Abstract

Lecturer innovation is a strategic factor in improving the quality of learning, research productivity, and competitiveness of higher education institutions in the era of digital transformation. However, empirical studies on the determinants of lecturer innovation are still scattered and have not been comprehensively integrated. This study aims to systematically synthesize international literature on the role of information technology (IT) literacy, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and knowledge management in enhancing lecturer innovation. The study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Articles were obtained from the Scopus database for the period 2010–2025. After going through the processes of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, a total of 46 empirical articles were analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that IT literacy increases the capacity for digital pedagogical innovation; self-efficacy strengthens the courage to experiment and adapt to change; achievement motivation encourages innovative performance orientation; while knowledge management acts as an institutional reinforcement that integrates individual innovation into the organizational system. This study produces an integrative conceptual framework that positions knowledge management as a structural enabler and psychological factors as proximal drivers of lecturer innovation. These findings provide theoretical contributions and strategic implications for the development of higher education policies based on sustainable innovation.

Abstract

Introduction: Parental involvement in monitoring child development is essential to detect early developmental disorders and ensure appropriate interventions. However, many parents have limited knowledge regarding developmental milestones, which hinders their participation in developmental screening activities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between exposure to child development information and parental involvement in developmental screening, including the sources of such information among mothers of toddlers. Method: A cross-sectional design involving 57 mothers of children aged 3–72 months was employed. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using univariate statistics to describe parental participation and information sources. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test was conducted to assess the association between exposure to developmental information and parental involvement in screening activities. Results: The majority of respondents were aged 36–50 years (54.4%), had completed secondary education (77.2%), and were unemployed (52.6%). Most respondents (57.9%) had been exposed to child development information, predominantly from health workers. Parental participation in screening was higher among mothers who had received developmental information (66.7%) than those who had not (20.8%). The association between information exposure and parental participation was statistically significant (p = 0.001). Conclusion: Exposure to developmental information significantly influences parental participation in child development screening. Parental awareness and understanding of developmental milestones are critical in supporting timely health interventions. Therefore, healthcare professionals should implement comprehensive educational efforts through various media to enhance parental engagement.

Abstract

The use of the system aims to achieve conformity with business needs, which requires organizations of a certain scale to develop their systems to a level of complexity. Enterprise architecture (EA) is a structured approach used to identify all system requirements and enables the design and development of complex systems to be simpler. In EA modeling, frameworks are used to provide guidance for developers in designing and developing systems. With a framework, developers can easily follow the steps, methods or logical structures provided by the framework. The ease of obtaining information via the internet does not reduce the importance of books as a valid source of information or reference. However, buying books directly often faces several obstacles, such as lack of information about the book you are looking for, difficulty finding books in stores that have many types of books, and offers regarding the stock and place of the book you want. Therefore, an online book sales information system framework based on the Zachman Framework was developed, with the aim of making it easier for book buyers and sellers to transact. The system is designed to have a clean, easy-to-understand, balanced and complete design, and provides features such as book catalogs, company information, payment systems and transaction processing information. The use of the Zachman Framework in designing a website-based book sales and ordering information system provides an effective solution to meet business and user needs.

Abstract

Introduction. The closure of the Basirih landfill led to waste accumulation and the emergence of illegal dumpsites across Banjarmasin, where limited public access to policy information hindered effective waste management. This study examined how urban residents accessed information on waste management policy and how openness to information shaped behavioral change. Research Methods. A qualitative exploratory case study was employed, involving 15 informants from five affected districts. Data Analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and then analyzed thematically using the information grounds (IG) and diffusion of innovations (DOI) frameworks. Results. Findings showed that residents accessed information predominantly through informal spaces rather than formal channels such as village office briefings or neighborhood meetings. Information openness influenced behavioral change when messages were delivered by credible sources, easy to understand, and reinforced by visible local examples. Behavioral change remained constrained by the absence of technical guidance, digital literacy gaps, and limited infrastructure. Conclusion. In a waste management crisis, informal channels functioned as the primary information infrastructure through which formal policy was validated. The effectiveness of behavioral innovation diffusion depended on information openness and trust in local sources, not on the intensity of formal government outreach alone.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of cloud computing-based accounting information systems on the business performance of MSMEs in Sleman Regency. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Diffusion of Innovation Theory, this research examines five variables: relative advantage, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, complexity, and software. The population in this study is the MSMEs in Sleman Regency. The data used in this study are primary data from 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that certain variables, such as relative advantage, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and software, have a positive effect on business performance. Furthermore, the complexity variable does not influence business performance. Cloud computing enables MSMEs to enhance efficiency, security, and data accessibility at a lower cost, thereby improving productivity. Despite the advantages, challenges such as technology complexity and data security persist, requiring careful implementation and training of human resources. This study contributes to the understanding of digital technology adoption among MSMEs and offers insights for policymakers and business practitioners aiming to improve MSME performance through technological integration
