Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan informasi anatomi pada pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi Antero Posterior (AP) dengan lutut fleksi dan lutut extensi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan sampel pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan knee fleksion dan knee extension. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara informasi anatomi pada pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan posisi lutut fleksi dan extensi. Pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan posisi lutut fleksi dapat memberikan informasi anatomi yang lebih baik tentang sudut lumbosacral dan hasil pemeriksaan yang lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan pemeriksaan lumbosacral proyeksi AP dengan lutut extensi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil perbandingan tingkat kenyamanan pasien, proyeksi yang lebih memudahkan radiografer. dan informasi anatomi pada proyeksi AP Axial Plantodorsal dan proyeksi AP Axial Dorsoplantar. Penulisan karya tulis ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen, metode tersebut yaitu penulis turun ke lapangan melakukan eksposi kepada relawan yaitu menggunakan proyeksi AP Axial Plantodorsal dan proyeksi AP Axial Dorsoplantar dan membandingkan hasil radiograf dari proyeksi AP Axial Plantodorsal dan proyeksi AP Axial Dorsoplantar. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara memberikan kuesioner kepada 10 orang relawan untuk menilai kenyamanan pasien, memberikan kuesioner kepada 3 orang radiografer untuk menilai kemudahan mengerjakan proyeksi dan yang terakhir diberikan kuesioner kepada 3 orang dokter untuk menilai informasi anatomi yang data tersebut akan diolah menggunakanan aplikasi SPSS. Dari pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan proyeksi AP Axial Plantodorsal lebih optimal dalam memberikan informasi anatomi

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership, work discipline, and training on employee performance at the Communication and Information Office of Papua Province. A survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire distributed to 92 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that leadership, work discipline, and training collectively have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and work discipline significantly influence performance, while training does not show a significant effect. Among the three variables, work discipline emerges as the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. These findings imply that enhancing employee performance requires strengthening leadership practices and work discipline, while training programs should be restructured to ensure greater effectiveness.

Abstract

Wireless communication technologies operating in the 2.4 GHz band, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and others, often face challenges related to mutual interference. These technologies share the same unlicensed frequency spectrum, which can lead to various types of interference, affecting performance, reliability, and data throughput. This paper addresses the issue of mutual interference in communications occurring within frequency bands commonly used in daily life. Through this, it conducts an in-depth study on information processing between wireless devices and the control of communication components. Specifically, it examines interference phenomena in the widely used 2.4 GHz band by analyzing communication methods where such interference is likely to occur. By investigating the characteristics of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and ZigBee, this study analyzes interference phenomena and proposes an algorithm to mitigate them. To mitigate this, this paper proposes a multi-layered method integrating adaptive filtering, dynamic frequency allocation, advanced error correction, and intelligent scheduling mechanisms.

Abstract

This study aims to review the management of the waypoint database in the Cartography Unit of the Aeronautical Information Center, with a focus on maintaining the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of waypoint data as a crucial component of flight safety. The impetus for this research is the identification of data inconsistencies, including differences in coordinates and waypoint naming on aeronautical charts, which may pose risks to air navigation. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation review, and gap analysis comparing actual practice with existing regulations. The findings indicate that the current workflow for waypoint database management remains informal, lacking written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), mandatory independent verification mechanisms, and formal appointment of responsible personnel. These shortcomings undermine data quality and increase the risk of inconsistencies in critical data. Accordingly, this study recommends the immediate development and implementation of formal SOPs, the official designation of a database manager, and the adoption of independent verification processes to ensure the integrity of waypoint data as critical data in aviation safety

Abstract

Information media within the airport environment play a crucial role in educating passengers about baggage regulations, thereby supporting aviation safety and security. However, the effectiveness of such media still requires evaluation, particularly at Minangkabau International Airport. This study aims to analyze the extent to which information media functions as an educational tool for passengers. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative methods through observation and interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS software through validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results show that information media have a significant influence on passengers' understanding of baggage regulations, indicated by a β (beta) value of 0.943 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Qualitative findings suggest that the current information media is still suboptimal due to its lack of visual appeal, poor placement, and outdated content. Passengers were more responsive to interactive media such as educational videos and digital infographics. Therefore, a more effective communication strategy is needed by utilizing digital media that is engaging, visual, and easily accessible. This study is expected to serve as a reference in the development of more efficient and educational information media within the airport environment.

Abstract

Heliports play a vital role in supporting urban mobility and emergency medical services, necessitating accurate and standardized aeronautical information to maintain aviation safety. The heliport chart, as a specialized type of aeronautical chart, serves as the primary medium for disseminating this information. However, current official charts in Indonesia display significant inconsistencies and missing data, potentially leading to misinterpretation by pilots. This study assesses the adequacy of existing internal standards for heliport chart production and their alignment with the Ministry of Transportation Regulation (PR) No. 6 of 2023, which governs the depiction of aeronautical charts under MOS 175-01. A qualitative approach was employed, including comparative analysis of published heliport charts, direct observation, and semi-structured interviews with cartographic personnel at AIS units in Jakarta and Denpasar. The results reveal that the current standard operating procedures (SOPs) are overly generic, lack specific provisions for heliport facilities, and fail to fulfill regulatory requirements. These deficiencies result in inconsistent chart content, omission of critical operational information, and reduced production efficiency. To address these issues, it is recommended to develop a distinct and detailed standard dedicated to heliport chart production in compliance with PR 6 of 2023. Such standardization is crucial to ensure clarity, completeness, and consistency of heliport charts, ultimately enhancing both flight safety and cartographic workflow effectiveness.

Abstract

Background: The rise of social media has transformed how individuals seek, process, and share information. However, the spread of misinformation and the challenge of low digital literacy present significant barriers to accurate information seeking. While previous research has focused on how information is disseminated, less attention has been given to how users actively search for reliable information on social media platforms. Purpose: This study aims to examine trends in information seeking on social media, focusing on the role of misinformation and digital literacy, while conducting a bibliometric analysis of the relevant literature. Methods:  A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was combined with bibliometric analysis using Biblioshiny from the Bibliometrix R-package. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database, covering publications from 2020 to 2024, and a total of 627 articles were included after filtering. Results: The analysis identified the most influential publications, the most prolific authors, and dominant keywords. A co-occurrence network analysis was also conducted to map the connections among key concepts such as misinformation, digital literacy, anxiety, and information-seeking behavior. The findings reveal that misinformation remains a major challenge, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, while digital literacy plays a significant role in shaping users’ information-seeking behavior. Notably, Dadaczynski, Hu, and Li emerged as the most productive authors, each contributing five publications. Prominent topics include infodemics, health literacy, and vaccine hesitancy. These findings highlight the importance of improving digital literacy and developing more effective communication strategies to navigate the evolving information ecosystem on social media.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology drives the livestock sector, especially slaughterhouses (RPH), to adopt digital solutions. This study develops a web-based RPH monitoring information system to support real-time recording, animal health monitoring, scheduling, and reporting. Data collection was conducted through interviews and literature studies, while the database design applied the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) method to ensure organized and scalable data structures. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and is accessible to both operational staff and relevant institutions. The results show that the system improves efficiency, recording accuracy, and operational transparency of slaughterhouses. Additionally, it enhances public trust and facilitates data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of application-based information technology usage on the loyalty and retention of Gojek partner drivers in Jabodetabek. Employing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire from 100 active drivers selected via purposive sampling. The constructs measured include ease of use, system reliability, information quality, and user interaction as independent variables, with loyalty and retention as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess measurement validity, reliability, and structural relationships. The results show that application-based information technology usage significantly and positively affects both loyalty and retention. However, loyalty does not significantly influence retention, and mediation analysis indicates that loyalty does not mediate the relationship between technology usage and retention. These findings suggest that technology’s impact on retention is primarily direct, highlighting the need for continuous improvements in usability, reliability, and transparency to sustain driver engagement in a competitive ride-hailing market.
