Abstract

Pemilahan limbah medis sangatlah penting, karena limbah medismengandung mikroorganisme yang dapat membahayakan kesehatanmanusia dan dapat menurunkan kualitas rona lingkungan di sekitarnya.Berdasarkan hasil observasi, pemilahan limbah medis RS Al Islam Bandungbelum dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Hal ini didukung oleh adanya hasilnilai kepatuhan dalam pemilahan limbah pada tahun 2016 yang dilaporkanoleh Bidang Rumah Tangga dan PSPPRS (Pemeliharaan Sarana danPrasarana dan Peralatan Rumah Sakit) dengan nilai sebesar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan danmenganalisis korelasi antara niat, dukungan sosial, informasi kesehatanatau fasilitas kesehatan, otonomi pribadi dan situasi untuk bertindak secarasimultan terhadap perilaku perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak40 orang yang diambil dari 465 perawat, dengan menggunakan teknikproporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakaninstrument pertanyaan dengan skala likert dari berbagai teori danmembentuknya menjadi variabel operasi. Instrumen tersebut memakaivaliditas dan realibilitas yang dapat diandalkan sehingga membentukinstrumen asli. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antaraniat dukungan sosial informasi kesehatanatau fasilitas kesehatan , otonomi pribadi dan situasi untuk bertindak , memiliki hubunganyang positif dalam mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku perawat.

Abstract

HIV is a virus that attacks the human immune system and if the condition gets worse and results in various complications, the disease will cause AIDS or Aquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. Adolescent behavior at this time tends to be at risk with promiscuity everywhere so as to increase the incidence of HIV/AIDS for adolescents. The purpose of the research actually for determine the relationship between the role of parents and information media with HIV/AIDS prevention behavior for adolescents at SMAN 75 Jakarta. The type of research is quantitative with cross sectional research design and analyzed by Chi-Square Test. This research conducted in March to June 2020 at SMAN 75 Jakarta involving as of 154 respondents, and the sampling using a random sampling technique. The statistical test results using Chi-Square stated that a significant relationship between the role of parents and information media. (p = 0.007). On the information media with HIV / Aids prevention behavior showed a significant relationship (p = 0,000). It is recommended to students, schools and parents to work together in efforts for prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

The website is one of the digital information media used by schools to display their profiles so that they can be known by the public. Some SMP Negeri in Kota Samarinda do not yet have a website as a media or school information center. This could be due to difficulties in creating and on the website of each school. From these problems, in this study researchers innovated to create a Content Management System (CMS) for school websites, especially at SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda. Laravel PHP framework is used with the system development method is the Waterfall method.

Abstract

Users’ psychological emotion plays important role in designing an interface of software including application of information system. This research attempted to implement Kansei Engineering Type I (KEPack) as a method to analyze kinds of emotional factor related to user interface for mobile Parental Information System. This research used Kansei Words to explore users’ requirements based on psychological factors. Eighteen words were used for Kansei Words that have relationship with Parental Information System. Ten samples of mobile information system were selected as specimens considered suitable for designing interface of Parental Information System. Data questionnaires collected from thirty respondents were processed using multivariate statistical analysis such as Factor Analysis (FA) and Partial Least Square (PLS). This research found that the two important emotional factors i.e funny and informative have to be considered for designing user interface for mobile Parental Information System.

Abstract

The huge resources need effectiveness and efficiency, it can be processed by machine learning. There have been many studies conducted using machine learning method and produced quite good performance in sentiment analysis. Some machine learning methods that are often used in general are Naive bayes (NB), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), Support vector machine (SVM), and Random forest methods. Mostly, KNN did not achieve better performance than other machine learning methods in sentiment analysis. In this study, the Polarity v2.0 from Cornell movie review dataset will be used to test KNN with Information gain features selection in order to achieve good performance. The purpose of this research are to find the optimum K for KNN and compare KNN with other methods. KNN with the help of Information gain feature selection becomes the best performance method with 96.8% accuracy compared to the NB, SVM, and Random forest while the optimum K is 3.

Abstract

Multiple crises in aspects of life have occurred due to Covid-19. The infodemic on social media has resulted in government agencies needing to carry out optimal management of government communication media, especially social media. Diskominfo Depok has a communication strategy to deal with Covid-19 information on Instagram. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach, Mc.Luhan's Media Ecological Theory and S.W.O.T Analysis in public relations.The results showed that the implementation of persuasive and contributive communication strategies by Diskominfo on Instagram @pemkotdepok to achieve good public communication and realize the vision and mission of Diskominfo as government public relations. The progress of social media Instagram @pemkotdepok is intensively developed as concrete evidence of Mc. Luhan's assumption in Media Ecology Theory "the medium is the message" and technological progress is very attached to human life. Shows the development of Diskominfo as a communication facilitator. The S.W.O.T analysis used aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Diskominfo in carrying out communication strategies on Instagram social media caused by Diskomifo's internal and external factors during the pandemic.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Informasi memiliki dampak terhadap pengetahuan, motivasi serta sebagai bahan dalam membuat keputusan bagi kesehatan masyarakat luas. Pemerintah membentuk pusat layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dibidang kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas dan memfasilitasi dengan Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan. Mayoritas pasien poliklinik endodonsi RSUD Budhi Asih berobat karena sakit atau bengkak dengan status kunjungan melalui pendaftaran pasien umum. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan pemahaman informasi layanan jaminan kesehatan dengan motivasi menambal gigi pasien poliklinik endodonsi RSUD Budhi Asih tahun 2019-2010. Metode: Penelitian survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel penelitian 256 responden, diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan lembar ceklis sebanyak 9 pertanyaan  tentang informasi layanan jaminan kesehatan yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas,serta format pemeriksaaan performed treatment index (PTI) untuk melihat tingkat motivasi menambal gigi pasien. Hasil: Deskrpsi kriteria pemahaman informasi layanan jaminan kesehatan kriteria baik memiliki persentase motivasi menambal gigi baik 87% dan kriteria buruk 13%, kriteria pemahaman informasi layanan jaminan kesehatan kurang memiliki pesentase motivasi menambal gigi baik 92% dan kriteria buruk 8% Kesimpulan: Pasien yang memiliki informasi layanan jaminan kesehatan kurang memiliki motivasi menambal gigi baik setelah mendapatkan informasi tentang layanan jaminan kesehatan dari tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

Inventory is one of the assets that has an important role for the activities of a company. Problems that often occur in inventory are at the time of recording and evaluating inventory. Generally, the recording is not detailed or even manual, thus making inventory reports unclear and not good. . This study applies an information system using Supply Chain Management (SCM) at PT. Von Mustika sejahtera, a company engaged in the distributor and retail of ornamental plants in the form of orchids. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This study resulted in an Accounting Information System using the FIFO Pertetual method which functions for inventory management and report presentation more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, the advancement of information technology is accelerating. Computers connected to the internet or intranet created to facilitate human work are needed in all fields, especially in the field of education. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani need a website-based attendance information system to help enter santri attendance data. For this reason, the author tried to create a journal about a web-based santri absence system that until now has not been computerized. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is one of the foundations in Bandung that until now the input of absenteeism is still manual ranging from the input of santri absentee data to the storage of absentee data that has been input and report making. So that it is possible when the process takes place data manipulation and data loss is very large. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems in this foundation, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this foundation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemograman dapat dipelajari siapa saja dan kapanpun tidak harus belajar formal. Organisasi kepemudaan seperti Karang Taruna Pemuda Pemudi Sejati Desa Jambur Pulau, merupakan sekumpulan pemuda yang tertarik berorganisasi mempunyai program kerja jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Karang taruna ini terbuka untuk pembelajaran yang memberikan manfaat terhadap  individu maupun organisasi. Beberapa tahun terakhir anggota Karang Taruna Pemuda Pemudi Sejati juga menghasilkan handmade yang menarik terbuat dari bambu. Kreativitas anggota karang taruna ini telah menghasilkan uang melalui pemasaran lokal. Teknologi mendorong pelaku kreativitas menggunakan digitalisasi sebagai peningkatan pemasaran, ini memotivasi pemuda pemudi menguasai skill yang berkaitan dengan sistem informasi. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini para peserta berjumlah 10 orang mampu membuat website pribadi atau swasta menggunakan MySQL. Pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dan luring dengan efisiensi waktu 20 hari selama sebulan bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pemasaran handmade bambu berbasis web. Abstract:  Programming can be learned by anyone and at any time without having to be formally studied. Karang Taruna Pemuda Pemudi Sejati, Desa Jambur Pulau, are a group of young people who are interested in organizing and having short-term and long-term work programs. This organization is open to learning that benefits individuals and organizations. In the last few years, members of the have also produced attractive handmade items made of bamboo. The creativity of these youth members has made money through local marketing. Technology encourages creative actors to use digitalization as a marketing improvement, this encourages young people to master skills related to information systems. After participating in this training, 10 participants were able to create a personal or private website using MySQL. The training is conducted online and offline with time efficiency of 20 days for a month. The training is intended for youth members who want to develop programming skills so that they are able to develop web-based management information system applications
