Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high positive number of COVID-19 in the Asian continent. In the context of dealing with the virus, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the government's public relations performance in delivering messages on handling COVID-19 through BNPB Instagram, namely @bnpb_indonesia and images from BNPB. We use the Social Network Analysis (SNA) analysis method which measures the degree of centrality, closeness centrality and betweenness centrality. This type of descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques used is the questionnaire method and involves 112 respondents spread across several regions in Indonesia. The results of our research conducted in April 2020 show that BNPB through the @bnpb_indonesia Instagram account has a good image. This can be seen from the survey conducted showing that 92.9% knew about the BNPB instagram, BNPB's performance and completeness of information was ranked first out of 14 other reference instagram accounts regarding information related to COVID-19. Then the effectiveness of BNPB's communication through the @bnpb_indonesia instagram account is considered good, it can be seen from the mapping of networks on social media using the SNA method, the results of degree centrality or key actor @bnpb_Indonesia rank first of 14 information references. Then betweeness Centrality and Eigenvector or the most connected actor is the instagram node @bnpb_indonesia, which is ranked first.

Ulos Shop is an e-store that is engaged in styles ranging from clothing, bags, shoes, accessories and others, which still require regional expansion in the sale and marketing of products provided both for customers within the city of Medan and outside Medan. Currently, the promotion of products sold on Ulos Shop is only done using Facebook and the recording of transactions at this store is also still manual, allowing errors in recording and also allowing data loss. At this time the way of purchasing at the Ulos Shop store is that customers go directly to the store to view and order the products provided. By building a web-based sales information system on Ulos Shop, it can help stores and customers in making buying and selling transactions, it can also help companies promote products through the internet. The design method uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram) modeling and the creation of a web-based sales system using CMS (Content Management System), namely Opencart. The results of this study are in the form of designing a web-based sales system that can be implemented properly by the company in order to promote products and make buying and selling transactions easily to customers.

BRImo application is a software support system owned by Bank bri in order to increase profits and provide maximum service to customers. With the BRImo application, it can make it easier for customers to register for new account openings and e-banking transactions anywhere without being limited by space and time. However, implementing information technology is not without risk, because banks are a highly regulated industry and must be carried out prudently. With the growing complexity of BRI's business activities and operations, the risks faced are also getting bigger. Threats that arise to operational activities can be triggered by various factors, both internal and external. Therefore, there is a need for risk management analysis on the BRImo Application using the ISO 31000 framework so that the possible risks that will occur can be minimized or eliminated by carrying out Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment. The results of this study are various possible risks in the identified application using a probability and impact matrix as well as the handling of the possible risks that exist. So that the results of this risk analysis can be used to help companies prevent, minimize risks, and treat these risks according to their priorities before the possibility of these risks hampering the company's performance.

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan bagian pemerintahaan yang menangani pembangunan dan perbaikan sarana umum seperti jalan raya. Tugas pokok pada bagian Dinas PU yaitu menyusun pedoman teknis pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengembangan kegiatan teknis pengadan jasa konstuksi serta pelaksanaan pembangunan layanan publik seperti pembuatan dan perbaikan jalan serta jembatan. permasalahan berdasarkan prosedur pelaporan kerusakan jalan yaitu masyarakat masih belum banyak mengetahui prosedur dan cara melaporkan kerusakan jalan di daerahnya, mekanisme pelaporan kerusakan jalan masih belum dilakukan secara publikasi melalui sosialisasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu extreme programming dengan proses pengembangan berorientasi objek serta bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi bidang pelaporan kerusakan jalan. Hasil penelitian yaitu pelaporan oleh pelapor menghasilkan informasi data identitas pelapor, data lokasi kerusakan dan data bukti kerusakan serta dapat diakses melalui informasi peta lokasi berdasarkan alamat yang dijelaskan oleh pelapor. Berdasarkan hasil uji menggunakan acceptence test criteria pada aspek fungsional diperoleh hasil 95,53% sehingga dapat dikatakan telah sesuai dengan fungsinya. Berdasarkan hasil uji usability sebesar 92,44% dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi telah sesuai.

ABSTRACT Emergency nursing requires prompt, precise, thorough and critical thinking nursing actions. Emergency nurses are often under high pressure, so they sometimes miss documentation of nursing care because it is still manually. Whereas documentation is important as an instrument of communication between professions that contains the status of patient development, patient needs, and activities that have been planned. the documentation process is considered a hassle for nurses because it takes time. Based on this, the researcher wants to develop a software to make it easier for emergency nurses to document nursing care in the emergency unit. The method used at this research is a product-oriented development model. The stages are: 1). Initiation System (initiation of the system), 2). Analysis System, 3). Design System and 4). Production that then tested through the prototype Black Box Testing. The research result shows that this software very useful because it shortens the time for preparing reports. Even this study uses students as research objects, nurses who work in the hospital also can use this software. Keywords: Nursing; technology; information; documentation; Emergency. Abstrak Asuhan keperawatan gawat darurat merupakan tindakan keperawatan yang cepat, tepat, dan memerlukan ketelitian dan pemikiran kritis. Perawat gawat darurat seringkali berada pada kondisi dibawah tekanan yang tinggi, sehingga terkadang melewatkan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatannya karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Padahal dokumentasi penting sebagai instrument komunikasi antar profesi yang berisi status perkembangan pasien, kebutuhan pasien, dan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dan dilakukan.proses dokumentasi ini dianggap merepotkan bagi perawat karena memerlukan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti merasa perlu untuk mengembangkan suatu perangkat lunak sebagai upaya untuk memudahkan perawat IGD dalam mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan di ruang IGD. Geographic Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Geographic Information System is data and information. Geographic Information System is very important for the development of an area. One of them is the Geographic Information System about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. The presence of the Geographic Information System is expected to provide convenience to people who need information about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Geographic Information System that was able to display a map of the location of the village head office with the help of Google Map Api, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Web and Android. This Geographic Information System is divided into 2 application parts, namely web-based applications and Android-based applications. For data processing using a web application, while to get information about the location of the village head office can use the android application. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, with black box testing, it was found that the Android application succeeded in automatically displaying the location of the village head office along with information and routes.

This study aims to build an Application of Student Satisfaction Levels with Academic Information Systems Through the Six Sigma Method Approach in the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unived Bengkulu, which becomes a measure of quality that moves towards perfection through statistical testing. With this application, it can be used to find information on the level of student satisfaction and evaluate the satisfaction assessment given by each student to the Unived Bengkulu Academic Information System. Based on the tests that have been carried out on 98 respondents with a 95% confidence level and a margin of error value of 10%, it can be concluded that the level of satisfaction received by students is in expressing satisfaction even though there are indicators that need to be improved or improved. The statistical test results of the validity test on 23 questions were declared valid, the reliability test was 0.99957, the stability test with the lower control limit was -0.4047 and the DPMO results obtained that the minimum value was found in P5 with a DPMO value of 0 which indicates the highest level of satisfaction and the maximum value. at P8 and P17 with a DPMO value of 200000 which shows the lowest level of satisfaction.

The purpose of the study was to describe the role of libraries in the perspective of social inclusion in active participation, to improve information literacy in rural communities as an effort to improve the welfare and quality of life of rural communities in order to welcome the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.The research object is based on the discussion of the role of libraries in the perspective of social inclusion and the urgency of information literacy in rural communities to improve welfare and quality of life in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The scope of the research is focused on the strategic meaning of the role of libraries based on social inclusion and digital literacy, which have a major role in improving the quality of life and welfare of rural communities. This research is called the historical approach with primary data as the primary source of information, the method of collecting data through library research, by reading various literatures on the subject of digital literacy, rural communities, social inclusion, social systems, welfare and quality of life of rural communities. The application of qualitative descriptive analysis and comparative analysis and content analysis in this study, to analyze the meaning of all concepts of digital literacy, rural communities, social inclusion and social systems. Observations are used to complement and support theory construction.The results of the study indicate that social inclusion-based libraries realize community information literacy, which plays a significant role in improving the welfare and quality of life of rural communities.

The concept of Information Literacy (IL) may be recognized as a recent concept. Along with the growth of information technology, other literacy such as Digital Literacy emerged as consequences of unfamiliarity with the new-emerging technology. However, Information Literacy is as relevant as the technology itself particularly todays. In an era in which users are flooded with information, and most of information they receive are frequently irrelevant to what they need. In addition, with the abundance of information available on the internet, most of the time the information they get are invalid. The example of fake news circulating on social media as we may have heard many times is because people are not able to evaluate information they receive. This paper explores the way in which the concept of Information Literacy is related to and found on the concept of Tabayun in Islam. The carefulness of evaluating information as the prophet Muhammad used to do when he received information that possibly be disinformation is one of the scopes in Information Literacy. The paper use library research method in discribing the key concepts of Information Literacy and Tabayyun of Information in Islam.the findings of the paper explores ways in which information can be evaluated through saveral methods and theories in order to get better, valid and reliable information
