Abstract

The results of a survey on students in a university in Kediri found the fact that students are still confused and do not have any idea about their future careers even though the study period is almost complete. This might be because they lack knowledge about career options that are appropriate to their field of study, feel less confident about their abilities, lack self-awareness related to their potential, and do not yet know how to prepare themselves for the work world. These phenomena illustrate the lack of student career maturity. This condition might cause an increase in the unemployment rate or job mismatch. Against this backdrop, we designed and implemented strategies to overcome these problems using a Cognitive Information Processing approach. In particular, we conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with students, implemented career counselling, and carried out career socialization. This research used a pre-experimental design, particularly a one-group pretest and posttest design. The result shows that students experienced a significant increase in their career maturity. Students now have a better picture of career options that match their educational background, have short-term and long-term planning related to career readiness after completing education and have confidence in their abilities or potential.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show whether it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the innovation and informatics technology among vocational school students who will later become human resources enter points that can improve the performance of the SMEs industry in the digital era. We know that the SMEs industry is one of the pillars of Indonesia's economic development that spearheads job creators, and vocational graduates are expected to be the driving force for the achievement of SME optimal performance. This research relied on quantitative explanatory with survey method; its sample involved 176 out of 758 merchants (the total population) in Pasar Glodok Jakarta. All data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that: (a) the ability innovating and the information technology of SME entrepreneurs is the dominant factor determining the achievement of optimal SME performance, with a correlation value = 0.79.5 or 0.8 (strong correlation); (b) Innovation and information technology skills contribute to the performance attainment of SME entrepreneurs in the research site by 63.2%; the remaining 36.8% is determined by factors not included in the study; (c) Innovation and information technology capabilities are the capabilities needed by SMEs human resources in achieving optimal business performance; (d) it is necessary to strengthen the ability of innovation and information technology since school (especially Vocational schools) in a sustainable manner which will become the key point of SMEs industry's human resources as an effort to bring closer the concept of link and match between educational institutions and industry.

Abstract

Penyaluran informasi adalah salah satu elemen terpenting dalam menjalankan suatu kegiatan bisnis atau usaha. Informasi merupakan kunci dari berjalan dengan baik atau tidaknya suatu kegiatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis information sharing PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil Manado, Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari observasi dan hasil wawancara secara mendalam dengan berbagai narasumber. Jumlah informan sebanyak 3 orang. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil Manado bergerak dibidang layanan gadai dan pinjaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan information sharing PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil Manado telah berjalan dengan baik ditinjau dari indikator Scope, yang terbukti telah sesuai dengan target, tujuan dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Impact, sudah memberikan dampak dan manfaat bagi nasabah dan calon nasabah untuk mengatasi permasalahan. Ukuran dan penggunaan sudah dijalankan sesuai prosedur dan sesuai dengan prinsip perusahaan yaitu Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Responsif, Independen dan Berkeadilan. Keterbukaan, sudah dilaksanakan secara Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas, untuk itu semua informasi yang ada dapat diakses oleh semua nasabah ataupun calon nasabah dan dapat di pertanggung jawabkan. Arus informasi, sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang ditentukan. Kualitas informasi, sudah secara konsisten dan dapat memenuhi persyaratan juga harapan dari penerima informasi yang membutuhkan informasi tersebut. Namun masih ada indikator yang belum terpenuhi yaitu, indikator kompleksitas. kendala yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dan nasabah dalam hal pendistribusian informasi tersebut karena media online yang digunakan sehingga gangguan jaringan merupakan penghambat dalam pembagian informasi dan menyebabkan informasi mengenai produk baru yang ada di PT. Pegadaian tidak diketahui oleh masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Information sharing, manajemen operasional

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of task technology fit and effectiveness accounting information system on the quality of financial performance with the balanced scorecard as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in the city of Makassar. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, with 36 respondents as respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis (MRA). The results of multiple linear analysis shows that technology fit task has a positive effect and the effectiveness accounting information system has a positive effect on the quality of financial performance. Moderation regression analysis shows that the balanced scorecard is able to moderate task technology fit the quality of financial performance, while the balanced scorecard is not able to moderate the effectiveness of accounting information system on the quality of financial performance.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the many cases of corruption, especially when the management of village funds began to be implemented. This type of quantitative research with survey techniques using closed questionnaire 5 Likert scale choices. Affordable population 224 people. A sample of 90 people was taken by simple random sampling. The results showed: 1) Situational leadership style in the Good category. 2) Application of AIS in the Good category. 3) Management of village funds has the potential to cause fraud. 4) Situational leadership style has a significant effect on fraud with a negative correlation that is if the situational leadership style increases, the potential for fraud decreases. 5) The application of SIA has a significant effect on Fraud, with a negative correlation that is if the application of AIS is high, the potential for fraud is reduced. 6) Situational leadership style and application of AIS together influence fraud.

Abstract

Abstract. In the age of social media, everyone can provide opinions via electronic word of mouth (eWOM). This experiment explores how users adopt culinary information on social media, especially Instagram, as one social media platform that has many users in Indonesia. With the many opinions that develop on social media, a phenomenon appears where users must sort out the information of choosing food products. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of source credibility and information quality on information adoption mediated attitudes towards information and information usefulness with the object of research on food products — analysis of the research model using partial least squares on 368 valid questionnaires distributed in East Java-Bali. The literature review and analytical techniques show that the source's credibility and the quality of information positively affect the adoption of information mediated attitudes towards information and the usefulness of the information. The novelty of research on the development of information adoption models is the complex source credibility variables, including expertise, trustworthiness, attractiveness, and homophily. It is an electronic persuasion that culinary business people need in the current era of social media. Keywords: E-wom, source credibility, information adoption, instagram, culinary.  Abstrak. Pada zaman media sosial, setiap orang dapat memberikan opini melalui elektronik dari mulut ke mulut (eWOM). Eksperimen ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengguna mengadopsi informasi kuliner pada media sosial, terutama Instagram sebagai salah satu media sosial yang memiliki banyak pengguna di Indonesia. Dengan banyaknya opini yang berkembang pada media sosial maka muncul sebuah fenomena dimana pengguna harus dapat memilah informasi dalam memilih produk makanan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kredibilitas sumber dan kualitas informasi terhadap adopsi informasi dimediasi sikap terhadap informasi dan kegunaan informasi dengan objek penelitian produk makanan — analisis model penelitian menggunakan parsial least square pada 368 kuesioner valid yang tersebar di jawa timur -bali. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur dan teknik analisis, bahwa kredibilitas sumber dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap adopsi informasi dimediasi sikap terhadap informasi dan kegunaan informasi. Kebaruan penelitian pada pengembangan model adopsi informasi dengan variabel kredibilitas sumber kompleks meliputi keahlian, kepercayaan, daya tarik, dan homofili. Hal ini merupakan persuasi elektronik yang dibutuhkan para pelaku bisnis bidang kuliner pada jaman media sosial saat ini. Kata kunci: E-wom, kredibilitas sumber, adopsi informasi, Instagram, kuliner.

Abstract

Jami' Al - Muhajirin Mosque is one of the large mosques located in the Tangerang Elok Villa housing estate, Kutajaya Village, Pasar Kemis District. Activities carried out in this mosque are not only religious activities but also social activities. In managing the secretariat administration and finances, mosque administrators still experience difficulties such as the process of recording, searching and making reports that are still semi-computerized, while the process is considered less effective and efficient.And for the congregation of the mosque if they want to need information about the mosque, they must come to the mosque and see directly the information board in the mosque. There needs to be innovation by applying technology in the mosque management system internally to make it easier to manage mosque management. The type of research used in this study is a case study (Case Study Research) with a qualitative method while in developing and making this application using the waterfall method. The blue print of the system design is visualized using the Unified Modeling Language with use case diagrams and system testing is carried out by the admin and chairman of the Mosque's DKM on the functional system. This web-based management information system provides convenience for administrators in managing mosque and congregation management data in finding information related to Al-Muhajirin mosque data.Keywords: Information Systems, Mosque Prosperity Council Management, Waterfall, Web

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose is to determine the effect of Information Technology, investment knowledge, and financial literacy to the interest of the millennial generation invests in the stock market. This research is an associative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted in the city of Medan with a sample of 96 people. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that information technology affect investment interest. Furthermore, investment knowledge also influences investment interest. And lastly, financial literacy affects investment interest. The results of this study indicate that the more advanced the development of technology, the millennial generation increasingly understands financial literacy, and the millennial generation has investment knowledge, the more it will increase their interest in investing in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the accounting information system and Human Resource Competence on UMKM performance carried out on UMKM in the city of Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are the owners and actors of SMEs in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique used is a purposive non-random sampling technique. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is tested using SPSS 26.0 software for Windows. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that (1) Accounting Information Systems have a positive and significant influence on UMKM Performance (2) and human resource competence has a positive and significant impact on UMKM Performance in Bandung City

Abstract

Research aims (1) to improve the filing system that is still manual and can facilitate workmanship in inputting mail data (2) as learning the creation of information systems in the form of Web Base using model view controller programming methods. This research was conducted at a college institution. The method used in this study is the collection of data by observing directly on the research object regarding the workings of college institutions in handling the filing of incoming and outgoing letters. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be equipped with interview data about existing archiving.From the results of research that has been carried out it can be concluded that with the information system filing incoming le tters and exit letters can help, facilitate the work in filing at college institutions.
