Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Edunav in improving teachers' digital literacy and its impact on learning transformation at Sekolah Kharisma Bangsa. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis techniques, this study explores the Edunav adoption process starting from socialization, training, use of core features, to its integration in management and learning practices. The findings of the study show that Edunav is able to strengthen the four dimensions of teachers' digital literacy technical, pedagogical, informational, and ethical which further encourages improvement in the quality of learning planning, evaluation, and data-based decision-making through learning analytics. The implementation of Edunav is also influenced by various supporting factors, such as infrastructure readiness, management support, collaborative culture, and ongoing training programs. However, a number of challenges remain, such as digital literacy gaps between teachers, technical barriers, and resistance to pedagogical changes. Theoretical analysis based on multidimensional digital literacy and the TPACK framework show that the effectiveness of Edunav is highly dependent on teachers' ability to integrate technology with pedagogical strategies and learning content. This research emphasizes the importance of targeted professional development, consistent digital policies, and enhancement of LMS features to support the digital transformation of education in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial literacy and career prospect perception in students’ decision-making processes when choosing a study program at UIN Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari Ponorogo. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with students from various faculties using a qualitative approach and a case study method. The results show that financial literacy plays a crucial role in students' consideration of tuition costs, daily expenses, and long-term educational investments. Students with higher financial awareness tend to make more rational and measured decisions. Additionally, career prospect perception significantly influences students' motivation and confidence in selecting a major. Students who perceive strong career opportunities in their field of study are more optimistic and goal-oriented. Overall, the decision to choose a study program is shaped by a combination of internal and external factors, including economic conditions, access to information, personal interests, and long-term career goals.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student behavior problems such as the presence of students who lack attention in following lessons, the existence of students who have low motivation to do assignments, and the existence of students who do not have a clear learning direction or goals. This study aims to find out 1). Describe the learning interests of class XI phase F students at SMA N 1 Bonjol. 2). Describe the maturity of career selection of class XI phase F students at SMAN 1 Bonjol. 3). Testing the relationship between interest in learning and the maturity of career selection of class XI phase F students at SMAN 1 Bonjol. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research population was all students of class XI phase F, with a total of 313 with a simple random sampling technique or random sampling which produced a total of 175 respondents according to the research criteria. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship with a value of -0.202 < of a p-value of 0.007 with a weak correlation level. Based on these results, it is recommended for students to continue to increase their interest in learning in the maturity of career selection in order to support success in the learning process. For guidance and counseling teachers to continue to encourage and motivate students to be able to increase their interest in learning and the maturity of career selection in the school environment.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon in the field, namely there are still students who are afraid to go to school, and there are students who are quiet and like to be alone, and there are students who are unable to adapt to the surrounding environment. The objectives of this study are 1) The mental health of SMAN 2 Batang Kapas students, 2) The effect of bullying of SMAN 2 Batang Kapas students, 3) The effect of bullying behavior on the mental health of SMAN 2 Batang Kapas students. This study uses a correlational quantitative research method. The population of this study is 30 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The data analysis in this study is percentage and simple linear regression. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: 1) Bullying behavior of students is in the very low category, 2) Mental health of students is in the low category 3) There is a significant influence between bullying behavior on mental health at SMAN 2 Batang Kapas, which is 15.9%. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends to guidance and counseling teachers to continue to develop guidance programs that support the formation of students' character and behavior through appropriate approaches, and also recommend to students to increase confidence and the importance of mental health.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several students who experience obstacles in their interest in participating in individual counseling. In addition, students do not understand the impact caused if obstacles to interest in participating in individual counseling are allowed, so that the learning process in the classroom does not run effectively and students become less focused because they harbor the problems they have. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect students' interest in participating in individual counseling services, both from internal and external factors. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 323 students in class VIII, with purposive sampling techniques of 50 people, namely students who had participated in individual counseling. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using percentages. The results showed that 1) internal factors that affect students' interest are in the category of quite high, and 2) external factors that affect students' interest in utilizing individual counseling are in the category of quite high (78%). This study recommends that BK teachers can increase students' interest in utilizing individual counseling services.

Abstract

One of the principal's responsibilities in improving the quality of education is realized through efforts to develop the quality of teaching staff. This improvement covers aspects of pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competence. In the world of education, improving the quality of teachers plays an important role in producing outstanding students and creating an effective learning process. This study employs a qualitative method with an intrinsic case study design, focusing on the strategies implemented by the principal of State Elementary School 2 in Malang City to enhance human resource quality. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, limited participatory observation, and document analysis (school profiles, work plans, decision letters, meeting minutes, as well as official publications from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the school's website). The findings of this study indicate that: (1) strategies for improving teacher quality are implemented through various programs such as training, workshops, seminars, lesson studies, internal Subject Teacher Meetings (MGMP), and the use of digital technology; (2) there are supporting factors as well as obstacles that influence the process of improving human resource quality at MIN 2 Kota Malang; (3) The efforts undertaken by the school principal have yielded tangible results and significantly impacted the quality of human resources at the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing high school students’ interest in pursuing higher education in West Kalimantan using a mixed-methods sequential explanatory approach. Quantitative data were collected from 200 respondents (100 in Pontianak, 100 in Kubu Raya) through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS, while qualitative data were obtained from semi-structured interviews with students and school counselors/homeroom teachers, then analyzed thematically. The quantitative findings indicate that access to higher education information (O = 0.492; p < 0.001) and intrinsic–extrinsic motivation (O = 0.188; p = 0.032) significantly and positively affect students’ intention to continue to college. Conversely, parental support showed a significant negative effect (O = -0.188; p = 0.001), suggesting potential pressure. Socioeconomic status did not directly affect interest but influenced it indirectly through parental support with a negative direction. Although self-efficacy increased after training, it was not statistically significant in shaping students’ decision to pursue higher education. The qualitative analysis reinforced these results, highlighting financial barriers, limited access to information, and gender dynamics: female students were more encouraged to attend college, while male students tended to prioritize work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Cloteh (Congklak made from coconut shells and tea seeds) and storytelling-based counting on early childhood numeracy skills, while also exploring their interaction based on gender. A quantitative approach with a 2×2 factorial experimental design was employed, involving 35 children aged 5–6 years at TK Plus Al-Adalah, Purwakarta Regency. The research instrument was a numeracy test covering indicators of number recognition, object counting, number-to-quantity matching, and pattern making. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA with additional simple effect tests. The results revealed that the Cloteh game was more effective than storytelling-based counting in improving numeracy skills, while the combination of both strategies produced the highest scores. Gender had no significant effect, although an interaction between learning media and gender was identified. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a culture-based numeracy learning model by integrating the traditional Cloteh game with storytelling-based counting, emphasizing the importance of contextual, engaging, and developmentally appropriate pedagogical strategies for early childhood numeracy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of failure-friendly classrooms as a learning strategy to foster a growth mindset in elementary school students. In an educational context that still emphasizes final grades as an indicator of success, this approach offers a new paradigm that makes mistakes a crucial part of the learning process. Through re-evaluation of exam errors, students are encouraged to reflect, correct, and constructively understand their mistakes. This study used a qualitative method with a case study design at PP. Bustanul Ulum Mlokorejo, involving teachers and students as key informants. The results indicate that this approach can improve students' self-confidence, learning motivation, and self-regulation skills. Teachers act not only as assessors but also as facilitators who accompany the reflection process. Despite challenges such as time constraints, this strategy has been proven to create a more inclusive, supportive, and humanistic learning environment. These findings align with the theories of growth mindset (Dweck), self-efficacy (Bandura), and reflective learning (Brookhart), and support the vision of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), which places students as active subjects in learning. This study recommends the wider adoption of failure-friendly classrooms as part of transformative elementary education reform.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role not only in achieving academic goals but also in preparing students to plan and develop their future careers. The difficulties faced by many graduates in securing jobs aligned with their interests highlight the importance of integrating career planning and development programs into higher education. This study aims to examine the concepts, implementation, challenges, and solutions of career planning and development in order to enhance students’ readiness for the workforce. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, data were collected from various national and international journals. The findings show that career planning functions as a process of self-identification and strategy formulation, while career development emphasizes improving skills, abilities, and adaptability to workplace dynamics. Implementation can be achieved through internships, education, workshops, and the use of digital technology. The novelty of this study lies in integrating career planning and development with an emphasis on digital technology and contextual challenges in Indonesia. Recommendations highlight the importance of leadership support, technological optimization, and aligning career paths with student goals to strengthen graduate employability.
