Abstract

The data collection and management of PKH assistance experience various problems, such as lack of efficiency, inaccurate distribution times, lack of accountability, and difficulty in accessing information for the community. The proposed approach is to build a web-based and Android mobile information system using the DevOps development method. This system was tested using black box testing techniques. The research results show that the system developed successfully fulfills all the specified functional requirements. Using this system can facilitate PKH data management, speed up the decision-making process regarding aid distribution, and increase transparency and access to information for the community. This research recommends continuing development with further integration with related systems, the development of mobile applications for beneficiaries, and deployment in other regions.Keywords: Information System; Social Assistance; Efficiency; Effectiveness of Service Quality AbstrakPendataan dan pengelolaan bantuan PKH mengalami berbagai masalah seperti kurangnya efisiensi, ketidaktepatan waktu penyaluran, kurangnya akuntabilitas, serta sulitnya akses informasi bagi masyarakat. Pendekatan yang diusulkan adalah membangun sistem informasi berbasis web dan mobile Android menggunakan metode pengembangan DevOps. Sistem ini diuji dengan menggunakan teknik pengujian blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil memenuhi semua kebutuhan fungsional yang ditetapkan. Penggunaan sistem ini dapat memudahkan pengelolaan data PKH, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan terkait penyaluran bantuan, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akses informasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk melanjutkan pengembangan dengan integrasi lebih lanjut dengan sistem terkait, pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk penerima manfaat, dan penyebaran di wilayah lain.

Abstract

LPK Multi Karya faces challenges in efficiently managing training due to the vast area of Central Kalimantan, which makes it difficult for trainers to reach participants in remote areas. This results in suboptimal training services and monitoring of participant activities. This study aims to develop a Mobile-Based Information and Monitoring System to improve data management, activity monitoring, and operational efficiency of the institution. The system development method includes needs analysis, design using the Prototype method, implementation, and evaluation. System testing results show that the system functions well and enhances the efficiency of schedule management, access to training information, and real-time monitoring of participant activities. This research contributes to the digitalization of the training sector, supports the improvement of service quality, and serves as a reference for other training institutions.Keyword: Information systems; Training; Learning; Monitoring; Services AbstrakLPK Multi Karya menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi pengelolaan pelatihan akibat luasnya wilayah Kalimantan Tengah, yang menyulitkan pelatih menjangkau peserta di daerah terpencil. Dampaknya adalah kurang optimalnya layanan pelatihan dan monitoring kegiatan peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi dan Monitoring berbasis mobile untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan data, pemantauan kegiatan, dan efisiensi operasional lembaga. Metode pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan metode Prototype, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan jadwal, akses informasi pelatihan, dan monitoring kegiatan peserta secara real-time. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada digitalisasi sektor pelatihan kerja, mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pelatihan lainnya

Abstract

This study delves into the design thinking characteristics among students in the field of information technology innovation, examining their competencies within the context of the Information Technology Education program at Mandalika University of Education - Indonesia. Employing an exploratory descriptive research design, the research focuses on 30 students, utilizing the Design Thinking Scale to assess six crucial dimensions: comfort with uncertainty and risks, human-centeredness, mindfulness of the process and impacts on others, collaborative work with diversity, orientation to learning by making and testing, and confidence and optimism to use creativity. The findings reveal a comprehensive understanding of the nuanced aspects of students' design thinking capabilities, indicating areas for improvement. Notably, students exhibit discomfort with uncertainty and risks, signaling a need for interventions to enhance resilience and adaptability. Human-centeredness, collaborative work with diversity, and mindfulness to the process receive "Poor" and "Fair" ratings, emphasizing the importance of fostering user-centric approaches and enhancing collaborative competencies. While students demonstrate a moderate level of competency in practical learning and creative application, there is room for improvement in orientation to learning by making and testing and confidence and optimism to use creativity. The overall "Poor" rating for the average design thinking score suggests a collective need for targeted interventions and educational strategies. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on design thinking in IT education. It offers insights that can inform tailored pedagogical approaches and interventions to enhance students' design thinking capabilities in preparation for the dynamic challenges of the evolving information technology landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information services through documentary films on social media addiction in Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Junior High School students, the sample in this study were 27 students in class VII A. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods, namely one group pretest-posttest degin, data collection techniques in this study are using observation, documentation and questionnaires totaling 27 items. Based on the results of the Paired Sample Test hypothesis using SPSS 25.0, the ttable is 2.052, then tcount> ttable (9.315> 2.052). Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in social media addiction for the Pre Test and Post Test, so it can also be concluded that "there is an effect of information services through documentary film media on social media addiction in Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Junior High School students", while the amount of influence is 92.16%. Thus Information Services through documentary film media have an influence of 92.16% on social media addiction.

Abstract

Transformasi digital saat ini menjadi salah satu strategi yang penting dalam meningkatkan pemberian pelayanan kepada publik di berbagai industri, termasuk sektor publik. Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong banyak perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan teknologi digital. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi CIS (customer information system) pada konsumen PDAM Surya Sembada kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesederhanaan, keterbukaan, keadilan dan ketepatan yang diberikan PDAM melalui pelayanan sudah cukup baik dan perlu sedikit perbaikan terhadap aplikasi agar pelanggan tidak mengalami kendala.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan TIC terhadap ketertarikan dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris. Desain yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif quantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas delapan SMP Negeri 5 Baubau tahun akademik 2023/2024. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni satu kelas yang terdiri dari 22 siswa. Kemudian, data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa t-hitung>t-tabel (0.801>0.787), dimana t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK) memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan signifikan terhadap ketertarikan dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This article explains how project-based learning is being implemented (digital storytelling) to help students in the First Semester in Bumigora University in Mataram at become more proficient speakers. The aims of this research are to find out whether Project-Based Learning (digital storytelling) can improve students’ speaking skill and to analyze the students’ learning motivation when is implemented. A test, questionnaire, interview, and observation were used to gather the data. The researchers used action research and random sampling technique. The method used mix method, quantitative and qualitative. The steps in this design are Planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The study's conclusions showed that students' speaking abilities had improved in a number of areas, including confidence, fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. A range of speaking exercises, such as oral presentations, voice recordings, group discussions, and interviews, helped to strengthen those areas. The study's conclusions showed that pupils' speaking abilities had improved in a number of areas, including confidence, fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Moreover, the mean gain of the students’ post-test was higher than the mean gain of the students’ pre-test. In the pre-test, the mean gain was 56.37; however, the students could achieve 74.05 in the post-test. In addition, students’ learning motivation increased in terms of: students involve in learning process, students solve the problem and search the issue, students try to work harder to avoid the failure. A demanding multimedia-based project in which students generated digital stories might give meaningful experience and increase improvement students’ spoken ability.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan tinggi. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi tersebut adalah Cloud Computing yang berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi akademik, khususnya pada Program Magister Ilmu Komputer. Jurnal ini mengkaji bagaimana teknologi Cloud Computing dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, skalabilitas, dan aksesibilitas pengelolaan data akademik. Dengan memanfaatkan solusi berbasis cloud, institusi akademis dapat mengatasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur terpusat, kendala sumber daya, dan masalah skalabilitas. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi manfaat Cloud Computing, termasuk pengurangan biaya, peningkatan kinerja sistem, dan keamanan data yang lebih baik. Selain itu, studi ini menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi oleh institusi dalam mengadopsi teknologi Cloud, seperti masalah privasi data dan perlunya pelatihan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan Cloud Computing ke dalam sistem informasi akademik dapat menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional dan pengalaman pengguna di Program Magister Ilmu Komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Budgeting Participation Influence, Budget Targets Clarity, and Public Accountability on the Performance of Local Government Agencies (Empirical Study in DKI Jakarta Province). The results of this study indicate that the Government Accounting Standards and Government Human Resources Competence do not have a significant positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports. The increase or standard of government accounting will have a significant impact on the quality of local government financial reports, seen from the respondents' level of education most of them are not accounting majors whose staff work in the finance or accounting department is more than 50% of the number of respondents. While the Accounting Information System Technology has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements. This is because the accounting information system technology that is increasingly developing will be able to assist the process of preparing financial statements which are certainly more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi komputer yang telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap dunia kerja, baik secara global maupun di Indonesia. Transformasi digital ini membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan terkait pemerataan akses dan pemahaman teknologi di kalangan tenaga kerja, khususnya di daerah-daerah yang kurang berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh perkembangan teknologi komputer terhadap dunia kerja di Indonesia, serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh tenaga kerja dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. asil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi komputer telah meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan daya saing, masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam akses teknologi dan penguasaan keterampilan digital di Indonesia.
