Abstract

The local government information system is an information system used by BAPPEDA to document, plan all regional development and regional finances that aim to increase and facilitate acceleration in the implementation of supervision and evaluation of BONE Regency government public servants. has not been implemented properly, for example, some menus cannot be opened, the application of applications that seem rushed in its application, and lack of training in operating the SIPD application. used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Development Information System (SIPD) has enormous benefits in preparing development budgets and planning because it contains all development and financial plans in every region in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract

The library of the National University of Jakarta currently records transactions manually, which makes the librarian's performance inefficient. Here, the researcher is trying to create information system planning that covers all perspectives of the organization and business with the help of the enterprise architecture planning (EAP) technique using the Zachman framework. The EAP model is limited to the main business area, the library sector, which creates the main activities and support activities according to Porter's value chain. Based on the business processes implemented by the library, EAP can show the design for an integrated architecture within the library information system, which includes business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, infrastructure architecture, and implementation plans to bring about changes for the better.

Abstract

Academic Informatics Management (AMIK) Bogor is a college in Bogor, where the performance appraisal process uses a questionnaire distributed to students for lecturer performance appraisal, the assessment set at the Informatics Management Academic is done by simple calculations looking for the highest score. it is still quite difficult and not accountable in concluding the performance results of a lecturer because the assessment is only done by students. So from these problems the calculation using the weight product method is able to calculate the performance of lecturers with precise accuracy

Abstract

Mojokopi is a small coffee shop engaged in the sale of various kinds of coffee products such as milk coffee, Toraja coffee, Flores coffee and others. In the coffee sale transaction at Mojokopi, there is a flow where the buyer must first see the list of menus available at the coffee shop, then the seller will record the order into the book according to the buyer's order, if the order is complete, the buyer will pay according to what the buyer ordered. Of course, it really needs a system to be able to simplify the process of transactions so that the data will be faster and safer than the bookkeeping process. The mojokopi coffee shop sales monitoring information system based on the website can process transaction data so as to produce information in monitoring sales reports without having to open documents, as well as using the application of sales forecasting to get sales prediction results. This website-based monitoring information system conducts interviews and direct observations as a method of data collection. It is designed using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. With the existence of a monitoring information system, existing problems from monitoring sales can be resolved, therefore a website-based information system is designed.

Abstract

General elections are basically still carried out conventionally, namely by using paper media in voting. This will lead to weaknesses in the calculation of votes such as a waste of money and time. This study aims to develop a website-based e-voting information system in the general election for the chairman of the RW which is expected to minimize the weaknesses of conventional elections. This system was developed to make the voting process more efficient and easy to use. This application is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, using the waterfall method. By doing black box testing, it is hoped that the e-voting system can run well functionally without any error, and dummy variable testing to determine the influence of voters in selecting candidates based on graduation rate

Abstract

During the Pandemic, people's behavior in shopping experienced a significant change, from what people often shopped conventionally to shopping through e-commerce. With these conditions, business people must transform digitally to maintain their existence in their business. The decrease in direct contact with consumers leads to reduced sales and disrupted productivity problems. By using the waterfall method, the problem limitation in the sales information system process starts from the process of ordering goods, processing payments, the process of making reports and journals, starting from the login, main menu, transaction menu (sales of goods), and the report menu (reports of weekly and monthly sales of goods). With data processing using computerization, it is expected to help smooth sales data processing in providing fast, precise and accurate information and can be used for decision making.

Abstract

The availability of supporting devices in the academic services of a university is inseparable from the location and placement and also the need for these devices. The need for operational equipment is a necessity in the running of business process activities at a university, therefore the types of operational devices and facilities provided are a benchmark for a university in providing the best service to the academic community in it. In a tertiary institution, the need for operational equipment plays an important role in carrying out the teaching and learning process, on the other hand, behind-the-scenes operations also play an active role in ensuring the learning and teaching process runs. The need for operational equipment for infrastructure and facilities will increase where if a university has a building or branch with a different location, with this condition new findings will appear, the types of operational goods proposed are not balanced between branches or the number of goods that will be served by each branch is not monitored. Therefore, an infrastructure information system was built to facilitate and monitor each branch of the university in managing the equipment and operational facilities and infrastructure at the branch of the college building.

Abstract

Security disturbances do not only come from people who will do bad things but from other factors as well, for example the occurrence of fires which is a threat to us. Fire disasters can occur at any time regardless of time or place. The fire disaster will definitely cause damage, loss, maybe even casualties. If this happens in a government agency / office, then the loss incurred is the loss of important / valuable documents, thus affecting the implementation of daily tasks. So fire prevention and control is important. This prototyping method will produce a system prototype as an intermediary for developers and users in order to interact in the process of information system development activities. In order for the prototype making process to be successful, it is by defining the rules at an early stage, namely the developer and the user must have an understanding that the prototype was built to define initial requirements. When mQ2 detects smoke and the flame sensor detects a fire, then the buzzer turns on. Sim800l successfully sends a message when mQ2 detects smoke and the flame sensor detects a fire.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in mid-March 2020 caused the situation to change completely, and companies and agencies began implementing physical distancing and work from home. KONI Salatiga City is one of the agencies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the sectors of the Salatiga City KONI that was affected was the attendance section. Attendance data retrieval conducted at KONI Salatiga City is still done manually by signing in the attendance book. Therefore, by utilizing the right information system technology, it can solve this problem. Namely by building a QR Code-based attendance information system. The method used in building an attendance information system is to use the waterfall method. This method is very effective in conducting system design because it is carried out systematically.
