Abstract

Shopee and Tokopedia are popular marketplace applications in Indonesia that provide facilities for buying and selling goods online from various sellers or stores. Application is very influential for user convenience in the preparation of information architecture. The Information Architecture uses to compile the information. It is easier to understand for users when interacting with mobile applications. This study uses quantitative research methods by conducting observations, questionnaires distributing, and literature studies to analyzing the information architecture or structure, and knowing the user experience on the Shopee and Tokopedia applications using the tool Optimal Workshop. Information Architecture on Shopee and Tokopedia results is conducted based on the research and analysis, as a whole are good.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of social media influencers, herding bias, and information quality on the investment decisions of 119 UPN Veteran East Java students, with FOMO as a mediator. Using PLS-SEM analysis via SmartPLS, results show that herding bias (β = 0,002, p < 0.05) and information quality (β = 0,001, p < 0.05) directly influence investment decisions, while social media influencers affect decisions indirectly through FOMO (β = 0,331, p < 0.05). FOMO significantly mediates the relationship between these factors and investment behavior, highlighting the key role of social and psychological influences in students’ digital investment choices.

Abstract

Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a system used to monitor ship activity by sending ship information via Very High Frequency (VHF) waves. Information sent by ships around the world is recorded by AIS receivers carried by the LAPAN-A2 and LAPAN-A3 satellites along their orbital trajectories. The AIS data recorded by the satellite will then be acquired and stored at the LAPAN earth station. This study focuses on extracting information from the LAPAN satellite AIS database to obtain information on the number of vessels based on a unique Maritime Mobile Service Identity (MMSI) grouped according to the type of vessel entering Indonesian waters with coordinates 95BT / 141BT, -11LS / 6LU every month. in the period January to December 2019. The results of extracting the information are in the form of the number of ships based on unique MMSI which are grouped according to the type of ship in the territory of Indonesia with that region and time period

Abstract

The application of information technology in education is an effort to integrate technological devices to improve the quality of learning and the efficiency of education management. Information technology, through hardware, software, internet networks, and digital applications, provides a great opportunity to create education that is more effective, inclusive, and relevant to the needs of the digital era. This article discusses the meaning of information technology implementation, its benefits in improving the quality of learning in schools and the factors that influence the success or failure of its implementation. The main benefits of technology in education include increased accessibility of learning resources, efficiency of educational data management, personalization of learning, development of critical thinking skills, and flexibility in distance learning. However, the successful implementation of technology is influenced by factors such as infrastructure, teacher competence, school policy support, student readiness, parent participation, cost, learning content, school culture and maintenance of technology devices. The results of the discussion emphasize that the implementation of information technology requires collaboration from various parties, ranging from the government, schools, to the community, to ensure its sustainability and success. Thus, the optimal use of technology can support a more effective and competitive transformation of education in the future.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to investigate and analyze concepts and frameworks related to information technology resources. Through a literature review approach, this research collects, organizes, and analyzes previous research that has been conducted in this area. The main focus of this research is to gain an understanding of the role, components, and characteristics of the Information Technology Resource framework, as well as its impact on company performance. The method used in this research involved the search and selection of relevant scholarly articles, journals, and publications relating to the topic. After a careful selection process, literature studies that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed in detail, and important relevant information was retrieved for further analysis. The results of this literature review present various existing frameworks in the information technology resources domain. These frameworks cover important aspects such as information technology resource management, integration of information technology in business strategy, information technology performance measurement, and development of information technology competencies in organizations. In this context, this study identifies key concepts, theoretical perspectives, and recent trends in the development of information technology resource frameworks.

Abstract

Steganography is the art and science of hiding secret messages in digital media, ensuring that only the sender and intended recipient are aware of its existence. One of the widely used techniques in digital image steganography is the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) based method, which embeds secret data into the frequency domain of an image. This study explores the application of DCT-based steganography to hide information in an image while maintaining its visual integrity. The research methodology involves transforming the image into DCT coefficients, embedding the secret message into selected high-frequency coefficients, and then applying the Inverse Discrete Cosine Transform (IDCT) to reconstruct the stego image. The quality of the modified image is evaluated using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Mean Square Error (MSE) metrics. The results show that the proposed method effectively hides information while maintaining image quality, as indicated by the high PSNR value and minimal MSE. This study contributes to the field of secure data communication by presenting a reliable and undetectable approach to information hiding.

Abstract

Steganography using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is a technique for embedding information into an image without significantly altering its visual quality. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of DWT in securing hidden messages within digital images. DWT decomposes image signals into approximation and detail coefficients, allowing data embedding in the high-frequency components while preserving the most essential image features. The research methodology involves converting secret messages into numerical form, applying DWT to the image, embedding data into the detail coefficients, and reconstructing the image using inverse DWT. The results show that this approach enables secure and imperceptible data hiding while maintaining image quality. Additionally, DWT provides advantages in signal analysis, data compression, and noise resistance, making it a robust technique for steganography. The study concludes that DWT is an effective method for secure data embedding with minimal distortion, offering potential applications in digital watermarking and confidential communication.

Abstract

Advances in information technology provide great opportunities to improve the effectiveness of data management in various fields, including school libraries. This study aims to design and develop a website-based library information system at Valentine High School as a solution to the manual system that has been used so far. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain relevant information related to system requirements. The developed system includes features such as login, user data management, book data, categories, shelves, borrowing, returns, fines, and membership card printing. The system implementation uses software such as Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 and XAMPP, with minimal hardware support of a Dual Core computer and 4 GB of RAM. The results of the study show that a website-based library information system can speed up the service process, improve data accuracy, facilitate information storage and presentation, and reduce errors that often occur in manual systems. Thus, this system can be an effective solution in improving the quality of library services at Valentine High School.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Internal Service Disruption Information System at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre I North Sumatra. The main problem faced is the manual process of submitting complaints between departments, which is inefficient and time-consuming. The web-based system is expected to simplify the process of reporting service disruptions quickly and in a structured manner without requiring employees to visit the relevant department directly. The research methods used include interviews, observations, and field research to collect relevant data regarding the internal complaint process within the company. The system was developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 and PHP MyAdmin, supported by the necessary hardware and human resources capable of operating the system. The implementation results show that the designed system can facilitate the process of submitting and handling internal complaints more efficiently. With a simple user interface and features such as complaint input, response management, operator data, and reporting, the system improves communication effectiveness and accelerates service disruption handling.Therefore, this information system can serve as a digital solution to support the improvement of internal service quality at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Divre I North Sumatra.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit TK III Brawijaya masih belum menjalankan RME di unit rawat inap secara menyeluruh. Rencana strategis kementrian kesehatan 2020-2024 menyampaikan sasaran strategis yang akan dicapai pemerintah untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah menilai kesiapan Rumah Sakit TK III Brawijaya dalam menerapkan RME menggunakan metode DOQ-IT (training, culture, leadership, & infrastructure). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil secara keseluruhan (aspek SDM budaya kerja organisasi, tatakelola kepemimpinan, & infrastructure) total skor yang diperoleh yaitu 94,6 dalam kategori sangat siap. Maka dapat disimpulkan dari keempat aspek tersebut Rumah Sakit TK III Brawijaya berada pada kategori sangat siap dalam menerapkan RME. Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sudah mulai diterapkan di beberapa kota di Indonesia. DOQ-IT merupakan instrument sejak 2009 sudah dikembangkan oleh MASSPRO yang mendesain aspek-aspek yang dinilai pada pengukuran kesiapan dalam implementasi RME. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrument DOQ-IT dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang kemudian disusun ke dalam bentuk desain kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan aspek yang mempengaruhi kesiapan implementasi RKE yaitu aspek penyelarasan organisasi dan kapasitas organisasi. Pada uji validitas keseluruhan item valid (r hitung > r tabel) dan uji reliabilitas kuesioner dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,938 dinyatakan reliabel.
