Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendedahkan tentang penerimaan murid dalam kemahiran dan maklumat pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah rendah. Kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami ciri khas gaya pembelajaran elemen persekitaran dan elemen fisiologi murid yang lemah berdasarkan kecenderungan mereka untuk belajar dan kemampuan memproses maklumat baru. Kajian ini adalah kajian kes yang menggunakan data kualitatif untuk menjawab persoalan yang dinyatakan. Penyelidik menggunakan Model Dunn & Dunn sebagai panduan dalam menganalisis data pemerhatian dalam gaya pembelajaran yang disokong oleh wawancara dan analisis hasil kerja murid. 16 peserta dipilih dengan sengaja untuk kajian ini. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa rangsangan gaya pembelajaran elemen persekitaran dan elemen fisiologi mendorong atau merangsang pembelajaran murid yang lemah. Kesimpulannya, di samping strategi yang baik, gaya pembelajaran sebagai petunjuk pembelajaran dan pencapaian yang meningkatkan kualiti penerimaan maklumat murid. Oleh itu, penemuan ini merungkai hubungan antara gaya pembelajaran dan kesan pembelajaran murid yang perlu diberi perhatian oleh pendidik untuk memenuhi pengajaran dan cara pembelajaran murid. Special Characteristics of Learning Styles Environmental Elements and Physiological Elements of Weak Students to Learn and Process New Information Abstract: This study aims to reveal about the acceptance of students in the skills and information of learning done in primary schools. This study also aims to understand the special characteristics of learning styles of environmental elements and physiological elements of weak students based on their propensity to learn and ability to process new information. This study is a case study that uses qualitative data to answer the stated questions. Researchers used the Dunn and Dunn Model as a guide in analyzing observational data in a learning style supported by interviews and analysis of student work outcomes. 16 participants were deliberately selected for this study. Findings indicate that learning style stimuli of environmental elements and physiological elements induce or stimulate poor student learning. In conclusion, in addition to good strategies, learning style as an indicator of learning and achievement that improves the quality of student information reception. Therefore, these findings unravel the relationship between learning styles and student learning effects that need to be given attention by educators to meet the teaching and learning methods of students. This research aims to evaluate Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kaljaga Library Information System which is focused on collage students satisfaction as user. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada mahasiswa yang diambil acak sebanyak 100 orang. Isi kuisioner mengacu kepada lima variabel pengukuran kepuasan pengguna yang dikembangkan oleh Doll dan Torkzadeh, yaitu Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use dan Timeliness. the method of using questionaire through random-picked 100 students is used for the primary data. the questionaire refers to the five user satisfaction measurement variables which was developed by Doll and Torkzadeh: COntent, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The results of this research indicated that generally the five variables mentioned above are representations of user satisfaction. This research would hopefully become a recommendation to the management of UINSK's library to improve the quality of the LIS.

This research investigates the implementation of information gap as a technique to improve the speaking skill for first year students of SMPN 2 Banda Aceh. The kind of experiment is quasi experimental design. This study involved two clasess as samples in this research, namely experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taugth by implementing information gap, while the control group was taught by implemeting conventional teaching. The students’ achievement was scored by using pre-test and post-test. To find out the result of this study, the writer used t-test score. The research finding shows that the mean score of post-test of the experimental group after implementing treatment is 95.02, higher than that of the control group, that is 70.6. In this reseearch, the writer took the the critical vaue of 2.704 for t at the level of significance 0.01. The researcher found that the pre-test t-value is lower than t-table (2.09 2.704). Afterward, the result of t-score of post-test is higher than pre-test (22.77 2.704). Therefore it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It indicated that there is a significant difference between the students who were taught speaking by using information gap and those who were not. In other words, information gap was an effective technique to improve students’ language skils especially in speaking skill.

This descriptive qualitative research was conducted to discover the students’ response towards the implementation of Information-Gap Task in improving speaking skill at SMA Tunas Bangsa, South West Aceh. The subject of this research was 32 studentsof class IX chosen through purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaire items which was adapted from the formula of Taylor-powell and Bahous, et al. The result of this research showed that most students gave positive response toward the implementation of Information-Gap Task and they agree that Information-Gap Task can help, motivate and attract them in improving speaking skill. Only a few they do not enjoy the speaking practice through Information-Gap Task. In brief, the implementation of Information-Gap Task by the teacher improves students’ speaking skill and helps students to cope with their speaking problem.

The Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency has created a training information system in an effort to manage human resource management in regencies, cities and throughout the province of Jambi. However, along with the implementation of the use of this training system, several problems were still found in the use of the system, both from the apparatus in the BPSDM agency and the apparatus as training participants. There are some obstacles to the implementation of the system, such as the lack of consistency of the organizing committee in using the education information system on the grounds that it is still difficult to understand the interface pattern in the application system, so the committee is reluctant to input data and use the application system as a registration facility for training participants. So in the implementation of activities, there are often errors in data and information of training participants which result in errors in the training implementation report. To solve this problem, the researchers conducted an analysis and development of the education management information system at the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency with the aim of making users it easier forto easily understand the use of these web-based applications.

This study aims at examining whether or not the use of information gap technique can improve students’ performance in English speaking ability and helps teachers in teaching speaking. In order to cope the problems faced by the students in learning speaking, the experimental of pre-test and post-test design was undertaken. The instrument used to collect the data in this study was a set of test. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic formula. The result of the test was analyzed by using speaking criteria suggested by Brown (2001). From the result of the study it reveals that the result of post-test is higher than the result of pre-test after the information gap technique was applied. It shows that the implementation of information gap can give a significant improvement to the students. It explicitly means that information gap can be one of alternative techniques used by teacher in teaching English particularly in teaching speaking in junior high schools.

Documents are the most important part of an agency, both government agencies and self-supporting companies. Operational activities carried out in agencies or companies will be recorded in a document or file for distribution to certain parties so that the information contained in the document can be conveyed. Delays and inaccuracies in the data or information provided can occur because the procedures for making documents and information are not systematic or computerized. Avoiding errors in a document can be overcome by the presence of a system or application. So with that an agency or company needs to provide or prepare a system or application to deal with problems as described above. This study discusses how to build an application that can be used by a company or agency in order to avoid the distribution of document information on export goods. The application to be built uses the PHP programming language, which is a Web-based application

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of information changes in earnings by using net income that has an impact on stock prices and analyzing the effect of information changes in cash flows that have an impact on stock prices. The method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The Source of data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of foreign exchange commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with the number of samples used in this study as many as 65 financial statements from 13 foreign exchange commercial banks during 2015-2019. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple linear regression, and using SPSS 20.0 software analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that net income has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. While the cash flow variable has a negative and no significant effect on stock prices.

The development of website technology is currently very fast, so it is very easy to get accurate information. Promotion through the website is also currently one of the things that digital marketers are interested in. A good website will have a good impact on the goods we produce. One of the good or bad of a website is determined by SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques. In this study, we use the website www. webkuliah.com to prove whether SEO techniques can have a good impact on search results on search engines such as Google, Yahoo, or bing. The results obtained prove that SEO is very good in making websites known by search engines. The results prove that by using the keyword web university on the Bing search engine, the website can occupy the first page of Bing, it's just that it doesn't rank number 1 because it can't compete with the campus domain, which happens to be the name of the website used similar to the name of the campus. But the drawback of this SEO technique is that it takes a long time to occupy the first page of Google because this service is free.

Villages where community service has been carried out so far the data will be stored in the LPPMDI archive file in the form of a work report, which annually will be given to LPMP for making lecturer performance reports, but LPPM itself does not yet have historical data on Community Service in the form of maps, so that villages that have been carried out activities or that have never been visited, cannot be presented in a visual form that can be accessed by many people, only limited to report data, besides that the problems that exist in each village in Kuantan Singingi Regency will be different, so a system is needed to describe and select potential and appropriate locations to serve as locations for community service and display the results of this service, villages where community service has been carried out have been mapped and seen the results of the community program the team appointed to implement it in the form of ideas the implementation team, the types of activities carried out, the targets to be achieved by the team in the service program, the results produced after the service, and activity documentation, all of this is entered into a system that can be seen in the form of maps, with the aim of being accessible to general users such as the public. or related institutions.
