Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a computer-based management information system on the performance of North Sumatran youth and sports officials. The population in this study were employees of the youth and sports department of North Sumatra. totaling 156 people. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people taken randomly using random sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and direct observation of the field which was then analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method Y = 5.335 + 0.959X, which means that a computer-based management information system has an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the t-test showed 9.360 > 1.67, so it can be concluded that the computer-based management information system variable has a significant effect on employee performance. R square shows the coefficient of determination is 0.602, meaning that computer-based management information systems affect employee performance by 60.2%, while the remaining 39.8 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has reshaped healthcare, with mobile apps such as Halodoc emerging as key tools for quick and efficient access to medical services and information. However, the success of such health apps depends on customer trust. This study investigated the relationship between social information processing (SIP) theory, perceived usefulness, and customer trust among Halodoc users in Surabaya City using quantitative methods. A total of 157 respondents were sampled, and data analysis was conducted using the SPSS application. The results showed that social information processing and perceived usefulness are simultaneously and partially significant in influencing the development of customer trust, where users assess Halodoc's information features and express satisfaction with its services, which then fosters trust. The findings highlight the importance of social information processing and perceived usefulness in building customer trust, offer insights for increasing trust in healthcare applications and inform marketing and product development strategies in the telemedicine industry.

Abstract

Higher Education is one of the public service providers that wants to provide the best service to internal and external parties who need information, namely by utilizing academic information systems. The use of academic information systems is prone to data and information crimes, which are problems experienced by many system users and this also occurs in Indonesia. The method in this study uses a qualitative description method in this study and data collection is obtained using triangulation techniques. The results of the study, that it is necessary to improve information security from various threats, thus ensuring the security of valuable information assets. Information security using The International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/IEC 27001. In addition, it is also necessary to perform two-factor authentication which adds a two-step verification process to access the account.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, public accountability, information transparency and responsibility on the financial performance of zakat management at Baitul Mal Aceh Agency. This research uses the financial literacy variable as the main variable which is believed to have a better influence on improving financial performance. The use of financial literacy variables becomes important along with the implementation of zakat as a tax deduction as regulated by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Through financial literacy, Baitul Mal Aceh Agency can improve, especially regarding zakat management. This research also uses good governance variables, which include public accountability, information transparency and responsibility. Baitul Mal Aceh as a public sector organization is obliged to prioritize the principles of good governance in order to increase public trust in zakat management in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, ease of use, and information quality on the decision to use online hydrological data at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency. The sampling method was carried out through accidental sampling at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency office in Gorontalo. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that ease of use and trust insignificantly affect the decision to use hydrological data, while information quality has a significant positive influence. These results underscore the importance of information quality in influencing decisions regarding the use of online public services.

Abstract

In this modern era, individuals or groups of people experience high dependence on technology and the digital world. The development of technology and the digital era has changed the way consumers fulfill their needs. Consumers now tend to switch to online purchases, which are considered more practical, fast and efficient than conventional purchases. This study was conducted to determine the effect of e-trust, information quality and user interface quality on e-customer loyalty through e-satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were Tokopedia users in Jabodetabek. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling and the sample used was 229 people. The data analysis method used is path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is then processed using AMOS. The results showed that e-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, information quality has a negative and significant effect on e-satisfaction, user interface quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, and the variables e-satisfaction, information quality and user interface quality each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while e-satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence between e-trust, information quality and user interface quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was carried out based on phenomena that exist in the city of Medan. shows that there is an increase in the quality of community businesses by using information technology. The number of MSMEs in the city of Medan is a very large number, but not all MSME actors understand how to use technology to support their businesses. Information technology has an influence on increasing sales and income of MSMEs, such as increasing market access, operational efficiency and personalization of services. This research looks at how influential information technology is on the financial performance of MSMEs in the city of Medan. This research obtained data from 3 sub-districts which were used as research samples. if the significance value is <0.05, it means that variable X has an influence on variable Y and if the significance value is >0.05, it means that variable As a result of squaring R from the output, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.897, so from this table it can be seen that Information Technology has a good influence on the financial performance of Medan City MSMEs. Abstract

Library management information systems in universities are essential for managing e-libraries in universities. The world of education will face one of the challenges after 2030: the use of information technology or robotics in various sectors of human life, one of which is university libraries. This research was conducted using a literature approach by collecting data from various relevant theoretical sources about human resource management and higher education management information systems in the context of university library human resource planning strategies. This article delves into the practical application of library human resource planning strategies in universities. It discusses the formulation of university library human resource planning and the development of human resources in the era of Society 5.0. Furthermore, it explores the challenges and opportunities in implementing these strategies, such as change management, adaptive higher education management information system policies, and the development of librarians' professionalism in the era of society 5.0.  This study uses a literature approach by collecting data from relevant theoretical sources about library human resource management and higher education management information systems in the educational context of university library human resource planning strategies. Data is analyzed through systematic literature synthesis to identify university library human resource planning strategies that can improve the quality of management e-library in the era of Society 5.0. In this era, adaptive and technology-oriented human resource management strategies are the key to improving the quality of university e-library management.

Abstract

Along with the passage of time and the increasing level of intellectuality and quality of life, the dimensions of education are increasingly complex, and require appropriate educational design. The role of learning media is very important in the teaching and learning process because it helps students to facilitate understanding of the contents of the material being taught. Based on observations and interviews with PAI FAI UISU lecturers, teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media are still limited and learning activities are less varied, not interesting and still tend to be conventional. The problem of this study is how is the competence of lecturers in designing, producing and utilizing learning media?, while the purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the competence of lecturers in designing, producing and utilizing learning media. This research is a field survey research. The subjects of this study were nine PAI FAI UISU lecturers. The research method used is quantitative descriptive percentage, while the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained were that the competence of lecturers in designing learning media got an average score of 24.7 with a sufficient category, the competence of lecturers in producing learning media got an average score of 22.7 with a sufficient category, and the competence of lecturers in utilizing learning media got an average score of 29.72 with a good category. The conclusion in this study is that the competence of lecturers in designing and producing media is included in the sufficient category, while in utilizing media it is good. The suggestion that can be given is that lecturers should improve their competence in designing, producing and utilizing ICT-based learning media to support the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) at PT PLN UID Lampung, including its effectiveness in supporting operational efficiency, data security, process automation, and corporate decision making. In addition, this study also identifies challenges and system development plans to improve the performance and function of the accounting information system. PERMEN BUMN No. PER-18/MBU/10/2014 emphasizes importance technology information For increase Power BUMN competitiveness through accurate data and decision making decision fast. This study uses a qualitative method through direct interviews with key informants, namely Asman AKT AT and PDP at PT PLN UID Lampung. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the implementation, benefits, challenges, and efforts to develop accounting information systems in the company. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SAP-based accounting information systems has had a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of PT PLN UID Lampung. This system is able to automate most manual processes, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the completion of financial reports. Special training and technical support are available to assist users in operating the system. However, challenges faced include the adaptation of new users and technical constraints that require third-party vendor intervention.
