Abstract

Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) berperan sebagai alat utama dalam mengelola data dan informasi terkait tenaga kerja dalam suatu organisasi. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi berbagai proses HR, seperti rekrutmen, pelatihan, administrasi penggajian, serta evaluasi kinerja. Dengan penerapan SISDM yang optimal, perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data, meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, serta mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara strategis. Organisasi disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi terbaru dalam Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) guna memastikan kelancaran operasional serta kemudahan akses data bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, pelatihan bagi staf sangat diperlukan agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan SISDM secara optimal, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan fungsi sistem serta meminimalkan potensi kesalahan. Evaluasi sistem secara berkala juga perlu dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan organisasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan regulasi yang berlaku. Mengingat informasi dalam SISDM bersifat sensitif, penerapan langkah-langkah keamanan yang ketat sangat penting guna melindungi data karyawan dari ancaman siber. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan fitur dan modul dalam SISDM harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik organisasi agar investasi yang dilakukan memberikan hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Use of the Independent Teaching Platform (ITP) on the Mastery of Classroom Teachers' Information Technology in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum of Elementary Schools Segugus 5 Trihanggo Sleman. In the current era of globalization, the use of technology-based platforms has become one of the factors that is considered to improve the quality of education and learning in schools through the advancement of Information Technology. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample of this study consists of 33 classroom teachers at Segugus 5 Elementary School Trihanggo Sleman who have used or have accessed the Independent Teaching Platform (ITP) for the purpose of classroom learning.  The data in this study was collected through observations, interviews and also questionnaires related to the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (ITP) on the mastery of Information Technology for Elementary School Classroom Teachers in Segugus 5 Trihanggo. The data in this study was analyzed using a simple linear regression statistical test, a correlation test, and a determination coefficient test. The results of the study showed that the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (ITP) could affect the mastery of information technology for teachers in group 5 of Trihanggo by 45.1%. It is hoped that these findings can be a reference for the development of education in the digital era and support the implementation of the independent curriculum through the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (ITP) more effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the effectiveness of sanctions under the ITE Law and jarimah ta'zir in addressing online gambling, and to explore how the integration of these approaches can create a more effective and comprehensive legal framework in Indonesia. This study employs a normative juridical method with an analytical approach to relevant laws and regulations, particularly the ITE Law and Qanun Jinayat in Aceh. Data were analyzed through a comparative evaluation of sanctions under the ITE Law and jarimah ta'zir, focusing on their effectiveness in tackling technological challenges, reducing recidivism, and creating social deterrence against online gambling. The findings reveal that the ITE Law, while effective in utilizing technological measures such as website blocking and account monitoring, faces limitations in providing a permanent deterrent due to the adaptability of gambling networks through VPNs, cryptocurrency, and domain migration. On the other hand, jarimah ta'zir, as implemented in Aceh, demonstrates significant success in reducing online gambling cases, with a recorded 35% decrease in cases in 2022, and a 10.53% decrease in overall criminal cases in Aceh Jaya in 2024 compared to 2023, primarily due to public punishments like caning, which create stronger social stigma and moral deterrence. Furthermore, the rehabilitative aspect of jarimah ta'zir offers a complementary approach to the punitive nature of the ITE Law, addressing the underlying causes of gambling behavior.

Abstract

The performance of registration information systems is a crucial factor in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of academic administrative services. This study evaluates the quality of a registration information system based on the ISO 9126 standard, focusing on key aspects such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The data collection methods used in this study vary based on each quality aspect. For the usability and maintainability aspects, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, consisting of students, prospective students, and academic staff. For the efficiency aspect, the GTMetrix tool was used to evaluate website performance. The reliability aspect was tested using the WAPT application. The functionality aspect was assessed using black-box testing with a total of 10 participants consisting of 2 prospective students, 5 students, and 3 administrative staff members, while portability was evaluated by accessing the website on five different mobile devices with varying screen sizes, operating systems, and types. The evaluation results indicate that the system performs well in functionality, usability, portability, reliability and maintainability but requires significant improvements in efficiency, particularly in LCP optimization. Based on these findings, optimization strategies such as image compression, CSS and JavaScript minification, and server-side caching implementation are recommended.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to provide recommendations for the best accommodation and the fastest route to the accommodation location in Lhokseumawe City. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the priority of accommodation based on five main criteria, namely price, public facilities, cleanliness, security, and year founded. The Dijkstra algorithm is applied to calculate the shortest path from the user's position to the selected accommodation. This study involved 21 accommodations as study objects. The results of the analysis showed that Hotel Diana obtained the highest value of 0.08873, so it was recommended as the main accommodation. The shortest distance from the Faculty of Engineering, Malikussaleh University to Hotel Diana is 11.53857 km. These results indicate that the combination of the AHP method and the Dijkstra algorithm is effective in supporting location-based decision making, as well as making it easier for users to determine appropriate accommodation and the fastest route efficiently.

Abstract

This study looks at how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help make health information more accessible to everyone.  By using artificial intelligence, medical information can be made easier to understand and more available to everyone.  The study uses a literature review method.  It carefully chooses articles published from 2020 to 2024 from trusted academic databases like EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest.  The articles were chosen based on how relevant they were and the latest developments in using AI for sharing health information.  The results show that AI can effectively translate complex medical words, offer personalized health information, and overcome language barriers using advanced language technology.  Also, AI can help disadvantaged communities by making it easier for them to get health information and by reducing the spread of false information using fact-checking programs.  The study highlights how important interactive AI tools are for getting users involved and shows how these tools can be used for data-driven public health projects.  This study shows that AI can play a big role in creating a fairer and better-informed society.  In conclusion, the study highlights how important it is to think about ethics and to share fair and accurate information.

Abstract

Universitas Sriwijaya is one of the state universities in Indonesia. Universitas Sriwijaya has 10 faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Computer Science. Information Systems is one of the departments in the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. Based on the observation results, the Department of Information Systems has just updated the appearance of its website. To determine the level of usability of the website, this research uses two methods, namely eye-tracking method and cognitive walkthrough. The activities that are the research material in this research include searching for lecturers' schedules, downloading final project guidelines and searching for course codes. As a result of the cognitive walkthrough method, the activity of searching for lecturers' timetables has the lowest success rate of 0%, followed by the activity of searching for course codes with 40% and the activity of downloading final project guidelines with 80%. In addition, the research continued using the eye-tracking method to identify areas of confusion for the respondents and to understand the emotional level of the respondents when carrying out these activities. It can be seen that the average respondent is still confused or unfocused when working on the pre-defined activities.

Abstract

Mie Gacoan, a popular noodle restaurant in Indonesia, is known for its spicy noodles of various levels and innovative marketing strategies, attracting the attention of consumers, especially young people. This study analyzes the influence of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) and information credibility on consumer purchase intention, with brand trust as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at Mie Gacoan, Malang City using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample consisted of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with primary data obtained through a Likert-based questionnaire and secondary data from the literature. Data analysis using PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 includes validity, reliability, and relationship tests between variables. The results of the study indicate that eWOM and information credibility have a significant effect on brand trust, which in turn increases consumer purchase intention. In addition, both variables also have a direct effect on purchase intention. Brand trust is proven to be a mediator that strengthens the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of brand trust in consumer decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Understanding of Financial Reporting Systems, Internal Control and Accounting Information Systems on the Financial Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) in Labanan Makmur Village. The sampling technique in this study used a population and collected 34 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the SPSS version 22.0 program as an analysis tool. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the Understanding of the accounting system has a positive effect on the financial performance of BUMK at BUMK Labanan Makmur in Berau Regency. The Financial Reporting System has a positive effect on the financial performance of BUMK at BUMK Labanan Makmur in Berau Regency, and the Internal Control System (SPI) has a positive effect on the financial performance of BUMK at BUMK Labanan Makmur in Berau Regency
