Abstract

Twitter has become a major platform for disseminating disaster news, providing people with disaster information quickly and precisely. A lot of essential and valuable information can be obtained from this online platform. Twitter users might be able to help with warnings and submit specific and accurate information in a disaster situation. This research attempts to examine factors that affect disaster information-sharing behavior. Furthermore, this study aims to integrate personal, environmental, and information platform factors to gain more insight into the factors influencing Twitter users' willingness to share disaster information. The hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result showed that Altruism, Self-efficacy, Community Identity, and Information Platforms significantly influence people's decisions to share disaster information on Twitter.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Electronic of Mouth (E-WOM) and its dimensions, namely information quality, information quantiity, information credibility, information usefulness, and information adoption on the interest in buying Avoskin skincare products on TikTok social media Researchers use quantitative methods with the purpose of this study, namely descriptive-causal. Data collection using non-probability sampling method with convience sampling type as much as 400 respondents user Avoskin. This study used questionnaire data collection techniques with ordinal scales and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that information quality, information quantity and information credibility have a significant and positive effect on information usefulness. In addition, information usefulness has a positive and significant effect on information adoption. The information adoption variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The suggestions in this study are that the Avoskin company can maintain and improve the quality, quantity and credibility of information about Avoskin products on the TikTok social media platform so that it can increase consumer buying interest in Avoskin products.

Abstract

Information is one of the important components in coordinating both near and far distances. The Tidore City Education Office is no exception, especially in the field of Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Dissemination of information by only relying on messages directly to the school and the community. This was evaluated as not very effective considering the area of the city of Tidore which consists of several small islands. Besides that, people who want to get information about early childhood education schools in the city of Tidore are still having difficulties because there is no accessible information media. This service is carried out to build the Early Childhood Information System (SIMPAT) to facilitate various parties, both in the early childhood education department, in providing information and the public in obtaining complete and detailed information on early childhood schools in the city of Tidore Islands. The method of training and mentoring in the socialization carried out shows that the early childhood information system (SIMPAT) is more efficient, saves time and the information needed by the community becomes much easier to convey

Abstract

The development of information systems and technology, which is currently increasing rapidly, is urgently needed by an organization, company or individual to process and obtain data or information more easily, quickly and accurately. "X" Hospital has many problems related to patient data and information, staff, schedules, medical records, queues, medicines, treatments, finances, number and effectiveness of employees and rooms, and so on. These problems include the process of entering data and searching, especially if the system does not use a computer, it will be difficult and take a long time. This type of research is quantitative where there are 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The researcher conducted multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable and found that system quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the "X" Hospital Management Information System. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of hospital management information systems. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the "X" Hospital management information system. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that system quality, information quality, and service quality greatly influence the satisfaction of users of the hospital management information system (SIMRS).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which accounting information system quality influences accounting information quality. This study's demographic consisted of accounting and finance personnel in Indonesia. The purposive sampling strategy was used in this investigation, and the method used is a survey method. Primary data are used, which are processed statistically using SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) questionnaires as the research instrument. The statistical analysis method uses SEM because there may be a causal relationship between the variables, and each variable is not observed. According to the study's findings, the effectiveness of accountability information systems influences the effectiveness of accountability information. According to the concept,  the successful application of accounting information systems helps users make decisions. Additionally, performance will be impacted by the caliber of accounting data.

Abstract

The increasing interest of young people to occupy tertiary institutions of education, the higher the level of competition that exists. Therefore, every tertiary institution is competing to improve the quality of education by developing Student Portal. This study aims to determine how the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality on net benefits mediated by student portal user satisfaction. This research was conducted by collecting 59 primary data of respondents through a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information and service quality has an influence on student portal user satisfaction, user satisfaction has an influence on net benefits, while the effect of system quality on user satisfaction cannot be proven statistically. In this situation, system quality, information quality, and service quality have a weak effect on net benefits with user satisfaction as a mediating variable

Abstract

Risk assessment is an effective way to reduce information technology risks in healthcare facilities by determining the severity of potential dangers and weaknesses affecting each vital data element. This enables appropriate actions to be taken by prioritizing data with the highest risk. However, there is still a lack of research on information security risk assessment using Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR) in healthcare information systems, necessitating further studies to understand its implementation in Indonesia. A 21,939 articles were found in four databases, but only three met the inclusion criteria from Indonesia, Japan, and the United States. These studies focus on risk assessment and management in the healthcare sector, including ISO 27005, cloud ecosystem risk analysis, cybersecurity standards, and IoT risk management for COVID-19. The review stresses the significance of risk assessment and management in the health sector to sustain health facilities amidst policy changes, technological advancements, and globalization. FAIR is vital in determining the likelihood and potential consequences of events that can affect organizations, particularly in the competitive healthcare industry where a secure health information system is necessary for business continuity. Hence, studies must develop methods to reduce information security risks in Healthcare services information systems.

Abstract

The right to information is a guaranteed right in laws and regulations for every citizen. The promulgation of the Public Information Disclosure Act is a new era to ensure the fulfillment of the right to information. Within the framework of carrying out public information disclosure, of course we are faced with various public information disputes, namely disputes that arise between users of public information and public bodies. Along with the increasing demands and needs of the public in the constitutional legal system, various judicial institutions have been specifically formed and specifically mandated by the state legislation through to examine and decide disputes other than those that are the domain of the existing judiciary or are referred to as quasi-judicial or quasi-judicial institutions, one of which is the Information Commission. This writing examines the authority of the Information Commission as a quasi-judicial institution in resolving public information disputes through a non-litigation process. Which emphasized that one of the mandates of the UU KIP is the establishment of an Information Commission which has the authority to resolve public information disputes in a non-litigation manner, namely in the form of mediation and non-litigation adjudication. The information commission has special powers that are absolute, absolute, and cannot be transferred or given to other institutional bodies. The two main tasks of the position of the information commission are finalizing and establishing general policies related to public information services for public bodies.
