Abstract

This study is situated within the discourse of educational management, particularly teacher work discipline in relation to the use of digital-based attendance information systems and work motivation. The research problem is grounded in the continued presence of delays in task completion, suboptimal lesson planning, delayed implementation of evaluation, and irregular teacher attendance in school activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital-based attendance information systems and work motivation on teacher work discipline at public senior high schools in Kulim District, Pekanbaru, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 129 teachers and educational staff at SMAN 10 Pekanbaru and SMAN 11 Pekanbaru using a census technique. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated examination of technological and psychological factors in explaining teacher work discipline, whereas previous studies have generally discussed digital attendance systems and work motivation separately. The results show that the digital-based attendance information system has a positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline, with a regression coefficient of 0.333. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect, with a stronger regression coefficient of 0.601. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect, with an Fcount value of 42.990 and a contribution of 40.6%. Academically, these findings strengthen educational management studies by showing that teacher discipline is not only shaped by technology-based monitoring, but also by motivational factors that drive professional responsibility. Therefore, the development of teacher work discipline requires an integrated management approach that combines effective digital supervision with the strengthening of work motivation.

Abstract

Aligning vocational education management with contemporary creative industry demands is crucial for successful technological integration. This study describes managing applied information and communication technology education programs to enhance student competencies in graphic design at a state Islamic senior high school in Pamekasan. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving school leaders, program managers, and students. Data analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's model. Results indicate program management consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning involves identifying student needs and curricula based on industry partner guidelines. Implementation focuses on project-based learning to foster creativity and technical skills within collaborative teams. Evaluation occurs continuously through partner cooperation, encompassing formative and summative assessments plus competency certification. Despite challenges like limited facilities and motivation drops, collaborative strategies involving time management and instructional innovation were applied. This research contributes to developing adaptive applied education models responsive to workforce dynamics.

Abstract

This research explains the importance of performance analysis in accounting information systems which aims to analyze how effective and accurate the performance of accounting information systems is on the company's economy. If this accounting information system is not effective and accurate, it will cause several factors such as recording errors, inaccurate reporting of the company's economic financial activities. The method used in this research is a literature study which collects data from several sources. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of information technology, companies are forced to use accounting information systems because this accounting information system is very important for companies. The existence of an accounting information system produces reports and data effectively and accurately and enables managers to make appropriate decisions. Information systems also provide good benefits for companies, such as tax optimization, cost control, accurate budget preparation and reducing the risk of errors in recording.

Abstract

The use of information technology is a crucial factor in improving business efficiency, particularly in inventory management. Bento Kopi Pamulang still relies on manual recording of raw material inventory, which leads to various challenges such as data errors, information delays, and inaccurate COGS calculations. To address these challenges, this study developed a digital-based inventory management information system integrated with food menu data. The development was conducted using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, encompassing planning, design, prototype development, and implementation. Each stage was conducted iteratively with direct user involvement, from needs interviews and design validation to prototype trials and implementation evaluation. Active user involvement helped ensure the system met operational needs in the field. The resulting system was proven capable of recording raw material inflows and outflows in real time, automatically calculating COGS, and presenting faster and more accurate financial reports. System testing showed a 40% increase in recording efficiency and up to 95% increase in data accuracy compared to the manual system. Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, terutama pada aspek pengelolaan persediaan. Bento Kopi Pamulang masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual untuk stok bahan baku, yang menyebabkan berbagai kendala seperti kesalahan data, keterlambatan informasi, dan perhitungan HPP yang tidak akurat. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen inventory berbasis digital yang terintegrasi dengan data menu makanan. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, desain, pengembangan prototipe, dan implementasi. Setiap tahap dilakukan secara iteratif dengan keterlibatan langsung dari pengguna, mulai dari wawancara kebutuhan, validasi desain, uji coba prototipe, hingga evaluasi implementasi. Keterlibatan aktif pengguna membantu memastikan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional di lapangan. Sistem yang dihasilkan terbukti mampu mencatat keluar masuk bahan baku secara real-time, menghitung HPP secara otomatis, serta menyajikan laporan keuangan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi waktu pencatatan sebesar 40%, dan akurasi data meningkat hingga 95% dibanding sistem manual.

Abstract

Delays of chronic drug claims caused delayed payments to the next period. The impact was disrupting the hospital's cash flow, delaying employee incentives, and creating difficulty in providing chronic drugs needed by patients. To address these operational challenges, RSUD Kajen seeks to implement a computerized drug claims information. This system will streamline processes, resolve existing inefficiencies, and improve overall patient care delivery while ensuring timely claims submission. The implementation of a computerized drug claims information system successfully facilitates claims management and improves services at RSUD Kajen.". The development of the chronic drug claims information system will be conducted using the FAST (Framework for the Applications of Systems Techniques) method. The data collection techniques employed in this research for developing the final assignment include observation, interview and literature study.  The data analysis method used is: qualitative Analysis. Qualitative analysis employs content analysis to summarize and obtain an overview of the interview and observation results, which consist primarily of qualitative data based on a conceptual framework. The results of this analysis are used to create a system design that meets users' needs. The result is a comprehensive information system that has been successfully implemented for claims management at RSUD Kajen. This information system was developed using Java programming language and MySQL database management system. System testing results demonstrate that the information system effectively accelerates the claims management process, enhances chronic drug inventory management, and generates comprehensive managerial and financial reports. A new website-based chronic drug claims management information system has been developed using the FAST method to replace the manual system. The purpose of this study is to develop a claims management information system based on user needs analysis.

Abstract

An online tool called e-report is utilized to process students' final grades. For SMP 4 Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru pupils, manual delivery methods like regular paper and report cards are still used for information submission and checking marks on report cards. A website-based report card application was developed in order to make it simpler for students at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru to view grades and obtain information on report cards by utilizing existing technology and computerization. The author offers using the e-report as a solution to the issue. The authors employ the agile technique, which is a development model that is carried out iteratively, repeatedly, and can experience modifications as needed, in order to create and build the report card system.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool in the process of delivering learning materials to students both inside and outside the classroom. Current technological developments have also brought developments in learning media. The most widely used learning media today is website-based information systems. Testing is a stage in the software development life cycle. Testing is conducted to determine the feasibility and quality of the information system. Based on this, this study aims to test a website-based learning information system using white box and black box methods based on equivalence partitions. Testing was conducted on four features: login, material input, attendance, and logout. Based on the testing conducted on these four features, the results indicate that the features are functioning as expected.

Abstract

Hydrological analysis in urban areas often suffers from inaccuracies in Digital Elevation Model (DEM) interpretation, especially in detecting micro-depressions and small-scale surface flow patterns. Previous studies typically relied solely on the automatic D8 algorithm in GIS without manual verification, resulting in flow directions that do not fully represent actual surface conditions. This study aims to compare manual D8-based flow direction calculations with automatic ArcGIS processing using DEMNAS data for Langsa City. The DEM (8.1 m resolution) underwent sink filling, hydrological conditioning, slope and aspect processing, followed by field validation using GPS measurements. The results show that the manual method identified 23 flow paths, whereas ArcGIS detected only 11. The differences stem mainly from micro-topographic variations that the automatic algorithm failed to capture in flat areas or anthropogenically modified surfaces. Field validation confirmed that 8 of the 11 ArcGIS-derived paths matched the actual drainage patterns, while the additional manual paths better represented subtle elevation gradients.This research contributes by offering a systematic comparison between manual and automatic D8 approaches, highlighting the importance of manual verification in low-slope urban terrains. The findings are valuable for micro-scale flood mitigation planning and urban surface hydrology analysis.

Abstract

Manual and fragmented KPI-based evaluation often weakens employee performance monitoring by causing delays, input errors, and inconsistent interpretation. This study addresses that problem by designing and evaluating an AI-assisted digital KPI information system that integrates competency assessment, digital KPI records, performance scoring, dashboard-based monitoring, and recommendation support in a single environment. The study contributes by transforming the conventional competency–KPI–performance framework into an operational decision-support artifact with embedded AI classification. Using a prototype-based approach, the system was evaluated with a structured dataset of 340 employee-year records from 2021–2025. Three machine learning models were compared for classifying employee performance into High, Moderate, and Low categories. The results show that the system is functionally feasible and usable for KPI-based performance monitoring, while Random Forest achieved the best classification performance with 0.9853 accuracy and 0.9852 F1-score. The findings indicate that the proposed system can improve the structure of digital KPI monitoring and provide AI-assisted support for managerial review and follow-up actions. The study contributes theoretically by extending KPI-based performance management into an intelligent information system context and practically by offering a feasible model for organizations operating under limited implementation conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employee competence, the hospital management information system (HMIS), and internal control on administrative performance through work discipline at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This research is essential because administrative performance plays a crucial role in determining service quality, operational efficiency, and hospital governance, especially as hospitals increasingly rely on digital systems and require competent human resources to ensure accurate and efficient administrative processes. A quantitative survey approach was employed, using proportional stratified random sampling to select 200 administrative employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), and the findings show that employee competence, HMIS, and internal control positively and significantly affect both work discipline and administrative performance, with work discipline serving as a partial mediator. These results emphasize that improving administrative performance requires not only adequate employee capabilities and system support but also strong work discipline in implementing administrative procedures, providing important insights for hospital management in strengthening human resource development and optimizing HMIS utilization.
