Abstract

In carrying out learning the teacher must design and conduct learning efficiently, creatively, appear attractive and authoritative as an actor in front of the class, and the results must meet quality standards. Problems faced by teachers can be in the form of problems in class, or individual problems of students. Problems in class can be discussed internally and externally from students. Internal factors include: learning motivation, intelligence, habits and self-confidence. To improve student motivation, the teacher can create a pleasant learning atmosphere. One of them is by giving home assignments and discussions. The homework assignment and discussion are expected to grow students' motivation and activities and can create a pleasant classroom atmosphere in the process of chemical learning. For that research carried out directly in the practice of learning, where certain actions are carried out based on the problems in the field that must be addressed immediately. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo with a sample of class X MIA 3 academic year 2018/2019. Action research consists of two cycles where each cycle consists of 4 meetings. The data analysis technique in this study was to look at student learning activities in the teaching and learning process, the results of observation were analyzed by determining the percentage of each activity. From the results of this study it was found that the increase in student activity by giving home assignments and discussions was more effective and time-saving.

Abstract

Internal communication flow that took place at the Retired Women's Fashion Forum TNI - POLRI (FKPPI) was not as bright as the achievements he had achieved. There are still obstacles in the process of information exchange between FKPPI chairmen and FKPPI members, one of them is lack of communication between FKPPI chairman and all members of FKPPI and vice versa among FKPPI members who are still lacking to communicate each other, giving information to each other. Commitment should be a binder in giving more impetus to the success of the organization not appropriately applied by the FKPPI board plus many inactive administrators make barriers in achieving and festive success. All and every member should be able to actively engage and cooperate in various decision-making. Through the same goals and values ​​of organization with the purpose of members will create a commitment to achieve a better goal of the organization. This research uses qualitative approach with data collection technique through observation by doing direct observation. Population studied in this research is All Member of Communication Forum of Putri Putri Purnawirawan TNI - POLRI (FKPPI) In Karimun Regency either inactive or active still amount to 33 people according to organizational structure of management. Researchers take a predetermined sample in accordance with the technique used is Purposive sampling is to choose a sample based on the goal. Total samples taken are 10 informants who are active in the management of FKPPI. The upward pattern of communication within the Karimun District FKPPI is generally open, in which each member is given the freedom to express his opinions in the form of: ideas, suggestions, criticism or whatever else to the boss, as long as what they say can help in progress an organization. Downward communication pattern in FKPPI of Karimun Regency should run between members with its chairman. All that can happen because the communication between members is quite intimate and close to each other. Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the performance of employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency, the research variables were discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to reveal (1) the influence of discipline on employee performance, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. Based on observations and studies of experience, researchers found that employee performance at Radio Solok Citra Nadanusa in Solok District was still not satisfactory (still low). Researchers suspect that the low performance of employees is caused by many factors, among others, less wise leadership and compensation that is less satisfactory / not in accordance with his job. To answer this problem there are three hypotheses the researcher proposes. Pentama; there is an influence of discipline on employee performance, Second; there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, Third; there is the influence of discipline and concurrent job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at Solok Citra Nadanusa Radio in Solok Regency. The sample in this study was taken part of the population as many as 30 people. Data was collected using a Likert Scale model questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 13.00 computer program. The results of the analysis show that there are disciplinary contributions to 87.2% employee performance and contribution to job satisfaction on employee performance 81.5%. While the contribution of discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance amounted to 89.3%. When viewed the effect on the regression equation is Y = 19.988 + 0.595 X1 + 0.287 X2 Based on the results of these studies, the researchers concluded that there is a significant effect of discipline and job satisfaction together on employee performance. So the authors suggest to the parties concerned to enforce discipline and pay attention to employee compensation, so that employee performance is better or significantly increased. This does not mean that other factors, such as work motivation, educational opportunities, career system, promotion, work discipline, infrastructure, climate and work culture, security and protection of work that are not examined are ignored.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the performance of the Sijunjung District Office of Manpower and Transmigration Staff, the research variables were organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to reveal (1) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on employee performance. Based on observations and studies of experience, the researchers found that the performance of the staff of the Sijunjung District Office of Manpower and Transmigration was still relatively low. Then the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 13.00 computer program. The results of the analysis show that there is a contribution of organizational commitment to employee performance 78.2% and contribution to job satisfaction on employee performance 58%. While the contribution of organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance is 74.2%. If you look at the effect on the regression equation Y = 22,499 + 0,590 X1 + 0,212 X2. Based on the results of these studies, the researchers concluded that there was a significant effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on employee performance. So the authors suggest to the parties concerned to agree and keep the commitments that have been made with employees, so that employee performance is better or significantly improved.

Abstract

Based on the ability to write class VIII.D MTsN Pitalah in Sub-English Language Subjects Reveal the meaning in functional written text and simple short monologue in the form of narrative and recount to interact with the surrounding environment it was found that the ability to write students in English subjects is still low. The average ability to write students is still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to increase the ability to write students in English subjects through a Portfolio learning model in Class VIII.D MTsN, Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 28 students of Class VIII.D MTsN Pitalah. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been stated, it can be concluded that the Portfolio learning model can increase the ability to write students in English subjects at MTsN Pitalah. The ability to write students from cycle I to cycle II. The ability to write students in the first cycle is 59.62 (Less), increasing to 83.82 (good) with an increase of 24.21.

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class V students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan in thematic learning with the theme of Events in Life it was found that many student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning were still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Events in Life through the Instant Assessment Learning model with the Media Choose Number in Class V of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The subject of the study consisted of 25 students of Class V SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the learning model of Instant Assessment Learning Model using media choose number can improve student learning outcomes in Thematic Learning with the Theme of Events in Life in Class V SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.

Abstract

This research originated from the fact that the teacher's ability in thematic teaching in the class was not good enough to overcome this matter the headmaster held peer teaching. This type of research is school action research (scholl action research), research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research procedure consists of: planning stage, implementation phase, observation stage, and reflection stage. The research data was obtained from teacher competency assessment in the material study by observing all teaching activities through peer teaching. The results of the study showed that the teacher's ability to teach through peer teaching was proven by the teacher's competence in thematic teaching and was 86.6% in the second cycle. The activity of school principals in implementing peer teaching carried out the activity of the principal of the first cycle 69.2%. implemented after being reflected increased to 93.35% carried out in cycle II. After being reflected, an increase in the second cycle of teacher competence in thematic teaching can be increased to the activities of teachers in peer teaching. The first cycle of 68.75% was implemented after being reflected to increase to 86.63%. carried out in cycle II. From the analysis of the research it can be concluded that through peer teaching it can improve the competence of teachers in teaching at SDN 01 Muara Panas

Abstract

Pkn subjects are subjects that include material that leads to the formation of personality values ​​of students, Based on research experience in the field of student learning outcomes in Citizenship Education subjects are relatively low compared to other subjects, such as in social studies subjects, researchers Seeing the involvement and understanding of students in understanding the material shows that students respond well, because the media needed related to the material is on the walls of the class but is still limited. The method used in this study is the buzz group type discussion method. In the learning process the buzz group type discussion method is carried out in the middle of learning. The discussion method of buzz group type is carried out with discussion rules that have been made, group formation and design according to the formation that has been used, guiding the course of discussion, completing discussion topics in accordance with the material already discussed, reading the results of the discussion represented by the group leader, concluding the discussion results and students with teacher guidance conclude the material that has been studied as a whole. Based on the learning outcomes of VD class students in the first cycle obtained an average score of 69 which was completed as many as 11 students or 55% while in the second cycle there was an increase with an average value of 83.5 and students who completed as many as 17 students or 85%. From the description above, it can be concluded, that the learning outcomes of Civics Class VD at SD Negeri 01 Limo Kaum using the buzz group type of discussion method increased

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of Class II students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan in science subjects it was found that student learning outcomes in science subjects were still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in sub-science subjects. Describe the coordination and sensory systems in humans and their relationship to health through the Time Token Cooperative Learning Model in Class II SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan Tanah Datar District. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 22 students in Class II SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Research data was collected using observation sheets and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Time Token Type can improve student learning outcomes in sub science subjects Identifying changes that occur in animal growth (in size) and plants (from seeds to plants). In SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 52.84 (enough) to increase to 84.26 (Good) with an increase of 32.42%.

Abstract

The interest in learning is one of the important factors for students' success in learning. However, interest in learning fourth grade students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan in mathematics subjects was found to be still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about increasing students' interest in learning in mathematics through the Index Card Type Active Learning Strategy Match in Class IV SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 23 fourth grade students of SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The research data was collected using a test sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Active Learning Strategy Type Index Card Match can increase students' interest in learning in mathematics subjects in Class IV SDN 06 Lubuk Jantan. The interest in student learning in the first cycle was 69.67 increasing to 84.36.
