Results: The results of the study show that the Central Java Provincial Archives and Library Office has utilized TikTok as a free medium to market its information products by uploading content about the library and its information products, such as services, collections, library activities, and others. The content uploaded on TikTok consists of short videos accompanied by background music and on-screen text for additional information. Captions are also used to provide further details about each uploaded post. The Central Java Provincial Archives and Library Office also takes advantage of TikTok features such as linking in the bio and direct messaging, which allows users to interact directly between TikTok users and librarians in real time. Through the content uploaded by the library, TikTok users become aware of and interested in utilizing the library's information products relevant to its target market. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the Central Java Provincial Archives and Library Service has utilized TikTok as a medium for marketing information products by implementing the 4P marketing mix, namely product, price, place, and promotion. However, the marketing mix applied still exhibits certain limitations, particularly due to the predominance of promotional content as the primary marketing focus and the insufficient optimization of the price element. These findings indicate that the success of information product marketing through TikTok at the Central Java Provincial Archives and Library Service is supported more by the promotion, product, and place elements than by the price element.
