Addressing critical literacy exploration into students’ language learning is perpetuated in this digital media- dependent environment. Reading and writing competencies have also pertained the critical enactment in order to present the beyond textual values. Through class discussions and class observations among 12 tertiary English major students in a private university in Indonesia, this study explores students’ beliefs and attitudes towards their critical literacy comprehension on online media information through writing practices. This exploratory case study collect the data covering the recordings of class discussions and class observations from student lesson implementation during their writing course. The results of this study reveal that most of the students are aware of the critical understanding of particular information conveyed from certain messages in their written works. Their beliefs on critical literacy agency has raised several attitudes of how they construct the social perspectives based on selections of what to include and exclude in their written texts. The article is also present recommendation to enlighten the learning in a critical stance.

Technology plays an important role in human life today, the ease of accessing the internet makes information technology a tool to help humans in their daily lives, one of which is a tool that can find new locations. The high use of search engines makes search engines the choice that is often used in finding information. This research was conducted to implement the Information Retrieval system to find rooms in the Engineering Faculty, Surabaya State University. The system will perform keyword indexing (query) to documents that are already stored in the MySQL database. This IR system is loaded on a Web page, equipped with general information about the room, the room's location point (Maps), and a Virtual Reality display that can provide users with a room browsing experience. The results of the study were a room search system website equipped with VR which was rated well by users with an average rating of 78%. From the results of this research, the IR web system is suitable for use as a medium to provide information and instructions for rooms in building A8, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Surabaya. In the management of information media, it is necessary to improve the quality of information and services, to support the needs of users so that information technology media can be used by users who are not familiar with the Surabaya State University environment.

Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya bertekad untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten di bidang penerbangan. Salah satu program studi yang ada ialah Diploma 3 Komunikasi Penerbangan, dengan salah satu kurikulum yang dapat membantu pendidikan Taruna melalui program On the Job Trainig En-route Flight Information. Dalam pelaksanaannya Taruna di harapkan mampu mengunakan Bahasa Inggris yang merupakan bahasa resmi secara internasioanl dalam ICAO. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan data yang ada pada ICAO Doc 9835 – Manual on the Implementation of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements.edisi ke-2 tahun 2010, Annex 10 – Aeronautical Telecommunication, volume 2 tentang Communication Procedures edisi ke-6 tahun 2011, Annex 1 – Personnel Licensing, Attachement A tentang ICAO Language Proficiency Rating Scale, KP 113 mengenai Lisensi Personel Pemandu Komunikasi Penerbangan, kuesioner dengan pengolahan data metode likert. Dalam proses pembentukan lulusan yang berkompenten dan professional, Program Studi Komunikasi Penerbangan memerlukan pelatihan atau yang disebut dengan On the Job Training. Sebagaimana tercantum dalam KP 113 Tahun 2017 tentang Lisensi, Rating, Pelatihan dan Kecakapan Personel Pemandu Komunikasi Penerbangan dan personel yang akan memperoleh rating untuk pertama kali pada suatu unit pelayanan komunikasi penerbangan wajib melaksanakan On the Job Training. Selama melaksanakan kegiatan On the Job Training para peserta mendapatkan pedoman pelaksanaan On the Job Training. Pemberian materi di dalam pedoman On the Job Training tersebut dapat mengukur nilai akhir peserta On the Job Training melalui kemampuan belajar peserta On the Job Training. Tujuan penulis dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh dari pedoman on the job training terhadap nilai akhir taruna komunikasi penerbangan pada pelaksanaan On the Job Training rating Enroute Flight Information . Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisa observasi dan kuesioner yang dihitung dengan teknik uji regresi linear sederhana melalui SPSS (Statistical Packages fo the Social Sciences) Penulis menemukan adanya pengaruh implementasi pedoman On the Job Training terhadap nilai akhir taruna komunikasi penerbangan dalam bentuk penilaian atau pemahaman materi.

This study aimed to determine (1) the readiness of teacher in applying ICT of science learning, (2) the level according to the application of ICT in the implementation of science learning, (3) the level of completeness of learners after applying ICT in science learning. This evaluation research use the Countenance Stake model that are Antencedent (input), Transaction (process), and Outcomes (output). Respondents involved in this study were Science teachers and students in Junior High School in Yogyakarta that consists of SMPN 5, SMPN 8, SMPN 15, and SMP Pangudi Luhur 1 Yogyakarta.Data collection techniques using purposive sampling using the instrument observation sheets, questionnaires teachers, questionnaires learners interview guidelines and checklist documents RPP. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach to the t-score, anda qualitative approach descriptively.The results of this study are (1) the preparation of teachers in applying ICT is still not optimal. (2) the suitability of the use of ICT in the learning process quite well, it was shown that on average the suitability of the use of ICT 48,24% at a preliminary stage, 53,21% on core activities. 47,20% at the closing, and 36,74% in the assessment of the range of 56-68%, (3) learning Outcomes are still unsatisfactory ie 62,72% of the normal standard of 70%.

This study is to prove and analyze the effect of health protocols, work from home and information technology systems on the work life balance and employee performance at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in East Java Province. The method used in this study is quantitative and explanatory in nature, namely a study that highlights between variables and tests a hypothesis that has been formulated in the form of causality (influence) that examines the effect (determinant) of one or more independent variables on one or more dependent variables.

Background: Muhammadiyah members are the information communication and education (ICE) strategy segments from Muhammadiyah COVID-19 Command Center (MCCC). MCCC aims to deliver education and campaign programs to control COVID-19 specialized for the Muhammadiyah members. Objective: This research aims to determine social marketing strategies through the effectiveness of the MCCC website in changing Muhammadiyah members' behavior in Jakarta Province. Methods: This research was quasi-experimental with a non-randomized control group design. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with 50 people in the intervention group and 50 in the control group. For one week, the intervention was to provide COVID-19 prevention material in PDFs, videos, and links sourced from the MCCC website. Results: The results show a significant difference in scores of behavior before and after website media intervention (p-value = 0.015). There was no significant difference before and after (p-value = 0.331). Conclusion: The intervention of media sourced from the MCCC website was able to impact the adaptation of Muhammadiyah members DKI Jakarta.

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) has made Indonesia's health condition critical. Therefore, the President of the Republic of Indonesia disclosed Presidential Decree No. 7 in 2020 regarding the Task Force for the Acceleration of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Handling. The decree relates to Act No. 14 in 2008 regarding Public Information Disclosure, Presidential Regulation No. 95 in 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems, and Presidential Instruction No. 3 in 2003 concerning National Policies and Strategies for E-Government Development. The decree demands information system development, similar to https://covid19.go .id, which describes COVID-19 nationwide. The site explains what COVID-19 and data of the COVID-19 outspread with geolocation and digital map, which may attract public attention. The presidential instruction forces local governments to build an information system, which is in line with the site by the central government. This paper describes the development of the system using a spiral model. It involves a variety of free and open-source software such as CodeIgniter, Mapbox, Morris Chart, MySQL, and WordPress. The site has been operational, and it attracts 150 visitors a day with 200 visits per day. As of January 6, 2021, the website has recorded 89,852 views.

A number of applications have been used for managing health data and information and tend to be fragmented between health programs in health offices. In consequence, the analysis and interpretation process becomes difficult since the data is scattered in separate sources. One of the solutions offered as an effort to synchronize and integrate health data in Indonesia is through implementing District Health Information Software (DHIS2). DHIS2 is an application that emphasizes data integration at the health office level. Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing UGM has been partnered with the Special Region of Yogyakarta Health Office to carry out community service activities in the context of utilizing DHIS2 for health data integration in the province. The implementation of DHIS2 was divided into 4 stages, namely workshop on data availability, socialization, and training of DHIS2; data mapping and customizing DHIS2; implementing health data integration; and dissemination, supervision, and evaluation. Six health offices were the target of community service activities in the province. DHIS2 has facilitated health office staff to analyse and visualize health information that is used for decision making and advocacy. This community service activity supports the government’s efforts to provide one-stop data and contributes to strengthening health information systems both nationally and regionally.

The waiting period for graduates of an educational institution to get a job can be a benchmark for the quality of the institution in carrying out the educational process for its graduates. One thing that indicates the success of the educational process in an institution is the absorption of graduates from that institution in the world of work. To achieve this, an educational institution requires a system that can provide services and specific attention to its graduates in obtaining information related to work by their scientific fields quickly and sustainably. In this paper, an information system based on SMS Gateway technology is designed as a medium that can provide information directly to graduates rapidly and sustainably according to the needs of graduates. The method that we used in this research is the Rapid Application Development method as an information system design method, and Black Box Testing as a test of information system applications that have been developed. This system was built as part of the Tracer Study for alumni of the UPI Cibiru Campus, to provide information on job vacancies by the scientific fields of its graduates.
