Abstract

The crucial role of hospitals in health care and the need for professional management as well as the emphasis on advances in information technology and the urgency of accounting information systems were identified. The purpose of this research is to evaluate literature studies to determine the application of accounting information systems for cash receipts and disbursements in various hospitals. The research method used a literature review of several national articles that were searched using google scholar set aside 10 articles with the keywords hospital cash receipts and disbursements. The review results from 10 articles showed a variety of impacts and benefits, including implementation challenges in some hospitals. Findings included technological constraints, calculation errors, and potential operational efficiencies. Nonetheless, certain hospitals managed to implement accounting information systems well, minimize the risk of errors, and improve efficiency. Conclusion: Accounting information system implementation contributes to operational efficiency, internal control, and financial statement accuracy, with a focus on resource optimization and reputation enhancement. Continuous efforts and technology integration are the keys to optimal system implementation in hospitals.

Abstract

An accounting information system (AIS) consists of a framework that coordinates resources such as data, materials, equipment, suppliers, staff, and money so that economic data can be converted into financial information. In a credit sales system, an agreement is made with the hope of getting paid at a later date within a certain period of time. Investigation methodology the researcher applied a type/methodology of research known as Library Research in this investigation. Researching and asking questions in the library can be used for more than just obtaining research data. This means that library studies can only use library collection materials and do not need to go into the field. However, experts say that literature study is a way of obtaining information by reading books, articles, notes and various reports related to the problem being faced.

Abstract

The study investigates the effect of debt management, budgeting policy, and green investment on the financial growth of information technology companies in West Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research collected data from 190 IT companies using a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5), analyzing the results through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings highlight the significant impact of effective debt management and sound budgeting policies in promoting financial growth. Additionally, green investment initiatives play a crucial role in enhancing the sustainability and long-term profitability of these companies. The study provides valuable insights for IT companies seeking to balance financial stability and environmental responsibility.

Abstract

Anemia adalah suatu kondisi medis dimana jumlah sel darah merah (hemoglobin) kurang dari normal. Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan risiko kelahiran prematur, kematian ibu dan anak, serta penyakit infeksi. Anemia defisiensi besi pada ibu dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin/bayi saat kehamilan maupun setelahnya. Untuk mencegah anemia setiap ibu hamil diharapkan mendapatkan TTD minimal 90 Tablet selama kehamilan Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang anemia dan kebutuhan zat besi pada ibu hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Maret 2023 di Desa Bengle Kecamatan Talang Kabupaten Tegal dengan diikuti sebanyak 30 ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil mengetahui tentang anemia dan bagaimana mencegah terjadinya anemia selama masa kehamilan

Abstract

Senam hamil merupakan terapi latihan gerak dan salah satu kegiatan dalam pelayanan selama kehamilan atau prenatal care yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil secara fisik dan mental saat menghadapi persalinan agar persalinan normal dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, aman, dan spontan. Kelenturan otot – otot dinding perut dan dasar panggul dapat mengurangi risiko ruptur (robekan) perineum. Ruptur perineum merupakan perlukaan pada jalan lahir yang terjadi pada proses persalinan pervaginam, ruptur perineum ini disebabkan pada saat persalinan perineum mengalami tekanan yang kuat dan mengalami peregangan yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ruptur perineum yang disertai dengan adanya perlukaan vagina dengan derajat ruptur yang bervariasi (Syamsiah dan Rosita Malinda, 2018). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Talang Kabupaten Tegal jumlah persalinan pada bulan Januari – Oktober 2022 adalah sebanyak 121 orang dan 34 (28%) ibu bersalin mengalami ruptur perineum pada saat persalinan pervaginam. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dengan metode wawancara pada tanggal 01 Maret 2023 dengan 10 ibu hamil di Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan ibu hamil 100% belum pernah melakukan senam hamil selama kehamilan dan saat posyandu tidak di ajarkan senam hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang senam hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 06 Maret 2023 di Balai Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dengan metode demonstrasi dan penyuluhan terkait senam hamil. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil sangat antusias dan memberikan respon positif terkait informasi senam hamil dengan alat bantu lembar balik dan leafleat.

Abstract

Adolescent reproductive health problems are very complex, one of them is HIV and AIDS. Adolescent Reproductive Health Service (PKPR) in Public Health Center the aims to increase adolescent knowledge about adolescent healthy behavior including reproductive health. The research aimed to identify utilization of Adolescent Reproductive Health Service in acces HIV and AIDS information in Kulon Progo. The research used a quantitative design, The population in the research is senior high school students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a sample of 125 respondents. The data collection instrument in this quantitative study was a questionnaire using google form, the data was processed using the steps of editing, coding, tabulating and analysis. The results showed that 73% of respondents had good knowledge, 60% of respondents had poor knowledge of PKPR Puskesmas and 56% of respondents used PKPR services for adolescents. The provision of adolescent reproductive health services is in accordance with the needs of adolescents and it is necessary to increase the promotion of adolescent reproductive health services so that they are more familiar with and can access services.

Abstract

The purpouse of the reseaech is to explore community knowledge about cupping and identify the scope of information which is eiger to find out by community about cupping. This research uses qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The subjects of the research is the peoplewho have and have not cupping. Data collection was carried out through detail interviews using interview guidance. The research was conductedfrom May-June 2017 at PKM Tarumajaya, Clinic and RB Umi Rahma and Bekasi District Hospital. Sample is done by purposive sampling.The number of participants who get involved is 17 participants. Discussions in this study research include community knowledge,false views about cupping, cupping skepticism, and information which is eager to find out about cupping. These include the history of cupping,the edge of doing cupping, time for doing cupping, the point location of cupping, cupping indication, cupping contraindications, the equipment of cupping,the way of doing cupping, the procedure of cupping, the position of doing cupping, the weakness of cupping, the effects of cupping, the evaluationof cupping, the protection of cupping, the implemtentation of cupping, the security of cupping, formal implementation of cupping, cupping duringfasting, Cupping versus medical treatment, cupping versus traditional medicine. The lack of public knowledge about cupping tends to lead tothe stigmatization of cupping. It is advised to the government to make special rules of cupping and for service providers cupping in order tobetter promote cupping as a safe alternative treatment to the community.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis, dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global, termasuk di Indonesia. Sejak 2020, pencatatan dan pelaporan TB dilakukan melalui Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis (SITB). Rumah sakit X di Tasikmalaya memiliki Unit Pojok DOTS yang menangani pasien TB Resisten Obat (TB RO). Survei terhadap 24 pasien TB RO menunjukkan mayoritas adalah laki-laki, berusia di bawah 58 tahun, memiliki riwayat efek samping obat, dan riwayat pengobatan sebelumnya. Capaian pelayanan TB di Rumah Sakit X dari 2019 hingga 2021 menurun dan belum mencapai target 100%. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, berfokus pada penggunaan SITB di rumah sakit tersebut. Subjek penelitian adalah tim Pojok DOTS, dengan informan kunci petugas penanggung jawab SITB dan informan pendukung lainnya seperti perawat, petugas laboratorium, dan farmasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi dan Wawancara. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode HOT-FIT menunjukkan bahwa SITB mempermudah pelaporan TB, pengecekan status pengobatan, dan penanganan pasien. Meskipun petugas pengguna merasa cukup puas, terutama setelah pelatihan, ada kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan fitur Laporan Kesembuhan dan membuat Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) untuk memandu penggunaan sistem. Dukungan teknologi dan infrastruktur sudah ada, tetapi masalah kecepatan respon sistem masih perlu diperbaiki. SITB diharapkan dapat mendukung eliminasi TB di Tasikmalaya pada 2030 dan mencapai target TB 0% pada Tahun 2050. Kata kunci: Tuberkulosis, SITB, HOT-FIT.

Abstract

The need for shelter becomes very needed at this time, especially people from outside the city who want to work or continue their education to other cities. So that the need for boarding houses to increase and demand by many people. The system that is running on the full boarding house is still done manually where, there is no system that can help in managing his boarding house, where people who want boarding must come directly to see the facilities they have, room status and costs. And there is no system that can help the owner in managing boarding house payments. The development of this system uses the waterfall method. Web-based full boarding management information system can manage boarding payment data and tenant data management.

Abstract

The library is a source of information literacy, so it requires adequate facilities and infrastructure to support this. To get satisfaction from the academic community, it is necessary to improve more practical information systems and make it easier for officers and visitors. This research develops a Chatbot application used as a library online customer service at the Widya Cipta Husada Malang Institute of Health Technology to convey library information. This research uses a qualitative method. System development uses the stages of the waterfall programming method. Stages consist of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. They are using vscode software as an editor and phyton, HTML, and JavaScript programming languages. The Chatbot system uses AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) as a knowledge base. The Chatbot system can answer and have conversations with users according to knowledge related to library information. The expected results of the system can help visitors and librarians in delivering fast and accurate information. The results of this study show that the WIDYA Chatbot system can run well and accurately because it has an accuracy of 90%.
