Abstract

The Village Information System (SID) is an information system that changes raw data into ready-to-use information. In addition, SID will provide convenience to village officials in providing services to the community. The development of this SID is expected to be able to provide acceleration and improve the performance of village officials in terms of service quality to the community, productivity, responsiveness, responsibility and productivity. The development of a village information system in service activities in Tegal village is a transformation from manual to computerized, so systematic efforts are needed in the preparation involving subjects, objects and methods related to the transformation process. The development of the village information system uses the software development life cycle (SDLC). Efforts to control the quality of the Tegal Village Information System use four characteristics of ISO 9126, to know that the parts in the application system have correctly displayed error messages if an error occurs in inputting data. The result of this service activity is that every Village Apparatus can understand the material that has been submitted and can practice the results of the village administration work in a computerized manner based on the Village Information System.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the provision of information and reduce the amount of paper use in the Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. With the large amount of paper used to provide information on conventional e-mading, it causes too much paper to be wasted and not too effective in providing information. With the large amount of paper wasted also causes inefficient time. Because too much information and announcements reported to the Electronics Engineering Department cannot be managed by admin in the Department of Eletronics, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. Therefore, for now there is a need for a digital madding to manage information and reduce the amount of paper usage. There are 2 methods used in this study are Data Collection Methods and System Development Methods. This Data Collection Method uses interview and observation techniques, while the System Development Method uses USDP. In this study using the USDP method, where this method can do an object-oriented software development, design and analysis of software design using the UML approach (Unifed Modeling Language)

Abstract

The rapid development of technology brings changes to all sectors. One technology that plays an important role is web-based. Abercode Software House is a company engaged in software development services. In one of the project order processing flows, the traditional method was used, namely interviews and manual notes. Therefore, a website-based Application Project Order Information System is one way to solve problems in Abercode Software House. The building of this system used software development using the Waterfall method and the PHP and HTML programming languages and MySQL as the database. The data collection method used was qualitative and data-based analysis methods and Blackbox testing methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the traditional method slowed down and complicated the ordering process. The testing information systems carried out with the Blackbox method obtained the expected results as a whole, with for the testing carried out directly by Abercode Software House.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design, and build an information system at POS SPP Bandung. The authors obtained the necessary data using observation, interviews, and literature studies from several previous studies. Based on employee observations and interviews, the system in POS SPP incoming division was less efficient, because it took two employees to run the item scan system. The goal to be achieved is that the information system that we have designed can help the process of receiving goods or items to be more accurate and faster. And as it only requires one employee to carry out the process of receiving goods, making it more effective and efficient. Therefore, in this study, an Android-based item input information system design was made using UML and implemented with the Java programming language and MySQL as a database and quick response code feature for the scanning process.

Abstract

Law is very influenced on the development of Technology. The current legal tool has no readiness so that it can not keep up with the rapid technological advances. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of regulation on protection system and law enforcement of ICT design based on creative economy to improve people's competitiveness. Research is a normative juridical study. The approach of this research is the approach of legislation, concepts and cases. This research is analytical descriptive. This study, using secondary data sources. Technique of collecting data with literature study. Data analysis technique by qualitative normative descriptive method. The regulation of the legal protection system of industrial design of ICT, in Law no. 31 Year 2000, has not been regulated explicitly about the element of novelty, the application of constitutive stelsel cause obstacles. The law enforcement of ICT design is not yet effective, because of three aspects: 1) The legal substance aspect is not yet explicitly regulated about the novelty element in Industrial Design terms and the qualification and classification of the object of Right, the substantive requirement of Right of Industrial Design, the provisions of sanctions that distinguish between rights violations caused by the substance of the "same" and "similar" Industrial Design Designs registered for commercial purposes; 2) the aspect of its law enforcers, there is no appeal commission of industrial design, law enforcers have not understood the substance of the provisions of industrial design law; 2) Legal culture aspect. Indonesian society is still communal.

Abstract

The global phenomenon in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era is currently hitting Indonesia. Many information floods the public every minute with various content spread across multiple media. This information for a country can be a powerful weapon as a form of intelligence product to prepare a national defense strategy. The demands of an increasingly fast-paced era make GEOINT needed to obtain information quickly, accurately and integrate synthesis and analysis. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the development of GEOINT in Indonesia and its application in overcoming information overload in the present. This study uses the library method by collecting references relevant to the research problem from various sources. The study results indicate that the overload of information from multiple increasingly sophisticated media due to technological developments has made GEOINT's information sources richer. GEOINT in Indonesia continues to optimize accuracy and speed in geospatial analysis to avoid losing to the rate of data sources that continue to increase, both from human resources, hardware, software, and access to information available according to Indonesia's needs. GEOINT as a national defense strategy can be carried out as a form of effective information collection and can protect confidential information. GEOINT will become increasingly valuable in both military and non-military management over the next few years.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority only regulates information technology-based money lending and borrowing services that have not yet regulated sharia-based information technology financing services (fintech Syariah). This is evidenced by the provision of loan interest rates in the Financial Services Authority Regulation. This is contrary to sharia principles. The existence of Fintech Syariah is only based on DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 which expressly states that information technology-based financing services are permitted with conditions that must be by sharia principles so that they cannot promise usury, gharar, maysir, tadlis, and dharar. Contracts that frame the legal relationship between the organizer, the financing provider and the recipient of financing, among others, the contract of wakalah bil ujrah, mudharabah, musyarakah, ijarah, and murabahah

Abstract

The role of the community is important in realising the fulfilment of the right to a good and healthy environment as part of human rights. Lack of awareness of the disclosure of information in environmental documents to the public in surveilling activities or businesses that impact the environment is one of the many violations of environmental law resulting in environmental damage and pollution. This paper examines the importance of information disclosure in environmental documents in supporting the role of community oversight of activities that impact the environment. It used a normative legal research method with the statutory and conceptual approaches. This paper finds that the disclosure of information in environmental documents is important in optimising the role of public monitoring. Environmental documents are used as a guide for detailed information related to compliance with the implementation of activity on its terms and obligations. Such disclosure can be seen as the implementation of the right to access information in support of community responsibility, guaranteeing and fulfilling the right to a good and healthy environment as a human right so that environmental damage and pollution from activities that are illegal and/or violate environmental permits can be controlled and prevented.
