Abstract

Understanding product legality is a crucial aspect of school entrepreneurship development, yet it is often overlooked. This activity aimed to increase literacy on Home Industry Food (PIRT) licensing, particularly regarding food safety standards and product labeling procedures, among students and teachers at SMAN 2 Karang Intan. The methodology used included interactive counseling, lectures, and focus group discussions (FGDs) using visual media of product packaging samples. Activity evaluation used a one-group pre-test and post-test design to measure the increase in participant knowledge. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding of the urgency of distribution permits and the administrative requirements for SPP-IRT submission, as well as their ability to identify food labels that meet BPOM standards. It is concluded that socialization methods accompanied by label check simulations are effective in introducing business licensing procedures in an applicable manner to the school community.

Abstract

The issue of stock management Optimization at PT. Lintas Cakrawala has so far been handled manually; the company lacks a proper inventory information system, which often leads to inaccurate results and increases the likelihood of recording errors, resulting in financial losses for the company. The objective of this research is to analyse system requirements and design a web-based inventory information system as a solution to optimise stock management at PT. Lintas Cakrawala. Furthermore, this research aims to address the issue of data discrepancies between manual records and the physical condition of goods, which can hinder decision-making. The method used in this study is the Waterfall software development model, which comprises the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation and a review of documentation relating to the existing system. The performance test results showed that the new system had an average response time of 1.2 seconds for real-time stock tracking. It also cut down the time needed to create inventory reports from about 120 minutes when done manually to just 1.8 minutes with the automated system. These results show a big boost in how well the operations are running and back up how good the new inventory information system is working. This system is expected to minimise human error, prevent stockouts and overstocking, and improve operational efficiency within the warehouse division of PT. Lintas Cakrawala

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the education sector has driven the need for digital transformation in managing academic and administrative processes, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions. However, many ECE institutions, such as BKB PAUD Bougenville, still rely on manual and fragmented systems for managing student data, attendance, assessments, and learning materials, which often leads to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and delays in information processing. This study aims to develop an integrated web-based academic and administrative information system that incorporates e-learning features and student interest recommendations to support more effective and structured educational management. The system is developed using the Agile methodology, which emphasizes iterative development, continuous user involvement, and adaptive improvements based on user feedback to ensure alignment with real operational needs. The proposed system integrates several core modules, including student data management, attendance recording, e-learning through digital materials (e-books), assessment processing, and a data-driven student interest recommendation feature. The implementation results indicate that the system is able to improve data management efficiency, facilitate real-time access to academic and administrative information, and reduce the risk of data inconsistencies. In addition, the interest recommendation feature provides practical benefits by assisting teachers in identifying student potential and supporting more informed decision-making processes. Therefore, this research contributes to the development of an integrated, user-friendly, and adaptive digital platform that enhances the quality of academic and administrative services in the PAUD environment.

Abstract

This study examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in management information systems (MIS) in the Indonesian education sector, focusing on its opportunities, challenges, and implications for learning quality. The rapid advancement of AI technology has significantly changed the way educational institutions manage information, support decision-making, and improve the teaching and learning process. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the integration of AI in MIS education and its impact on the quality of education. The study uses a literature review method by analyzing the latest scientific publications related to AI in education and information systems. Relevant articles are systematically selected, reviewed, and synthesized to identify key themes, including the role of AI, its potential benefits, implementation challenges, and its impact on learning outcomes. These findings reveal that AI contributes to improving efficiency in academic management, enabling personalized learning experiences, and supporting data-driven decision-making in educational institutions. Additionally, AI improves student engagement and learning outcomes through a more interactive and adaptive learning environment. However, some challenges remain, including limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, ethical issues, data privacy issues, and uneven access to technology. In conclusion, AI has a strong potential to improve the effectiveness of management information systems in education. Nevertheless, its successful implementation depends on proper management, institutional support, clear policies, and the readiness of users to adopt and utilize technology responsibly.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) infrastructure plays a crucial role in supporting operations and competitiveness of companies in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of IT infrastructure at TOMORO Coffee, one of the rapidly growing modern coffee chain companies in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted using the 7 Components of IT Infrastructure framework by Laudon and Laudon (2022), which includes computer hardware platforms, computer software platforms, enterprise software applications, data management and storage, networking and telecommunications platforms, internet platforms, as well as consulting and system integration services. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative through direct observation at TOMORO Coffee outlets. The maturity level was measured using the COBIT model and supplemented with SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, and gap analysis. The findings indicate that TOMORO Coffee is at the Managed level (average score of 3.85) with strengths in operational digitalization through the integrated TOMORO Smart POS system. However, significant gaps were identified in AI Analytics, Predictive Reporting, Personalized CRM, and Zero Trust Security. A strategic IT infrastructure development plan for the 2026–2030 period is recommended to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

This research endeavors to investigate and dissect innovations in information technology-enabled collaborative governance as a means to augment the caliber of public services within Indonesia. In an era characterized by digital advancements, the provision of public services that are both effective and efficient remains a paramount societal expectation, thereby underscoring the need for a collaborative governance framework bolstered by the judicious application of information technology. This inquiry adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, consulting scholarly publications, policy assessments, and official governmental records. The findings suggest that the incorporation of information technology into the collaborative governance paradigm leads to a substantial improvement in citizen engagement, transparency, accountability, and the operational effectiveness of governmental services. Key advancements identified encompass unified e-government frameworks, inter-agency cooperative data systems, and digital citizen feedback mechanisms. The research further highlights significant obstacles to adoption, specifically the disparity in digital access, administrative inertia, and inadequate technological infrastructure in geographically isolated regions. These conclusions are anticipated to offer substantial contributions to the formulation of public service strategies in Indonesia that are more equitable, adaptable, and forward-thinking, while simultaneously outlining a course toward practical remedies with tangible societal benefits.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly enhanced the creation and dissemination of disinformation in international conflicts. The escalation of the 2026 Iran–U.S.–Israel conflict demonstrated the use of synthetic content, deepfakes and digital information manipulation as instruments of information warfare. This study aims to analyze the legal status of AI-based disinformation from the perspectives of cyber law and international criminal law. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual and case approaches. The findings indicate that AI-based disinformation has not yet been recognized as a distinct criminal offense under international law. From a cyber law perspective, the use of AI to disseminate disinformation may be associated with cybercrime if it fulfills the elements of specific cyber offenses. Furthermore, international criminal law provides the possibility of liability when disinformation is used to support or facilitate the commission of international crimes within the jurisdiction of the Rome Statute.
