Abstract

This paper is to evaluate the use of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) at Hospital X which has been used so far. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage and user satisfaction on net benefits. Researchers use the DeLone and McLean method because this model is known as a simple model but is considered quite valid by researchers in measuring an information system. This research was conducted on the population of Hospital X staff who used SIMRS using a questionnaire. The research results show that system quality has no effect on usage. Then system quality affects user satisfaction. The results of this research also show that information quality and service quality jointly influence user usage and satisfaction. Additionally, usage and user satisfaction influence net benefits. As a mediator of use and user satisfaction, it also influences system quality, information quality and service quality on net benefits. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for developing the potential of SIMRS to be even better and provide information regarding the factors that influence the quality of SIMRS at Hospital X.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia's health sector through the implementation of SIMPUS and SISRUTE aims to improve the quality of health services and operational efficiency. SIMPUS is designed to integrate various operational functions of community health centers, while SISRUTE connects patient referral processes between health facilities. These two systems also strengthen coordination between health agencies. This study analyzes the readiness of human resources in the implementation of SIMPUS and SISRUTE using an associative quantitative design, a cross-sectional study approach, and ordinal regression tests. The research sample consisted of 39 respondents selected through total sampling. The results of the analysis show that technical competence and skills (p = 0.025), training and capacity building (p = 0.011), attitudes and perceptions (p = 0.018), mental readiness (p = 0.029), and performance and productivity (p = 0.015) significantly affect human resource readiness in the implementation of SIMPUS and SISRUTE. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving competence, continuous training, strengthening positive attitudes, mental readiness, and better performance are key factors in ensuring the effective and successful implementation of SIMPUS and SISRUTE, as well as improving the quality of health services in Community Health Centers and Hospitals.

Abstract

The management of inventory at the Department of Communication and Informatics in Kerinci Regency faced challenges due to centralized processes and the limitations of the existing desktop-based application, the Regional Management Information System, which did not meet user needs. To address this, a web-based inventory management system was developed to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time accessibility. The system was built using the Extreme Programming method over two iterations. The first iteration focused on inventory data management, item categorization, and asset history tracking, while the second iteration introduced features for reporting asset conditions, data validation, and recap reports. The development process included planning, design, coding, and testing phases. User acceptance testing and performance testing were conducted to ensure system quality and user satisfaction. The results demonstrated that the system functioned effectively, met user requirements, and supported efficient inventory management. This system is expected to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and public services at the Department of Communication and Informatics in Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the value relevance of financial and non-financial information in the Indonesian capital market. Specifically, it aims to: (i) assess the value relevance of financial information represented by earnings and book value; (ii) evaluate whether non-financial information, proxied by sustainability reporting and green accounting practices, is value-relevant; and (iii) investigate the effect of green accounting on earnings sustainability. The sample comprises 69 consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, covering the Food & Staples Retailing, Beverages, Processed Foods, Agricultural Products, Tobacco, Household Products, and Personal Care Products sectors during the 2018–2022 period. Using a regression-based framework grounded in the Ohlson (1995) valuation model and an earnings persistence approach, this study analyzes the association between accounting information, firm value, and earnings sustainability. The findings indicate that financial information, namely earnings and book value, is value-relevant and significantly explains variations in market value. In contrast, non-financial information in the form of sustainability reporting and green accounting does not exhibit value relevance. However, green accounting is found to have a positive effect on earnings sustainability, suggesting an improvement in earnings quality. These results provide important implications for investors and regulators regarding how the Indonesian capital market evaluates sustainability-related disclosures and green accounting practices, particularly from the perspectives of value relevance and earnings persistence.
