Abstract

Childhood and adolescent obesity is an increasingly critical public health challenge in Indonesia. Among its contributing factors, sedentary lifestyle is often overlooked compared to nutritional aspects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an informational campaign designed to promote active lifestyles as a strategy for obesity prevention among 4th and 5th-grade students in a suburban Jakarta school. The intervention was developed collaboratively with the school community, leveraging social marketing principles to ensure a theory-driven and effective approach. The half-day program included customized information delivery for children, outdoor games, and interactive sessions supported by teachers and staff. The evaluation employed both quantitative and qualitative methods through pre- and post-activity questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Results showed a significant increase in students’ knowledge about the benefits of physical activity, along with improved attitudes and intentions to adopt more active behaviours. Teachers also reported heightened awareness and integration of healthy habits into the school routine. The findings demonstrate that short-term informational interventions can yield meaningful outcomes in raising awareness and initiating behavioral change in children. This research provides a replicable early model for similar urban-fringe settings and highlights the importance of school-based initiatives in addressing childhood obesity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality, customer experience, dan information quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan aplikasi PLN Mobile, serta peran customer trust sebagai mediator. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, sampel penelitian diambil dari 400 responden pelanggan PLN UID Jawa Barat yang menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel-variabel terkait menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS), yang diterapkan melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality, customer experience, dan information quality memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, customer trust berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, PLN perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi, memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna, dan menyediakan informasi yang akurat. Kepercayaan pelanggan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan.

Abstract

Public Utility Infrastructure (PSU) activities at the Manado City Settlement Office are one of the strategic programs in the development of residential area infrastructure. Monitoring of PSU projects faces various challenges, such as scattered work locations, time constraints, and the absence of an integrated and spatial-based information system. This research aims to develop a PSU construction project monitoring information system that utilizes Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and the Microsoft Power Apps platform to support real-time and structured visualization of project locations and work progress. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows system development to be carried out quickly and iteratively based on user needs. Primary data is obtained through interviews and observations in the field, while secondary data comes from technical documents on project planning and implementation. The results of the study show that the information system developed is able to present location data, field documentation, and work progress reporting spatially, accurately, and easily accessible to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) and the Field Director. The presence of this system is expected to increase the effectiveness of project monitoring and support fast and appropriate decision-making in the implementation of PSU activities in Manado City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi presensi luring dan daring berbasis website dengan teknologi QR Code, swafoto, dan geolokasi menggunakan metode prototipe. Sistem ini dirancang dan diimplementasikan menggunakan layanan hosting dengan domain internet dan bahasa pemrograman PHP versi 8.2.12, yang didukung oleh CSS, JavaScript, dan MySQL sebagai DBMS melalui phpMyAdmin. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur presensi luring melalui pemindaian QR Code di zona batas dan presensi daring dengan swafoto yang terintegrasi geolokasi untuk verifikasi lokasi pengguna. Interface sistem dirancang responsif untuk kompatibilitas dengan perangkat desktop dan mobile, memudahkan adaptasi pengguna. Pengujian sistem meliputi pengujian blackbox untuk identifikasi kesalahan dan pengujian usability dengan metode SUS (System Usability Scale), yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata 72,60% dari 50 responden, menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada dalam kategori "Baik". Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi presensi yang dikembangkan berhasil dan efektif berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

With an explanatory approach, this quantitative research examines the influence of the human resource information system (HRIS) on employee performance and whether or not the resonant leadership style moderates this relationship. Primary data were collected from 350 Hypermart employees across Indonesia using a ten-item online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results show that HRIS positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a p-value of 0.013. This implies that HRIS helps employees complete their tasks and achieve targets, enhancing performance. Additionally, the Resonant Leadership Style significantly moderates the influence of HRIS on performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.004. Leaders with a resonant style can strengthen the effectiveness of HRIS, supporting better task completion and performance outcomes. These findings confirm the acceptance of both proposed hypotheses. The study highlights the importance of technological systems and leadership style in improving employee performance.

Abstract

A B S T R A C T                   This research focuses on the impact of accounting knowledge, information technology competence, and the preparation and presentation of financial statements on the use of e-commerce-based accounting information. The research population is all owners of culinary MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research site includes Bantul Regency, Sleman Regency, Kulon Progo Regency, Gunungkidul Regency, and Yogyakarta City. The sample of this research was 95 respondents who are owners of culinary MSMEs were collected using a method of purposeful sampling. The research consists of a quantitative technique and questionnaire-based primary data. Methods for data analysis and descriptive statistical tests, tests of data quality, and hypothesis testing were processed by using SPSS 25. The results show that accounting knowledge, information technology competence, and the preparation and presentation of a financial statement have a positive and significant impact on the use of e-commerce-based accounting information in culinary MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.Keywords: Accounting Knowledge, Information Technology Competence, Financial Reports, E-Commerce Based Accounting InformationA B S T R A C T   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan akuntansi, kompetensi teknologi informasi, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi berbasis e-commerce. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang menekuni usaha bidang kuliner di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Lokasi penelitian meliputi Kabupaten Bantul, Kabupaten Sleman, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dan Kota Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 95 responden yang merupakan pemilik UMKM di bidang kuliner. Riset berupa pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Metode untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25. Riset ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi, kompetensi teknologi informasi, dan penyusunan dan penyajian laporan keuangan secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi berbasis e-commerce pada UMKM kuliner di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Akuntansi, Kompetensi Teknologi Informasi, Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan, Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis E-Commerce

Abstract

Web-based information systems serve an essential function in promoting efficient and efficient information management in the digital era.  The objective of this research is to create a web-based information system for boarding houses with 6 boarding house research objects. to address challenges often encountered in manual data management, such as data inaccuracies and difficulties in accessing information. The development process employs the Waterfall methodology, which includes phases including communication, planning, planning, execution, and upkeep. The coding language applied for in creating websites is JavaScript and uses a MySQL database. Where This system offers features tailored to the needs of boarding house seeker, house owners, and administrators. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 38 respondents resulted in a rating of 78.16, categorized as good usability (Grade B). These results indicate that the system provides a satisfactory user experience and supports increased efficiency in managing boarding house operations.

Abstract

One of the elements involved in data processing is a program or application. Processing a data can not be separated from factors that affect both data managers and data processed itself. Based on the author's observations when doing research in Cv. Danau Kerinci Express, for data processing delivery of goods has not been computerized therefore the author aims to Design a system of information delivery of goods on the Cv. Danau Kerinci Express and modify into a new system so that the new system can overcome the weaknesses that exist in the old system. And to present the Information Delivery of Goods and know the user's response to the implementation of information delivery system application program on Cv.DanauKerinci Express. In doing research the author uses several methods such as, interview methods, observation, field research, literature and laboratory studies. With the Information System Delivery of goods by using Netbeans, is expected to help shipping companies to facilitate the process of delivery of goods in order not to happen things that can harm the company.
