Abstract

Data mining can process previous data into a pattern to help the next human activity. Data mining is divided into several methods: classification, clustering, association, and forecasting. This study, using the classification method to determine the pattern of a dataset so that it can be used to predict decisions with new data. The dataset for the classification method must have a label or class. Datasets that have an unbalanced number of tags (imbalanced datasets) can affect the shape of the model and predictive results for new data. To overcome this problem, this research uses the ensemble method and pre-processing. One of the algorithms in the ensemble learning method is a random forest, and the pre-processing used is attribute normalization by converting nominal data to numeric. Random forest is the development of the decision tree that produces a tree-shaped pattern, showing the flow of the classification process. Random forest will be used for the learning process on the data after the attribute normalization process is carried out. This study aims to apply the attribute normalization process and use the random forest algorithm to overcome imbalanced datasets and measure accuracy. This study uses a public dataset from the UCI Repository, namely car evaluation. The accuracy of this method is ± 99% with 90% training data and 10% testing data, and ± 95.95% with eight k-folds cross-validation, and the number of trees is 100 trees.

Abstract

Changes in the shopping behavior of consumers who like to shop online and the rapid development of technology require micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) especially culinary entrepreneurs to find ways to utilize easy-to-use technology as an online marketing system, namely by becoming a Gofood partner and using Gobiz application. This study aimed to test the trust of Gofood partners in utilizing Gobiz application as an online marketing medium through an assessment of the success information system of DeLone & McLean model. The population in this study was MSMEs culinary in JABODETABEK. The sample of this study was taken using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach with the consideration that sample was selected based on the research objectives, namely MSMEs used Gofood and utilize Gobiz application in their business activities. The sample size used was 200 Gobiz application users. The analytical technique used in this study was structural equation model (SEM) analysis with help of smartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicated trust of Gofood partners can be influenced by information quality, system quality, and service quality from Gobiz application, then trust also has a direct effect on user satisfaction and net benefits by Gofood partners, and trust can also mediate information quality and system quality on user satisfaction and net benefits by Gofood partners. So the results of this study can provide empirical support trust can be combined with the Delone& McLean model on the success of Gofood partners in utilizing the Gobiz application in JABODETABEK.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is a state instrument whose role is to maintain public security and order, enforce the law, and provide protection, protection and service to the community. To support this role, the Police carry out various kinds of police operations. One of them is on the traffic function, namely by carrying out traffic operations. The Traffic Police under the auspices of the Korlantas Polri is a state instrument that is responsible for police functions in the traffic sector. Having a large organization, with 34 Polda and 504 Polres throughout Indonesia, is a challenge for the Polri, especially the Korlantas Polri, in carrying out traffic operations. The challenge faced is that the process of making reports on the results of traffic operations takes a long time, because the activities of reporting, collecting and managing traffic operation data are still carried out in a simple manner. This study aims to build a web-based application that can assist the process of reporting, collecting and managing data from traffic operations, as well as processing it into useful information. This application development applies the Extreme Programming (XP) software development methodology. The choice of the XP method is because XP is one of the methodologies that supports the acceleration of the development of a system with a minimum number of teams. In addition, based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the XP method in application development resulted in software that was in accordance with the requirements.

Abstract

From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Sentiment Analysis can be used to know the sentiment of the public, especially Twitter netizens against omnibus law. After the sentiment analysis, it looks neutral artmen with the largest percentage of 55%, then positive sentiment by 35% and negative sentiment by 10%. The results of the analysis showed that the Naïve Bayes Classifier method provides classification test results with accuracy in Hashtag Pro with an average accuracy score of 92.1%, precision values with an average of 94.8% and recall values with an average of 90.7%. While Hashtag Counter For data classification, with an average accuracy value of 98.3%, precision value with an average of 97.6% and recall value with an average of 98.7%. The result of text cloud analysis conducted on a combination of hashtags both Hashtag pros and Hashtags cons, the dominant word appears is Omnibus Law which means that all hashtags in scrap is really discussing the main topic that is about Omnibus Law

Abstract

Sending or exchanging data is something that often happens in the world of information technology. One of the data that is usually exchanged is voice. Voice is usually used to communicate. The data sent is sometimes important and even very confidential and must be kept safe. To maintain data security, it can be done using cryptography. One of the cryptographic techniques is the Advanced Encryption Standard or commonly called AES. There are three types of AES, they are AES-128, AES-192, and AES-256. Sending data via wireless sometimes there is noise, so the data sent is not the same as what is received. To overcome this, it can be done by forwarding Error Correction (FEC), which is a method that can correct errors from the transmitted information. To encrypt the information from the audio in this study added and controlled by the Secret key Controller and another Interleaver must be added to the output controlled by the Secret key Controller. This study aims to perform cryptography on voice to maintain data security by using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) cryptographic technique with test parameters namely time, file size, and SNR value. The results in this study obtained good encryption with an average filter of 400Hz.

Abstract

Cloud Computing has become increasingly popular in this technological era. Cloud computing offers various services, including cloud storage to store data. Accordingly, this study seeks to evaluate cloud storage services using the PIECES method. The PIECES method is used mainly for the Performance, Data and Information, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service variables. This research employs a quantitative approach by relying on the survey technique to generate data and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the data. The results demonstrate that 6 (six) hypotheses are empirically supported, and 1 (one) is not supported. In particular, the hypothesis that predicts Control and Security affect Service exhibits a coefficient of 0.233 (t-statistic <1.96).

Abstract

E-commerce is an online sales system that allows the process of purchasing goods and services via the internet in various business fields, including business-to-business (B2B). B2B or Business-to-Business is an electronic transaction that occurs between one business and another, in which the sale of products provided by a business is intended for another business. This study aims to discuss marketing technology in the corporate market, especially in the B2B section. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on papers regarding the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) planning which has the potential to significantly complement the use of business-to-business e-commerce technology. There are three Research Questions (RQ) set in this study. The results obtained from this study indicate that the potential presence of an ERP system effectively impacts the future economic development-based transaction costs associated with B2B e-commerce technology, while additional planning to ensure that the implementation of B2B e-commerce ERP is supported by incentives related to transaction-based communication costs savings.

Abstract

Producer Price Index is an index number that describes the level of price change at the producer level. Data users can take advantage of the development of producer prices as an early indicator of wholesale and retail prices. In addition, it can also be used to assist in the preparation of the economic balance, distribution of goods, trade margins, and so on. Every year the Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) updates data on the producer price index to facilitate producer price standards, including rice and grain producers. To determine the Price Prediction Index, a prediction algorithm is needed, namely Naive Bayes based on data from Quarters I and II of 2021. The Naïve Bayes Algorithm, can be used to predict the Producer Price Index. This prediction is made to provide an overview of Quarter III, considering that in 1 year BPS updates the Producer Price Index’s data up to Quarter IV in 1 year. The prediction obtained is an increase for Quarter III with a maximum value between 0.961 – 0.980 based on data from Quarters I and II.

Abstract

There are still many elementary schools that have not implemented an information system for processing student grades online. It is because of the assumption that it is still not needed, even though the use of computerized information systems can help schools in improving the academic process to be more effective and efficient. Currently, information systems with web-based applications still have shortcomings. The mobility of their use is still lacking when it is compared to Android-based applications (easier to use and access anywhere). The use of web applications as a means for teachers to input values as well as an android application as a means for parents to be able to monitor their children's academic scores is considered to be the most appropriate solution in implementing this information system, but the differences in platforms between Android and the web make it difficult for data to be integrated each other. Therefore we need an interoperability system to integrate applications from different platforms. Then an android based academic score monitoring application was made with a RESTful web service. The selection of the RESTful web service system itself is because this system applies the concept of a client-server where the server to be created is a web-based application that is used by the school to input student grades, and the client application is an android application intended for parents/guardians of students to get information regarding the value of his child. The output of this research is an application system for monitoring the academic scores of elementary school students by implementing the RESTful web service system in its application as well as the results of the application testing questionnaire based on the usability aspect of the application with the final result of the application eligibility percentage of 87%.
