Abstract

The research method uses qualitative, observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the research on the evaluation of the marriage administration information system through the Pusaka Sakinah application so that the community and married couples understand the administrative information system in KUA, South Sinjai District. The marriage administration information system program through the Sakinah heirloom application in South Sinjai District by verifying the file (Administrative) to the bride-to-be and bride-to-be is held a marriage training record (Catin) so that these prospective married couples become Sakinah Mawaddah Warahmah couples, and the UCLA evaluation model in the process of convincing decisions, selecting the right information, collecting and analyzing information so that it can report a summary of the data which is useful for decision-makers and choosing several alternative marriage administration information system programs through the Pusaka Sakinah application because they have to verify files (Administrative) to prospective brides and hold marriage training which is considered to slow down the administrative system. The research output is a scientific work or reference so that it is easy for future researchers who want to research on the evaluation of the marriage administration information system through the Pusaka Sakinah application in South Sinjai Kecamatan.

Abstract

The integration of information technology in vocational education plays a vital role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of practical learning programs such as Field Work Practice (PKL). This study aims to develop a web-based internship management information system that supports the organization, supervision, and evaluation of PKL activities in vocational high schools. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The Waterfall method was adopted to ensure a structured and systematic development process. Key features of the system include real-time student attendance tracking through selfie verification with geolocation, a digital daily journal, an integrated assessment mechanism, and automated certificate generation accessible by both school and industry mentors. The implementation of the system at SMK Negeri 2 Padang demonstrates its effectiveness in reducing the accumulation of physical documents and enhancing the monitoring and administration of internship activities. The results highlight the system's potential to improve the quality of internship management and provide a model for similar implementations in other vocational institutions.

Abstract

The lack of centralized and accurate alumni data management systems remains a challenge for many vocational schools. This study aims to develop a web-based alumni information system for SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan to streamline alumni data processing and improve post-graduation engagement. Using the Waterfall development model, the system was designed through sequential stages including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result is a role-based information system that includes separate dashboards for administrators, alumni, and alumni coordinators. The system allows secure login, data editing, event announcements, and alumni networking. The implementation demonstrates that a structured development model can effectively address institutional data management needs and enhance user interaction. However, future improvements are needed to support mobile access, analytics integration, and broader deployment across institutions. This system serves as a foundational step toward digital transformation in alumni management for vocational education institutions.

Abstract

The increasing demand for effective school-to-work transition mechanisms in vocational education highlights the need for integrated digital platforms. At State Vocational High School 2 Padang Panjang, the dissemination of job vacancy information and alumni data management remains manual, fragmented, and inefficient. Traditional communication channels, such as WhatsApp groups and direct phone calls, often fail to reach all alumni, while data collection via Google Forms lacks automation, scalability, and security. To address these challenges, this study developed a web-based Special Job Fair Information System using the Prototype development model. The system was implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, allowing for real-time data management, secure job vacancy submissions, automated alumni tracking, and dynamic report generation. Performance testing using GTMetrix demonstrated strong system reliability, with a performance score of 94%, structure score of 97%, and favorable metrics including 1.5 seconds for Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), 0 milliseconds Total Blocking Time (TBT), and a Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score of 0. These results indicate a fast, stable, and responsive user experience. The system offers a scalable solution for improving graduate employability services in vocational education institutions, particularly in resource-constrained environments.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to determine the moderating effect of CSR disclosure on the relevance of earnings value and book value. In addition, this study also aims to prove the different effects of CSR disclosure moderation on the relevance of earnings and book values ??in companies that have and do not have an independent board of commissioners. In this journal the accounting information reviewed includes the value of earnings and book value. Profit is the information in financial statements that is most often used by investors in company valuations. Book value is very important and cannot be ignored in measuring the relevance of earnings. Accounting information is said to have value relevance if the accounting information can be used to predict the market value of the company. In addition, this study also examines the differences in the effect of CSR exposure on earnings and book values ??for companies that have Independent commissioning and companies that do not have Independent commissioning. Non-financial information that also plays a role in value relevance is a corporate governance mechanism. The corporate governance mechanism adopted by the company includes establishing an independent board of commissioners. The test results show that earnings and book values ??have value relevance. The moderating effect of CSR disclosure on the relevance of earnings and book values ??shows that CSR disclosure decreases the relevance of earnings but increases the relevance of book values. From the results of the Chow test results indicate that there are differences in the CSR moderation coefficient on the relevance of earnings and book values ??in companies that do not have Independent commissioning. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi pengungkapan CSR terhadap relevansi nilai laba dan nilai buku. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membuktikan perbedaan efek moderasi pengungkapan CSR terhadap relevansi nilai laba dan nilai buku pada perusahaan yang memiliki dan tidak memiliki Dewan Komisaris Independen. Dalam jurnal ini informasi akuntansi yang dikaji meliputi nilai laba dan nilai buku. Laba merupakan informasi dalam laporan keuangan yang paling sering dipakai oleh para investor dalam penilaian perusahaan. Nilai buku sangatlah penting dan tidak dapat diabaikan dalam pengukuran relevansi nilai laba. Informasi akuntansi dikatakan memiliki relevansi nilai jika informasi akuntansi tersebut bisa digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai pasar perusahaan Selain itu Pada penelitian kali ini juga mengkaji perbedaan pengaruh pendedahan CSR terhadap nilai laba dan nilai buku untuk perusahaan yang memiliki independent commissioning dan perusahaan yang tidak memiliki independent commissioning. adapun Informasi non keuangan yang turut berperan dalam relevansi nilai adalah mekanisme corporate governance. Mekanisme corporate governance yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan antara lain adalah dengan membentuk dewan komisaris independen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa laba dan nilai buku memiliki relevansi nilai. Efek moderasi pengungkapan CSR terhadap relevansi nilai laba dan nilai buku menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR menurunkan relevansi nilai laba namun meningkatkan relevansi nilai nilai buku. Dari hasil Hasil uji Chow menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan koefisien moderasi CSR terhadap relevansi nilai laba dan nilai buku pada perusahaan yang tidak memiliki Independent commissioning.

The purpose of this research is to facilitate data collection and monitoring of borrowing and returning books at the SMP N 1 Pantai Cermin library. The results of the research are applications that help the SMP N 1 Pantai Cermin library admin in recording book loans and returns and having a digital loan report.

Abstract

At Republic of Indonesia State Civil Service Agency in carrying out work, it is often found that problems both software and hardware are installed in the computer and must be resolved immediately. However, the handling of problems is still not good, where in the process of reporting complaints and requests, you still have to go by telephone or come directly to the IT staff office to notify complaints, as well as in manual records that affect company performance. All recording reports and problem calculations are still manual. This can have a negative effect, namely: there are problems that are at risk of being recorded repeatedly, so it takes a long time to provide reports to managers. Therefore, the authors submit a helpdesk information system application to solve the problems of complaints and employee requests so that they can be resolved quickly and can be handled properly as well as recording reports that are well recorded. In developing this helpdesk information system, the author uses an object-oriented methodology, namely the iteration waterfall, which is modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The tools used are XAMPP as a web server, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this system, it is hoped that it can make it easier for employees to report complaints as well as get solutions to the problems they are complaining about and also make it easier for IT staff to automatically generate reports in the system.

Abstract

At the Walisongo Vocational School Semarang Semarang SPP payment system that is carried out at this time is by manual method where payment of SPP is still conventional where administrative staff must look for student data and record transactions in the ledger containing student data, then fill in the student payment card column. and come as proof that students have paid. However, the payment system is less optimistic.Seeing these situations and conditions, the author makes a web-based response system for spp payment automation based on the SMS gateway at Walisongo Vocational School Semarang by using the Research And Development (R & D) method where this application can help administrative administrators in this institution to facilitate payment and can make notifications directly to parents of students automatically.This application the author uses the HTML and PHP programming language with the MySQL database, where later the data will be entered and stored in the database and the author also uses the SMS gateway hardware as a notification media to the parents of students so that the use can be more easier and optimal.

Abstract

The try out process is an exam simulation exercise every year before the National Examination conducted by school institutions. The main objective of this exercise is as an effort of school institutions to prepare students to get maximum scores on the National Examination.Madrasah Working Group (KKM) of MTs 2 Demak is a body within the Ministry of Religion which fosters coordinative cooperative relations between Demak MTs 2 and private Madrasahs in the area of ​​Demak 2 MTs. So far the Try Out system at the KKM level still uses manual procedures and is still off line using paper. As a result of this system, there are still delays in the distribution of questions and reports at the central level. In making Try Out questions, randomization of questions only uses the package method questions A, B and C, so there are still students who give each other answers.LCM (linear congruent method) is a method of generating random numbers on the Try Out. The principle of this method is where the form of the LCM number as the scrambler of the question, including increament (c), modulus (m), multiplier (a), and initial value (Z0), which has provisions: c = 0 ≤ c <m, m = 0 <m, a = 0 <a <m, and Z0 = 0 ≤ Z0 <m. Making this application using the PHP programming language and database used is MySql with the R & D system development method according to Borg and Gall, including: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision, Main field testing , Operational product revision, Operational field testing, Final product revision, Dissemination and implementation.Madrasah Working Group (KKM) Demak MTs 2 in conducting a try out system still uses the manual offline method and the problem scrambler is only limited to packages A, B, and C, then with the Try Out Information System the web-based KKM level is expected to facilitate parties KKM and tighten students to avoid fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how local government institutions utilize performance information for strategic decision-making, specifically in implementation and evaluation phases, through the lens of institutional isomorphism. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight officials selected using purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was conducted following Braun & Clarke’s model. Findings reveal that performance information is often used symbolically due to external pressures rather than for substantive strategic improvement. Coercive isomorphism, driven by regulatory compliance, is the most dominant factor, followed by mimetic and normative pressures. This study theoretically reinforces the relevance of institutional isomorphism and practically highlights the importance of strengthening internal capacity for strategic and sustainable performance management. Novelty of this study contextualizes institutional isomorphism within Indonesia's decentralized local governance and presents qualitative evidence on the distinction between symbolic and substantive use of performance information
