Abstract

The main problems in this study are 1) How Effective is the Implementation of the Dispute Resolution Information System (SIPS) of the General Elections Supervisory Agency?, and 2) What are the efforts made by the Bawaslu of South Sulawesi Province in increasing the effectiveness of the Dispute Resolution Information System (SIPS)?. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Dispute Resolution Information System in Bawaslu, especially in South Sulawesi, and to find out how the efforts made by the Bawaslu of South Sulawesi Province in increasing the effectiveness of the Dispute Resolution Information System (SIPS). This type of research is empirical or often referred to as social legal research, namely research conducted with an approach to the legal reality in society. The research location is South Sulawesi Province, in particular at the office of the General Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of South Sulawesi Province, which is located at Jl. Andi Prince Pettarani No. 98A, Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research population of the Bawaslu of South Sulawesi Province, the General Election Commission of South Sulawesi Province, Political Parties in the South Sulawesi Province, Academics in the South Sulawesi Province, and the People of South Sulawesi Province. Respondents were determined as many as 60 people. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results showed: 1) Whereas the Implementation of the Effectiveness of the Dispute Resolution Information System (SIPS) of the General Elections Supervisory Body, especially in the Bawaslu area of ??South Sulawesi Province, is not running effectively; 2) Whereas the efforts made by the Bawaslu of South Sulawesi Province in increasing the effectiveness of the Dispute Resolution Information System (SIPS), namely increasing the Resources of the Organizing Apparatus, facilities and infrastructure, the role of the Community, and Legal Substance. The suggestions put forward are: 1) It is necessary to strengthen and improve the legal substance of the technical implementation of dispute resolution requests through SIPS in the next election by maximizing the implementation of socialization and technical guidance to stakeholders and external parties regarding the procedures and procedures for requesting disputes;

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the role of expertory by the Indonesian finance ministry on assessing the state's losses to the judges decision on alleged criminal corruption and the obstacles it faced by the finance ministry's giving expert testimony in judicial proceedings. The type of research used by the writer is the type of empirical law study. The study is conducted at the finance ministry of the Indonesian Republic of Sulawesi representative and the makassar district court. The legal material used is the primary law ingredient, the data obtained directly from interviews and secondary law materials, data through literature, books, journals, and legislation studies. The material of the law is qualitatively analyzed and presented in descriptive terms. The results of the research, concluded that, (1) The role of giving expert information by BPK is important but evidence is not binding on the judge to render a ruling. So that the judge has the right and freedom to make an appraisal of his perfection and truthfulness, and the judge can either accept, regard and make into consideration the giving of expert information by the body of the financial examiner or not. (2) In general, there are 2 (two) obstacles to proving a link to the criminal corruption, which is a drawback to the country's limited human resources, time for checkups and budgets. And also obstacles during the process of giving expert explanations that include, psychological obstacles, communication barriers, inappropriate congregation schedules, impaired professional health, and lack of material mastery by the expert.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid and is needed in all things, especially in the world of education. Madrasah Aliyah Al – Syahni is a high school (SLTA) for the continuation of the junior high school level. The construction of school websites and the construction of web-based academic information systems are some of the uses of information technology. With information technology, it is possible for academic data to be processed quickly and easily so that the presentation of the required academic information report can be obtained accurately, quickly and efficiently. The research methods used in this study were qualitative, observation, interviews and questionnaires. While the development of the system using the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page), HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), MySQL database. This research program is expected to later be able to help Madrah Aliyah Al - Syahni Rumbai Jaya Tembilahan in processing value data, students, teachers, and with the Madrasa Aliyah Al - Syahni website it is hoped that it will be an attraction for parents to send their children to Madrasah Aliyah Al - Syahni.

Abstract

E-research management is an implementation mechanism of information and communication technologies on the research management so that the research runs effectively and efficiently. E-research STT Wastukancana is an information system for submission of a thesis title and undergraduate internship but there are still many incomplete features, so it needs system development so the system can run well. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai perancangan Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) di SNSU-BSN. LIMS SNSU-BSN merupakan suatu sistem untuk menyimpan dan mengendalikan data dan informasi dalam bentuk digital yang dirancang sesuai dengan standar ISO/IEC 17025:2017. LIMS SNSU-BSN digunakan sebagai back-up dari data dan informasi, penelusuran jejak digital dari data dan informasi, dan pengelolaan data dan informasi yang lebih efisien, efektif dan murah.  Platform LIMS SNSU-BSN dibangun dengan menggunakan aplikasi open source Owncloud 7.0 dan beberapa environment system yang sesuai. Sistem untuk mengidentifikasi akun pada LIMS SNSU-BSN terdiri atas 2 tahapan berdasarkan database sistem dan tingkat akses data. Selain itu untuk meningkatkan keamanan dari data dan informasi, operasional server dan hosting dikelola oleh internal BSN dan hanya dapat diakses dengan menggunakan jaringan BSN. Hasilnya adalah LIMS SNSU-BSN telah berhasil dibangun dan diimplementasikan sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai sarana storage dari seluruh data dan informasi di SNSU-BSN. Selain itu LIMS SNSU-BSN telah digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi dari ISO/IEC 17025:2017 seperti audit internal, kaji ulang manajemen, kaji ulang permintaan, dll.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 9 of 2017 concerning Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2017 concerning Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes Being this law is the first step in tax reform to improve the taxpayer database and also transparency of the tax potential that exists in each taxpayer. This law is the commitment of the State of Indonesia to participate in the G20 international agreements in the field of taxation in order to realize the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (AEOI) financial information exchange and is expected to help strengthen Indonesia's tax system towards a more modern direction and increase awareness of mandatory taxes in fulfilling their tax obligations. The research method is normative juridical, which is descriptive analytical with data collection techniques from library research. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative normative method, where this research was classified as normative which was complemented by a comparison of secondary data research. From the results of the study, it is known that the legal consequences of opening access to financial information on customer data after the issuance of Law no. 9 of 2017 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2017 concerning Access to Financial Information for Tax Purposes Being a law is for the tax party, namely the Directorate General of Taxes, that they no longer need to bother but can directly request data from the bank. Through this regulation, the Directorate General of Taxes of the Ministry of Finance has the flexibility to access financial information of customers who are taxpayers. Then, the legal consequences for banks are required to provide information to the Director General of Taxes, either through electronic/non-electronic or through other access and exchange of information. Banks or Financial Services Institutions that do not submit, do not carry out the procedures for this provision will have legal consequences for tax authorities, for banks and for customers

Abstract

Information technology in this modern era has developed so fast and sophisticated. Every education sector is expected to be able to utilize information technology as a support for operational activities in producing information. STMIK Methodist Binjai is one of the institutions that uses computerization in its data processing, such as processing academic grades and making final grades in the form of Study Result Cards (KHS). The problems that occur today are related to the procedures carried out in the process of processing academic grades. Such as when filling out the KRS which still uses handwriting, and the printing of the KHS which is not updated because it is not well organized between lecturers and the study program.

Abstract

At this time to face various challenges, especially in the era of information digitalization, of course, one must be smarter in choosing the strategy that will be used for the process of running a company, currently many companies are using business-to-business and business-to-consumer models. In other words, many companies have used the business transaction model for vendor companies and other business organizations such as manufacturers and wholesalers. Lippo Wholesale Store is a trading business which is engaged in selling ATK (Office Stationery). In the sales system procedures still use a manual system, where data processing is still using SpreadSheet, with the increasing number of merchandise, problems arise, namely the difficulty of getting inventory information quickly, precisely and accurately. The cause of the emergence of these problems is the processing of transaction data requires several stages and frequent recording errors in invoices, forms and reports are made, in the customer data section there is often an error in recording the number of orders, this causes losses that are owned by lippo wholesale stores. Utilization of retail information systems combined with model driven development methods canoptimize performance and time efficiency, so as to increase sales at Lippo Wholesale Stores.

Abstract

Incoming mail is a letter received by a company or agency originating from another party, be it individuals or companies/agencies. While outgoing letter is a letter made/issued by a company or agency to be given to other parties, both to individuals and companies/agencies.. At the Wampu Besitang Irrigation Management Unit, there are difficulties in managing the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters where the administrative section is the part that concerns a lot of data or correspondence. In the process of data collection of incoming and outgoing letters, letters are archived into bundles of incoming and outgoing mail files, this makes paper scattered and the required letters are difficult to obtain, therefore a solution is given by building an Archive Information System for Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Wampu Besitang Irrigation Management Unit which aims to facilitate the management and processing of incoming and outgoing letters.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to formulate a study of the importance of auditing in the household, changes in information technology governance and the design of audit relationships and information technology on the quality of the family economy. The research method is Research and Development (R&D), with the samples used are Employees/Lecturers of UMN Al Washliyah Medan city and Deli Serdang Regency with the criteria of men and women who are married as many as 35 people, the data collection technique used is a scale questionnaire. Likert and secondary data. The result of this study is that household financial management using information technology is considered to be quite good, because some of them have recorded all household expenses and the lifestyle they apply is still varied, some have a high life style (high profile) and some are simple. (low profile).
