almost a year, there are still many people who are in remote areas, and also people who are old are not accustomed to using cellphones as a source of public information services, they think that cellphones are only limited to communication tools. This study aims to determine the dynamic governance of service delivery through the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application according to Neo & Chen 2007, where there are three dynamic governance capabilities: Thinking Ahead, Thinking Again, and Thinking Across. The results of the study have thought ahead by preparing public services through one service application and creating innovations to bring services closer to the community, but also have thought again by conducting regular evaluations and thinking across borders by adopting thoughts from other regions by implementing directly on the application so that it can support public services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables as determinants of the capital structure of information technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population for this study consists of information technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, totaling 22 companies. The capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The determinants of the capital structure in this study include inflation, gross domestic product growth, interest rates, and profitability. Based on the results of the fixed effects panel regression analysis, it was found that macroeconomic variables such as GDP, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates do not have a significant impact on the capital structure of companies in this industry. GDP, inflation, and interest rates do not show a significant influence on the capital structure of information technology companies. This suggests that capital structure decisions in this industry are more influenced by other factors. The information technology industry may be more affected by market dynamics, technological innovation, access to equity funding, and unique management strategies. The negative average profitability indicates that companies in this industry face significant financial challenges, but this does not directly affect their capital structure.
