The analysis technique used in this study is a simple regression analysis technique, with a sample size of 99. The results of this study indicate the value of F = 5.241 where P <0.05, with a correlation coefficient of -0.217. It can be interpreted that the e-learning readiness variable has a significant negative relationship with academic burnout. the higher the e-learning readiness, the lower the academic burnout, conversely the lower the e-learning readiness, the lower the academic burnout Keywords: Student, Academic Burnout, E-Learning Readiness.

This research was conducted to measure the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring techniques of group counseling services to reduce online learning burnout in BK UNIPA Surabaya students. The design used is a one-group pre-test post-test with a target of 6 students who have a high level of online learning saturation obtained from the pre-test questionnaire scores. This research is classified as quantitative research using non-parametric analysis with the Wilcoxon test. The result of this research is Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.012. Value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The final results of the post-test scores given to the six students showed a decrease in learning saturation scores from the six students in the high category to the low category. So the results of this research read that cognitive restructuring techniques have a significant effect in group counseling services to reduce online learning boredom in BK UNIPA Surabaya college.

Abstract

Kata kunci: academic burnout, self-regulated learning, mahasiswa yang bekerja Abstract- Students who work are prone to excessive fatigue both physically and emotionally. Physical and emotional overexertion in lectures is related to academic burnout. Academic burnout characteristics are fatigue caused by the burden of learning, a cynical attitude toward lecture assignments, and a feeling of incompetence as a student. One way that students can reduce their academic burnout due to work is to self-regulate their learning, or what is known as self-regulated learning. This study examines the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic burnout in students who work during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on 149 students who work in Surabaya using the incidental sampling method. Respondents in this study included 64 male students and 85 female students. The academic burnout variable was measured by an academic burnout scale made by the researcher based on some aspects of the academic burnout scale by Salmela-Aro et al. (2009). Self-regulated learning was measured using aspects from the measuring instrument of Kadioǧlu et al. (2011). The results showed r = -0.468 (p = 0.00; p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between self-regulated learning and academic burnout in students working during the Covid-19 pandemic. The direction of the negative relationship shows that the higher the level of self-regulated learning of working students, the lower their academic burnout. The level of academic burnout students feel is mostly in the moderate category (59.6%), and the highest level of self-regulated learning is in the high category (66.2%). Keywords: academic burnout, self-regulated learning, working students.

The sample in this study was obtained using a non-probably sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study obtained 16 items which became the final items with the Likert scaling model, supplemented by SPSS analysis. The self-regulated learning scale shows quite good validity 0,829, 0,712, dan 0,787 and reliability values 0.879. So that we get the development of measuring tools that are quite valid and reliable in measuring self-regulated learning in students.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the integration of stress management and mental health in overcoming burnout and its impact on the quality of student learning at the Ar-Rofi'iyyah Kraksaan Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting descriptive data from interviews, observations, and documentation. This method was chosen to provide a direct relationship between researchers and subjects, as well as flexibility in dealing with the complexity of the phenomena being observed. The research results show that burnout in students is caused by several main interrelated factors, including heavy academic load, lack of rest time, social pressure, and physical fatigue due to excessive activity. The implemented stress management and mental health integration program showed positive results, improving the quality of learning through increasing academic scores and active participation of students. In addition, this program reduces health complaints, improves mental well-being, and increases student satisfaction and comfort. Increasing social support, supportive facilities, and mental health education programs are important in creating a more supportive and comfortable Islamic boarding school environment. This research provides an in-depth understanding of how stress management and mental health strategies can overcome burnout and improve the quality of student learning.

Abstract

This study used multiple linear regression data analysis techniques to determine the effect of learning burnout and academic procrastination of students, both individually and together, on mathematical problem-solving abilities. The study was conducted on 88 students of class X of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya, who were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection used a test for problem-solving abilities and a questionnaire for each learning burnout and academic procrastination. Before conducting multiple linear regression, prerequisite tests were carried out, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. After meeting the prerequisite tests, the analysis was carried out and the results obtained were that there was an effect of learning burnout on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, there was an effect of academic procrastination on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, and there was an effect of learning burnout and academic procrastination together on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.
