Abstract

In the digital era, people often call the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 demanding speed and accuracy in all fields. Moreover, the speed and accuracy in delivering and receiving information for decision making so as not to compete with competitors. The presentation of information is not only fast, accurate, it must also be easily understood by the person receiving the information. One business entity that must also take advantage of this technological development is a cooperative. In the cooperative PT. Spindo Karawang Factory transaction activities still have to be processed in Microsoft Excel, so that data duplication or inconsistency often occurs, data updates are not updated, there is no data backup and data that has not been integrated with other systems. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the transaction process in the cooperative. The research method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall approach. The result of this research is the cooperative invoice information system of PT. Spindo Karawang Factory is web-based which is expected to be able to improve the process in the cooperative to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on higher education in Indonesia, including Muhadi Setiabudi University. Implementing the physical distancing policy then becomes the basis for implementing online lectures by utilizing information technology. This research was conducted to determine students' perceptions of using information technology in online learning at Muhadi Setiabudi University during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample used in this study were all students of the University of Muhadi Setiabudi second semester and fourth semester of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, totalling 145 students. Which then uses Semi-structured Interviews as an instrument in the form of interviews with 20 students. The most widely used media in online lectures at Muhadi Setiabudi University are Google Classroom and WhatsApp group because this application is effortless to use. However, based on the survey results, it turns out that the implementation of online lectures has triggered Indonesian education's digital transformation. Various discourses, endorsing policies, and socialization regarding education in era 4.0 had previously failed. Covid-19, on the other hand, has had a significant effect on the digital transformation of education towards the generation of education 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the benefits of Integrated marketing communication through Instagram social media in creating brand awareness, images, and good relationships with consumers in the applied business. In this case, the researchers focused on using the integration of Instagram marketing and effective social media communication. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive methods through interviews and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the use of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) through social media has an influence in determining brand awareness, brand image, and deep relationships with customers. IMC through Instagram can help companies manage the message of a product to create brand awareness in customers

Abstract

An observation was made when a new website was launched through the ministry in order to improve the service quality of the Building Information System in the Management of Building Permits (SIMBG) at the One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service of Merauke Regency which consists of five quality dimensions, namely: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this research is to describe the service quality of the Building Information System (SIMBG) in making Building Permits at One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service. The research is a descriptive with a qualitative analysis approach in its method. The data collection techniques are: theoretical studies and field studies consisting of observations and interviews. 10 informants were interviewed in the study. They are five informants of IMB officers at DPMPTSP and five informants from the community who have made IMBs online. There are 3 data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The conclusion of this study illustrates that the use of the 5 dimensions of Parasuraman has met the standards of SIMBG Service Quality at DPMPTSP Merauke Regency in the management of IMB. However, there are some shortcomings and things that have not been met, such as the length of time the applicant data upload process takes, the appropriate length of time for issuance, and coordination with each sub district in Merauke Regency regarding more intensive socialization of online licensing at the Merauke Regency DPMPTSP. Apart from that, it has shown that in general the quality of service is quite optimal in providing public services regarding existing permits in Merauke Regency.

Abstract

E-Public services based on information technology have been improved during the industrial revolution 4.0. Implementing E-Public Service leads to transforming public services in government from the old designs to the new designs that can assist in realizing agile government models. The agile government model is a model of government that creates a culture of agile and intelligent bureaucracy. This model focuses on the requirements of speed and ease in government processes, including public services. This study aims to explain the design of e-Public Service in realizing the Agile Government model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach assisted by NVivo 12 software in processing data. This study shows that the design of public Service in realizing an agile government model based on information technology is creating responsive public services, facilitating and accelerating the process of public services, and improving the quality of effective and efficient public services.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep melalui pembelajaran tematik yang mendasari penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasis ICT masih sulit dipahami oleh siswa sehingga menyebabkan kurang aktifnya siswa dalam belajar. Pada umumnya, siswa memerlukan bantuan media pembelajaran untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasis ICT untuk membantu pemahaman kosep materi dalam pembelajaran tematik pada siswa kelas V SD. Pengembangan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasis ICT dalam bentuk slide dengan dilengkapi tombol menu pembelajaran sehingga memudahkan pengguna menuju ke halaman yang diinginkan. Model pengembangan yang diimplementasikan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif layak untuk digunakan, berdasarkan hasil kevalidan materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 75% (layak), kevalidan bahasa sebesar 93% (sangat layak), kevalidan media sebesar 82% (sangat layak), dan kevalidan dari uji praktisi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 93% (sangat layak). Keefektifan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif diperoleh dari rumus n-gain mendapatkan peningkatan belajar sebanyak 0.57 dengan kategori sedang. Media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasis ICT memperoleh respon yang sangat positif dari siswa, menurut uji lapangan hasil perolehan nilai rata-rata angket respon siswa sebesar 84% (sangat positif). Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasis ICT tergolong layak dan mampu meningkatankan keaktivan siswa.

Abstract

Hukum waris adalah salah satu hukum utama Islam di Indonesia. Jika dalam peninggalan harta waris muncul perselisihan dalam pembagiannya dan menimbulkan sengketa di antara pihak yang berkepentingan, maka harus diselesaikan di Pengadilan Agama. Berita acara merupakan catatan resmi persidangan yang memuat segala kejadian di sidang pengadilan sehubungan dengan perkara yang disusun oleh panitera. Dokumen berita acara persidangan berbentuk tidak terstruktur dan ketiadaan aplikasi pencarian informasi untuk mendapatkan kedudukan dalam keluarga akan memperlambat proses penyusunan putusan di pengadilan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah penelitian Rule Based Information Extraction yang mampu melakukan ekstraksi dokumen berita acara untuk mendapatkan data inti yaitu nama ahli waris, kedudukan dalam keluarga, dan jenis harta muwaris. Tahap awal dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan rule yang terdiri dari kata kunci, kata prefix, dan kata sufiks. Selanjutnya dilakukan tahap ekstraksi data seperti tokenisasi, case folding, dan penghapusan bilangan. Hasil dari ekstraksi adalah perolehan jenis harta muwaris. Proses selanjutnya adalah hitung proporsi, yang akan menghasilkan output berbentuk pohon keluarga beserta harta yang diterima oleh masing-masing ahli waris. Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan, ketepatan akurasi bila dicocokkan dengan proses manual pada ekstraksi nama ahli waris dapat mencapai rata-rata 90,50%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the spatial distribution of landslide prone areas in Berastagi District, Karo Regency with a Geographic Information System approach. Determination of the level of landslide susceptibility is obtained based on the method of scoring and weighting and overlaying of parameters including slope, rainfall, land use, soil type, rock type, and landform. The results showed that there were 4 levels of landslide susceptibility in Berastagi District, Karo Regency, namely low level of susceptibility 1,036.76 Ha (33.16%), medium level of susceptibility 772.02 Ha (24.69%), high level of susceptibility 1,055 .53 Ha (33.76 %), and very high level of susceptibility 262.13 Ha (8.38 %). The low level of susceptibility is dominated by Guru Singa Village (10.83 %), Raya Village (8.66 %), and Rumah Berastagi Village (3.72%). The medium and high level of susceptibility were dominated by Sempajaya Village at 4.51% and 3.68%. The very high level of susceptibility to landslides is dominated by Doulu Village, which is 17.40%. Meanwhile, the other 5 (five) villages have varying levels of susceptibility to landslides. Thus, 33.16% of the Berastagi District area is still safe from landslides, while the remaining 66.83% is prone to landslides.

Abstract

One of the strategies to curb the Covid-19 spread was administering the Covid-19 vaccine as it remains the most effective means to achieve control of the pandemic. As mandated by Minister of Health Decree Number 10/2021, Pangandaran District has to conduct Covid-19 vaccination to 341.216 individuals as the target population. Per July 26th, the Covid-19 vaccination coverage is still below 10% of target with Parigi, Sidamulih, and Mangunjaya Subdistricts as subdistricts with the lowest vaccination coverage. Vaccine hesitancy and misinformation present major barriers to achieving community coverage and immunity. This was a cross-sectional rapid survey conducted in August 2021, held in subdistrict Parigi, Sidamulih, and Mangunjaya of Pangandaran District, West Java Province. There was a total of 915 samples participated through an electronic questionnaire. Data were analyzed as univariate, and chi-square was used in bivariate analysis. There’s a significant relationship between the exposure of information about the Covid-19 vaccine with willingness to receive the vaccination
