Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of accounting information systems in the management of medicine inventory at Anuntaloko Parigi Hospital. The transformation from a manual Excel-based system to an integrated system using the Mirsa application is an important point in an effort to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording and reporting. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the direct experiences of hospital employees, such as the pharmacy and finance departments. The results showed that the implementation of the accounting information system has improved recording efficiency, structured the procurement process, and provided a correction mechanism for recording errors. Technical constraints such as network disruptions and initial adaptation processes were overcome through training and infrastructure improvements. In addition, internal and external audits have strengthened accountability and system sustainability. This study confirms that the successful implementation of accounting information systems is not only determined by technology, but also by the readiness of human resources and coordination between work units in the hospital.

Abstract

Hospital X is currently undergoing a system transition from an old Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) to a new and more advanced version. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of HMIS in the registration section by examining three key aspects: technological, human, and organizational, using the HOT-Fit (Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit) framework. This research employs a qualitative analysis approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings from the technological aspect indicate that system development has been adapted to meet user needs; however, user manuals or clear operational guidelines are still lacking. HMIS is capable of providing information that aligns with both user and organizational requirements. From the human aspect, HMIS supports staff in completing tasks more efficiently, and users generally accept the transition to the new system, although training has not been distributed evenly among all personnel. The organizational aspect reveals that HMIS delivers relevant information to support both internal and external organizational functions. The use of HMIS in the registration unit contributes positively to the overall quality of hospital services, and optimal system performance benefits both users and the organization. Based on the results, it is recommended to schedule regular training sessions, increase staffing in the IT unit, establish specific policies governing HMIS usage, and conduct routine system maintenance to support sustainable implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of bullwhip effect, inventory levels, and information sharing practices on the performance of supply chains and retailer operations in Batam City. The data was collected through a questionnaire and processed the data using a quantitative data method for 220 respondents who are retail supply chain staff in Batam. Data analysis shows that inventory levels and information-sharing practices have a positive and significant influence on supply chain performance and retailer operations, while the bullwhip effect does not show a significant impact on either aspect. The study emphasizes the need to focus on inventory management strategies and improve information collaboration in the supply chain to improve retailers' operational efficiency.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as a spring to water the arguments built so that they look fertile and sparkling compared to previous studies. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from 300 KFC employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data used in this article were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the assumptions accompanied by strong arguments and presented in the Research Hypothesis are concluded to have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. This is because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.015. These results are because the Human Resource Information System can make employee work easier, can increase work creativity, and can increase work productivity.. In line with the results above, in the next hypothesis, namely the Work Motivation variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct tester 0..015. Thus the data is concluded, the first and second hypotheses in the article can be accepted.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Social Media Marketing Efforts (SMME), Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), and Information Transparency on apartment purchase decisions. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from consumers who had purchased apartments at Barsa City Yogyakarta and analyzed through multiple regression and statistical tests in SPSS. The Macro PROCESS tool was employed to test the moderation hypothesis. The results revealed that SMME and E-WOM significantly and positively impact apartment purchase decisions, emphasizing the importance of social media strategies and consumer recommendations in driving purchases. However, the hypothesis regarding the moderating role of Information Transparency was not supported, indicating that the level of transparency does not alter the influence of SMME and E-WOM on purchase decisions. These findings highlight the critical role of social media marketing and E-WOM in shaping consumer behavior in the property sector, while also suggesting that other factors may better explain the role of Information Transparency.

Abstract

Information becomes necessary for tourists to get and improve the knowledge of tourism and their experiences about tourist destination. In Dieng tourism area, tourist information and promotional media has not been structured, as well as the need of media. The purpose of this research is produce Augmented Reality application that can visualize information of Dieng tourism, as interactive and interesting information, promotion tourism media. This research produces an android application which is used as information and promotion media of tourism in Dieng. Testing according to ISO 25010 with functional suitability got 100% suitability with Blackbox test, on portability aspect application successfully installed, update and uninstall on various smartphone environment, on performance efficiency aspect show average launch time is 1817 ms and also 0,22% CPU and 177,8 MB Memory usage. Results usability obtained SUS score 79.6 indicates the application get acceptable category to be used as information and tourism promotion media in Dieng.

Abstract

Bitcoin is a crypto currency introduced by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008. It has the features of decentralization cross-border and fixed total amount and has become one of the most widely used crypto-currencies. Bitcoin, as a new digital currency system, innovatively makes the use of cryptographic elements and consensus mechanisms and builds up a secure decentralized system. The Blockchain, as the core of Bitcoin, uses peer-to-peer network communications and backs up transaction data in every node of the system, thus creating a huge distributed public book.  It is essentially a decentralized distributed ledger database, and the decentralization means that the transaction is broadcast to the entire network, where everyone is involved in book keeping. In order to make every participant in the Blockchain willing to participate in the bookkeeping, the reward mechanism of the Bitcoin system is mining. This article first introduces the concept of Blockchain technology, then expounds the principle and the operation mechanism of the Bitcoin and the Bitcoin mining principle, introduces an example of Bitcoin mining in-depth study and analysis, finally, summarize and prospect the development of the Bitcoin mining.

Abstract

Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo (UNUSIDA) is experiencing obstacles in providing fast and efficient new student admission information services. The high volume of inquiries, limited human resources, and the need for instant response are the main challenges. This research aims to implement whatsapp chatbot technology to improve services at the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. Using the Agile method, chatbot development is carried out iteratively and incrementally to ensure that the resulting solution meets user needs. The method used in this research includes the development of a chatbot system using a suitable programming platform, followed by testing the functionality and effectiveness in providing information. The test results show that the whatsapp chatbot is able to provide accurate and relevant responses in an average time of 3 seconds. Prior to the implementation of the chatbot, the response time to prospective student questions ranged from 15-30 minutes. The implementation of whatsapp chatbot significantly improves the efficiency of information services, reduces the workload of PMB staff and increases prospective student satisfaction. This research proves the effectiveness of chatbots in improving the quality of UNUSIDA PMB information services. This research serves as an example for other institutions in utilizing chatbot technology to improve public services effectively and make a significant contribution to the development of service technology in higher education.

Abstract

Procurement of government goods and services is one of the most crucial parts of the government process. Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 on the Procurement of Government Goods and Services reflects the government's commitment to enhancing the transparency and accountability of procurement processes. A key component of this initiative is the implementation of the General Procurement Plan Information System (SiRUP). This paper examines how SiRUP has contributed to the procurement of goods and services within the West Java Provincial Government. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with documentation studies. Data was obtained from secondary sources from the Bureau of Goods and Services Procurement of the West Java Provincial Secretariat. The findings of this study indicate that, despite the implementation of the SiRUP application, the procurement process within the West Java Provincial Government has not yet been fully optimized in practice. Improvements are needed, particularly in terms of human resources related to competency, as well as in the optimization of the system itself.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of government, including regional financial management. Industrial Revolution 5.0 emphasizes the use of automatic technology and artificial intelligence which can increase bureaucratic efficiency and reduce human error in data management. Information systems (IS) are technologically assisted human workforce systems designed to assist with administrative and operational tasks. The development of interactive connections between humans, data, information, technology and algorithms is meant by this. This research aims to analyze the role of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in increasing financial accountability and transparency in Paniai Regency, Central Papua Province. SIPD is an information technology-based system implemented to support regional financial management more effectively, efficiently and transparently. The implementation of SIPD takes the form of a website with the aim of making it easier and faster to carry out supervision and evaluation of public services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of SIPD in Paniai Regency has had a positive impact in increasing regional financial transparency and facilitating the budget reporting and monitoring process. However, there are still several challenges in its implementation, such as limited human resources who understand the system and technological infrastructure constraints. This research provides recommendations for increasing human resource capacity and improving infrastructure to support the optimization of SIPD implementation.
