Abstract

Inventory will difficult to be controlled when there is an increase on product item number. It needs product grouping analysis to determine product priorities. So that, an inventory management information system that supports inventory planning process becomes important to discuss. The same problem is also experienced by Kutisari pharmacy which has nearly 1500 product items that controlled by conventional-based stock and inventory recording system. Based on observations pharmacy planning is currently done based on the owner subjectivity. The expired goods is often became problem because control system is still conventional and number of product items is quite large. Researchers classify products in various stages with final result being a combination of ABC and XYZ classifications. The demand data for priority products is forecasted according to the model that gives best MAPE/MSD results and researcher improves inventory management system flow by implementing an inventory management information system at Kutisari Pharmacy. After that, an analysis is carried out to find out benefits of application system. Based on data analysis, losses from expired drugs and goods that are not recorded in warehouse resulted in lost sales of Rp. 3,312,000 in a year. In future this losses could be prevented and minimized, so that it can be benefits for pharmacy business.

Abstract

This study aims to assist PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia in improving the description of the employee work scheduling website. So far, several departments of PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia use an application called Microsoft Excel to process employee work schedules and save a file on a public server where each employee has access to open and perform data engineering. The solution to the indication of the problem is to create a new system design that functions to process data in the form of employee work schedules with a one-way input system. The website is one of the choices that companies need if they want to present information both internal and external. A website would be better if there is a database or what is commonly known as a data warehouse, for the basis of reference for decision-makers tomorrow. In this case, the design of an employee work scheduling information system using Bootstrap as its platform. To obtain the data needed in conducting research, several methods were used, including interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained were then analyzed and described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. The final result of the research is the design of a Bootstrap-based employee work scheduling information system using Visual Studio Code as the code editor.

Abstract

Asset management is a series of activities related to identify the assets needed, identify the need for funds, acquire assets, provide logistics and maintenance support systems for assets, delete or update assets so that the objectives are effectively and efficient. At PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network data collection for each IT asset companies in the form of laptops, servers, network devices and peripheral devices others are done manually using Microsoft Excel. But sometimes, IT staff forgot to update data such as data on the expiration of the asset warranty period and transfer of ownership of assets, as well as marking on assets still using stickers handwritten manually. Through this research, the author aims to designing and implementing a management information systemweb-based IT assets at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network. Which method used in this study include interviews, observations and studies References. The analytical method used is the PIECES method and the design method The system created is described by the UML (Unified Modeling) method Language), for application development will use the SDLC method with the Xtreme Programming model, as well as the application testing method, namely the Black Box. The final result of this research is an IT asset management system web-based programming language built with HTML and Javascript, with MariaDB as the DBMS and using Laravel and Bootstrap as a framework of PHP and CSS. It is hoped that with this application, IT asset management process at PT Thamrin Telekomunikasi Network can be run more effectively, organized and more efficiently.

Abstract

Information System of Technical Supervision and Planning Reports is a web-based system that is used to manage the process of supervision and technical planning activities in the CV. Tata Saka Consultant. The process in this system is focused on the process of collecting and archiving reports on activities carried out by employees. CV. Tata Saka Consultant which is a civil works consulting company domiciled in the city of Purbalingga and has routine activities in providing planning and supervision services to the Public Works Department. Because the process of collecting and archiving activity reports that are still manual and has not been computerized so that errors often occur in the placement of archiving reports of activities carried out by employees, the main purpose of this system is to help the process of gathering and archiving activity reports become more structured. The method used in the development of the Information System for Supervision and Technical Planning Reports is the Prototyping development method which requires a lot of discussion and evaluation between developers and users so that the system developed can be fully in accordance with what is expected by the user. Development on this system uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript and uses the MySQL database with the Black-box testing method. After all testing is carried out, this system is stated to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of planning and technical supervision activities at CV. Tata Saka Consultant based on the assessment obtained from all users.

Abstract

Community Participant Program Services (In Indonesia: Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is an activity that must be carried out by final year students in Indonesia. Community Participant Program Services are intended so that students can apply the knowledge gained in lectures to people's lives. The Covid-19 pandemic made all available resources mobilized to be able to cope with the pandemic that occurred, Community Participant Program Services were directed by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to be able to help the situation by making Community Participant Program Services in the form of Covid 19 volunteers. Indonesia is an archipelagic country consisting of 33 provinces and more than 17000 islands with diverse geographical contours and unattended telecommunication facilities in all locations requiring a volunteer monitoring system that is simple, effective, and easy to use. The system proposed in this research is based on telegram which has the advantage of ease and speed of development in adapting to changes in the rules that apply during the epidemic period. This research has contributed to monitoring the activities and health of the 2847 Covid-19 volunteers from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman who are scattered throughout Indonesia and facilitating decision.

Abstract

Yapi Sunni Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic da'wah and education foundations located in Tegalgondo, Wonosari, Klaten. Yapi is active in the management of religious education with the vision of creating a generation of Muslims who are expected to be the successors of future generations who are tough and knowledgeable. The students' academic data management system to report generation, Yapi Islamic Boarding School uses a combination of manual data recording with paper media, archives, and Microsoft Office which in its application often problems arise when collecting data manually and the possibility of being damaged, lost or exposed to a virus attack is quite high. This study aims to design a web-based Islamic boarding school academic information system that can provide access for aliyah level student academic data managers and provide access for student parents to monitor their child's development. The system will be designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL as database management, and the CodeIgniter framework. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The result of this research is a web-based Yapi Sunni Islamic boarding school information system. Based on the results of blackbox testing, this system can run well and the results of UAT testing carried out by users, obtained an average percentage of 93%, it can be concluded that the system is in accordance with the needs and can be accepted by user.

Abstract

Based on research conducted in one of the Neighborhood Associations (RT) in Karangklesem Village, South Purwokerto found that a population administration and recording system did not use computer technology. Our authors created a web-based village information system design using CodeIgniter based on this research. The software development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method. With the software that we have developed, it is hoped to help facilitate all administrative matters and village records that are currently still manual. The design we made uses the PHP programming language version 7.4 CodeIgniter framework with a MySQL database. We hope that this system design can reduce human errors in recording administration.

Abstract

The use of learning resources in the teaching and learning process is very necessary for both teachers and students. Learning resources are all kinds of sources that exist outside of students whose existence facilitates the learning process. Information technology is defined as science in the field of computer-based information and its development is very rapid. In the world of education, the existence of information technology as a medium is very necessary. Teachers can use learning resources obtained from the internet in the form of ebooks, journals and others so that students' insights can be broadened. MTs Nuris Silo in the learning process, the teacher uses Information Technology-based learning resources in Social Studies Subjects for class VIII, namely the teacher uses student books in the form of ebooks, uses videos, articles from the internet, and pictures. The results of the use of technology-based learning resources can facilitate the learning process. students understand what is explained by the teacher from those who do not know to know, from those who do not understand to understand. Learning outcomes are an important aspect for educators, because by assessing student learning outcomes, educators obtain information about student learning progress. This has been proven by the results of the assignments given by the teacher.

Abstract

Many people in the Sorogenen Village and Mitra Griya Asri Housing communities are concerned about the COVID-19 information spread via the WhatsApp group social media. The goal of this study was to see how exposure to COVID-19 information on WhatsApp affected anxiety levels in the hamlet and housing communities, as well as to look at how exposure to COVID-19 information on WhatsApp affected anxiety levels in the communities. The Uses and Gratification Theory, Information Exposure Theory, Anxiety Theory, and Individual Difference Theory are all investigated in this study. The quantitative research method was applied, with each sample area consisting of 100 participants. All of the ideas employed in this study were evaluated on the designated population, according to the findings. The findings of the hypothesis 1 test show that the greater the exposure to COVID-19 information on WhatsApp, the higher the residents of Sorogenen Padukuhan's anxiety level. Hypothesis 2 was tested, claiming that the higher the level of exposure to COVID-19 information on WhatsApp social media, the higher the level of anxiety among Mitra Griya Asri Housing residents; and hypothesis 3 was tested, claiming that there is a difference in the effect of COVID-19 information on the people of the communities, but no difference in the level of anxiety among these residents. This research provides scientific contributions in the form of indicators of critical thinking to strengthen active audiences on Uses and Gratification Theory and intensity indicators on Information Exposure Theory.

Abstract

Chio Medical Center is one of the services in the health sector that is engaged in special medical check-ups for prospective employees who will work and permanent employees in a company. Currently, the system that processes medical check-up report data has not been computerized properly, so that data or files are stored conventionally and it is difficult to find the required data. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and system development using the Waterfall model which starts from analysis and observation of the system running in the company. The results of the observations show that the system that runs at the Chio Medical Center clinic has not been computerized properly, namely in recording examination reports using excel and word files so that they have not been stored in a structured database. This system is designed using the Dreamweaver application as a web-based editor tool and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The result of this research is a web-based medical check-up report information system which is expected to assist employees in inputting data and improve the process of providing information services to clients so that it is faster and more accurate.
