Abstract

News is a source of information disseminated in various types of media. In order to make it easier for news readers to obtain the desired news, the news needs to be classified. The large number of scattered news creates difficulties in classifying the news based on the topic. Therefore the author conducted a study to classify news into 12 classes (culture, economy, entertainment, law, health, life, automotive, education, politics, sports, technology, and tourism) automatically against 360 Indonesian news data. In this study several test scenarios were conducted to see the effect of stopword removal and stemming methods on data preprocessing, the effect of mutual information in selecting features, and performance of Support Vector Machine in classifying news data. The test results showed that the data using only stemming without stopword removal, using the MI selection feature and SVM classification method produced the best results of 94.24%, compared to the other methods.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the whole world since the beginning of 2020, making many activities unable to run as usual. Likewise, the thesis mentoring process, which is usually carried out face-to-face with the supervisor by the agreed schedule, is no longer possible due to an appeal from the government to work and study from home so that the mentoring process becomes constrained. Instead, the mentoring process through e-mail or WhatsApp application, where the supervisor will correct the thesis, provide notes for improvement, and send it back to students. E-mail and WhatsApp as media in the mentoring process is used. However, it will make it difficult for lecturers to find out recordings of the student. Besides, it is still possible for thesis files to be scattered or lost because there is only one student. The research aims to produce an online thesis guidance application called SI-BISA. The research was conducted using the Waterfall Model, resulting in the SI-BISA application in the PHP Programming Language with the CodeIgniter 4 Framework. The system design used the Unified Modeling Language and system testing using the Black Box Method. Given the long-lasting Covid-19 pandemic, an online thesis guidance application is very urgent. So that the thesis mentoring process can continue to run effectively even without face-to-face and the need to build an integrated information system to make it easier for supervisors to monitor the progress of their guidance students and improve the effectiveness and service of thesis guidance provided to students.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) merupakan sistem yang meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan profesionalisme. Alektronik sistem antrian (E-Santri) RSUD Kabupaten Sinjai yang beroperasi mulai dari penjadwalan, pendaftaran serta antrian pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem E-Santri terhadap kepuasan Pasien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Cross sectional Study dengan melibatkan 56 Responden. Hasil Penelitian ini ada pengaruh kenyamanan akses terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai p=0,001, kemudahan untuk digunakan (ease of use) p=0,035, kecepatan akses (response time) p=0,001, fleksibilitas system (flexibility) p=0,038. Sedangkan variabel keandalan system (reliability) p=113 dan keamanan system (security) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Sinjai. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini yakni kualitas sistem informasi e-siantri dilihat dari aspek kenyamanan akses, kemudahan untuk digunakan (ease of use), kecepatan akses (response time), dan fleksibilitas system (flexibility) berjalan dengan baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, tapi dilihat dari aspek keandalan system (reliability) dan aspek keamanan system (security) belum terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of visitors. Finding the effective communication is delivered by the Geopark Information Center office in conveying information to visitors who come to the office. The formulation of the problem that arises in this research is to know how the Relationship between Information Services and Visitor Satisfaction Level at Palabuhanratu Geopark Information Center (GIC). As well as wanting to find out how strong is the real relationship between the service relations carried out by the GIC office with the satisfaction of visitors who come to the Geopark Information Center office.The results of this studyshows that the Relationship between the Quality of Information Services with the Level of Visitor Satisfaction at the Geopark Information Center were effective.Keywords: Palabuhanratu Geopark Information center (GIC); the quality of information services; visitor satisfaction level;.

Abstract

Abstract— Bloom's Taxonomy is a classification system that is used to define and distinguish the level of cognition (thinking, learning, and understanding) human diverse. The initial purpose in making taxonomy is focusing on three main domains of learning, which is cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Nowadays, academics identify cognitive levels of Bloom of a question manually. However, only few academics that can be identify the cognitive level correctly, so most of them made a mistake to categorize questions. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) is a simple but effective method for categorization cognitive level questions on the Bloom's Taxonomy, however KNN has high dimention of text vector. In order to resolve these problems, the Information Gain (IG) method is needed to reduce dimention of text vector. Several experiments were conducted to obtain optimal architecture and produce an accurate classification. The results of 10 experiments on the Question Bank dataset with KNN obtained the biggest accuracy is 59,87% and the biggest kappa is 0,496. Then on KNN + IG obtained the biggest accuracy is 66,18% and the biggest kappa is 0,574 It can be concluded that the classification level cognitive questions on Bloom's taxonomy using KNN + IG method is more accurate than the KNN method only.Intisari— Taksonomi Bloom merupakan sistem klasifikasi yang digunakan untuk mendefinisikan dan membedakan tingkat kognisi (berpikir, belajar, dan memahami) manusia yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan awal dalam pembuatan taksonomi adalah memfokuskan pada tiga domain utama dari pembelajaran, yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Saat ini, kalangan akademisi mengidentifikasi tingkat kognitif Bloom sebuah pertanyaan secara manual. Namun, hanya sedikit akademisi yang dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kognitif dengan benar, sehingga sebagian besar melakukan kesalahan mengkategorisasikan pertanyaan. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) merupakan metode sederhana namun efektif untuk kategorisasi tingkat kognitif soal pada taksonomi Bloom, namun KNN memiliki dimensi vektor yang besar. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut diperlukan metode Information Gain (IG) untuk mengurangi dimensi vektor teks. Beberapa eksperimen dilakukan untuk mendapatkan arsitektur yang optimal dan menghasilkan klasifikasi yang akurat. Hasil dari 10 eksperimen pada dataset Question Bank dengan KNN didapatkan akurasi terbesar adalah 59,97% dan kappa terbesar adalah 0,496. Kemudian pada KNN+IG didapatkan akurasi terbesar adalah 66,18% dan kappa terbesar adalah 0,574. Maka dapat disimpulkan klasifikasi tingkat kognitif soal pada taksonomi Bloom dengan menggunakan metode KNN+IG lebih akurat dibanding dengan metode KNN saja.Kata Kunci — Klasifikasi, Taksonomi Bloom, K-Nearest Neighboor, Information Gain

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempermudah pengadministrasian job description menggunakan Aplikasi HCIS (Human Capital Information System) agar dapat diketahui oleh karyawan di masing-masing unit kerjanya. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer, karena penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil observasi langsung ke perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode wawancara terstruktur yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan tanya jawab dengan narasumber, metode kuesioner dengan memberikan seperangkat pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawab, metode observasi mengamati kegiatan secara langsung, dan metode dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data-data terkait pengadministrasian job description. Untuk itu peneliti menyarankan untuk menggunakan Aplikasi HCIS (Human Capital Information System) sebagai pengadministrasian job description karyawan sehingga dapat memudahkan karyawan untuk mengetahui dan memahami job description agar lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga pada saaat mengalami perubahan job description dapat diketahui secara langsung oleh karyawan sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya tumpang tindih pekerjaan

Abstract

Dissemination is a group of people or individuals who can obtain information through an activity, thus causing awareness and acceptance so that the information can be utilized. This study aims to determine the dissemination program implemented by the Department of Information Communication and Encryption in improving information services to the community in Bone Regency, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The research data was obtained by using interview, observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, data analysis techniques, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, face to face contact, carry out socialization; by telephone, carrying out the “Hallo Bone” program; by Post, publish brochures and pamphlets as a medium for disseminating information; by Display, placing banners and billboards in certain places within the Bone Regency area; Selective dissemination of information, releasing android-based information service applications; publication publishes an information bulletin; media that is carried out using newspapers/newspapers, website www.bone.go.i, local Radio Suara Bone Adat, Matajang Local Television, and Facebook and Instagram Social Media.

Abstract

In today's world of work, performance appraisal of personnel in a company is very important, because it relates to company decision making on the performance of company personnel. PT ABDI GABE is a food ingredient sales company, where the company does not yet have clear standards on personnel performance appraisal tests, thus causing an unfavorable impact on company personnel who only consider it a formality in personnel performance appraisals. As a result of not having proper standards, many company personnel do not have work standards and do not have the motivation to develop the company. To overcome the problems that occur in PT. ABDI GABE, the author is interested in developing a method for evaluating the performance of company personnel using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method, this method can help companies support personnel performance appraisal decisions, so as to get the results of personnel performance appraisals according to standards that will make personnel comfortable and motivated. in the progress of the company.
