Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how information literacy, perceived validity, and perceived trust of the variables affect people's adoption of social media as a vehicle for information dissemination. In general, a quantitative method is used to conduct this research. Social media users that are active or inactive and reside in five major Indonesian cities make up the demographic used in this study. Using the purposive sampling strategy, researchers collected samples. 100 people made up the study's sample. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection process. Two phases of measurement were done in this investigation by the researchers. Analyze the measurement model first, and then analyze the model structure second. According to the results, most people in five major Indonesian cities have a 70% degree of trust in information found on social media. Let us therefore suppose that 60% of the information on social media is accurate. Therefore, it can be said that most individuals have a good level of information literacy, which enables them to evaluate the veracity of the information they are given rather than blindly accepting it. Perceived validity, perceived usefulness, perceived simplicity of use, and perceived trust are all directly impacted by information literacy, and these factors will indirectly affect actual use. Through usage patterns and intentions, perceived validity influences actual use among AUs in an indirect manner. Through perceived validity, perceived trust influences actual use in an indirect manner.

Abstract

In this study, the stunting case incidence mapping system has been further developed, and its integration with Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) media in the health sector. This study aims to increase knowledge about the world of health, especially related to stunting, through the integration of KIE media into data visualization of stunting cases. The results of developing this system integration include a fairly good level of acceptance from the community, as evidenced by the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) carried out on health workers and mothers with children under five. Functional testing of the system has also been completed with the conclusion that several features need to be improved. UAT testing obtained results worth 87%, and from functionality testing a success rate reached 90%, but all improvements have been completed. Future studies that can be carried out are to implement this integrated system more widely.

The Tidore City Education Office is no exception, especially in the field of Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Dissemination of information by only relying on messages directly to the school and the community. Besides that, people who want to get information about early childhood education schools in the city of Tidore are still having difficulties because there is no accessible information media. This service is carried out to build the Early Childhood Information System (SIMPAT) to facilitate various parties, both in the early childhood education department, in providing information and the public in obtaining complete and detailed information on early childhood schools in the city of Tidore Islands. The method of training and mentoring in the socialization carried out shows that the early childhood information system (SIMPAT) is more efficient, saves time and the information needed by the community becomes much easier to convey

Abstract

Legal protection for patients due to negligence of pharmacists in providing drug information at pharmacies has received less attention because patients consider errors in providing drug information cannot be legally sued. Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies explains that pharmacists when handing over drugs to patients are accompanied by the provision of drug information. Patients are consumers who consume goods and or services from pharmacists in the form of drugs. Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection explains that consumers have the right to correct, clear, and honest information regarding the conditions and guarantees of goods and/or services. So the researchers focused on the problem, namely what is the form of legal protection for patients against pharmacist negligence in drug information services at pharmacies? and how to solve problems between patients and pharmacists in drug information services at pharmacies?. The method used in this study is a normative research method and the problem approach used is the applicable law approach and the conceptual approach. The results of the discussion found that the forms of legal protection that can be taken by patients are preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection. Legal remedies that can be taken by patients are through mediation, if the mediation is not resolved, then the patient can sue the pharmacist in court or out of court.
