Abstract

To support economic transformation and enhance the quality of economic growth in the taxation sector, the Indonesian government has reformed its tax administration system through the implementation of the Coretax application. Coretax is an integrated core tax administration system designed to unify all tax administration processes within a single digital platform to improve efficiency, transparency, and the quality of tax services. However, the success of system implementation is not solely determined by technological adoption, but also by the extent to which the system delivers tangible benefits to its users. This study aims to develop a conceptual model for evaluating the success of Coretax implementation by adapting the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. The study employs a conceptual research approach through literature review and synthesis without involving empirical data collection. The proposed model consists of six main constructs: Coretax System Quality, Coretax Information Quality, Coretax Service Quality, Coretax Use, Coretax User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits of Coretax Implementation. The findings result in a conceptual framework and hypothesis model that may serve as a foundation for future empirical studies in evaluating the effectiveness of Coretax implementation in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a STEM-based digital crossword puzzle learning media, assess its validity and feasibility, and determine its effectiveness in enhancing scientific literacy among fifth-grade elementary school students studying the human digestive system. The research adopted the ADDIE development framework, encompassing the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation and practicality assessments involved media experts, content experts, teachers, and students. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that the developed media achieved a validity score of 94% from media experts and 98% from content experts, both categorized as highly valid. Teacher evaluations yielded a feasibility score of 96%, demonstrating excellent practicality. In addition, the N-Gain score of 0.97 obtained from student responses reflected a high level of improvement in scientific literacy. These findings suggest that the STEM-based digital crossword puzzle is a valid, practical, and effective learning medium for fostering scientific literacy in elementary school education.

Abstract

Fly ash contains alumina and iron that are generated during industrial production processes. Effective utilization of fly ash requires a clear understanding of its physical and chemical properties to ensure optimal use. Fly ash comprises various components, including 13.05 wt% SiO₂, 16.04 wt% Al₂O₃, 36.06 wt% Fe₂O₂, and 6.20 wt% CaO. The objective of this inquire about was to decide the degree to which alumina and iron can be extracted by means of sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) leaching. The experimental variables included extraction temperature 85, 90, 95, 100, and 120°C and H₂SO₄ concentration at 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15% by volume. The procedure began with standardizing the fly ash by grinding to 60 mesh, followed by washing and drying. Next, the extraction process was carried out for 60 minutes with the addition of an aqueous H₂SO₄ solution. The coming about filtrate was analyzed utilizing Nuclear Retention Spectrophotometry (AAS) to evaluate the concentrations of broken up aluminum and iron. The highest extraction rates were achieved at 120°C with 15% H₂SO₄, yielding approximately 2.79% Al and 7.61% Fe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and perceived organizational support influence work engagement among employees working in the manufacturing industry. The research subjects were employees actively working in manufacturing companies in Bandung City. Through a nonprobability sampling technique, 228 employees working in the manufacturing industry in Bandung City were obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to test the relationship between variables. The research findings show that organizational culture and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. This means that companies with a positive organizational culture that emphasizes caring, clear work targets, management systems, and responsibility can foster employee enthusiasm and engagement with their work. Furthermore, when employees feel that the company cares, values ​​their contributions, and supports their well-being, this can foster positive reciprocal relationships and lead employees to be more enthusiastic, focused, and involved in their work. The results of this study can be implied by the management of manufacturing companies for the development of human resource programs.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Kopi Andung, a café located in Palembang, South Sumatra, where the ordering process was still carried out manually through the cashier, often causing service delays during peak hours. The research aimed to develop a web-based ordering system that facilitates more efficient service for customers while allowing café owners to monitor transactions virtually. The research was carried out from January to April 2025 using hardware and software instruments including Intel i7 processors, XAMPP, Sublime Text, and CodeIgniter. Data collection methods consisted of literature review, observation, and interviews, ensuring triangulation of data validity. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied, encompassing requirement planning, system design, development, and implementation stages. Results showed that the web-based system successfully accelerated the ordering process, reduced the risk of service delays, and improved customer satisfaction. The system was also proven to be adaptive to user feedback and operational needs. This research contributes to the field of information systems by demonstrating the practicality of the RAD model in developing café management solutions, providing both theoretical and practical implications for small businesses.

Abstract

Development in Indonesia continues to increase in line with growing community needs. In South Sumatra Province, one of the projects currently underway is the Kayu Agung – Palembang – Betung Toll Road. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Lean Construction methodology in Indonesia and provide practical recommendations for other infrastructure projects. The application of Lean principles in this project has significant potential to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The results of the study show that out of eight categories of waste, seven types of waste were identified. The two most dominant were Defects (24.14%) and Waiting (20.69%). The dominance of Defects indicates weaknesses in quality control, which leads to rework, cost overruns, and reduced resource efficiency. Meanwhile, the high level of Waiting illustrates a lack of synchronization in the workflow due to delays in material supply, ineffective coordination, and slow decision-making. The combination of these two factors has a direct impact on decreased productivity, schedule delays, and increased budgets. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for stricter quality control and time management strategies through the application of Lean Construction principles.

Abstract

The bakery and coffee industry in Indonesia has shown rapid growth and become an integral part of urban lifestyle. However, amid intense competition and concept uniformity, innovation that combines traditional and modern values is essential. This study aims to design a business plan for Soes Merdeka Bandung Branch with a heritage-based Bakery & Coffee concept using the Design Thinking and Lean Canvas approaches. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through market observation and interviews with potential consumers. The results indicate that Soes Merdeka’s main strengths lie in its strong brand image, authentic products, and customer loyalty, while its main weaknesses are limited digitalization and operational efficiency. Development strategies are directed toward menu innovation, digital marketing optimization, and enhanced customer experience. The implementation of SWOT and Lean Canvas analyses supports the formulation of strategies focused on sustainability and brand distinctiveness.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental right of every citizen that the state is obliged to guarantee, particularly for underprivileged communities. The zoning policy in the New Student Admission System (SPMB) was introduced as an effort to equalize access to education in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the zoning policy and educational assistance programs such as PIP and PKH for underprivileged communities in Sidoarjo Regency using an ex ante evaluative approach with a qualitative library research method. The evaluation was conducted based on six criteria by William N. Dunn, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The results indicate that the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity criteria performed relatively well, where the affirmation pathway met the 15% quota, PIP funds were distributed without waste, and various SPMB pathways provided proportional benefits. However, adequacy and responsiveness emerged as the main weaknesses, marked by 72 school dropout cases, low utilization of funds for educational purposes, and insufficient program socialization to parents. Regular face-to-face socialization, active mentoring, and cross-sector coordination are needed to optimize the zoning policy for underprivileged communities.

Abstract

Surviving and running a business in the era of Industry 4.0, which emphasizes the widespread transformation of digital technology use, is certainly a challenge for MSME players. The purpose of this study is to provide teaching intervention in graphic design for MSME product packaging and logos using AI-based applications. This study uses a mixed-methods design with a structured intervention over eight weeks involving 20 MSME participants. The stages of this study include (a) initial assessment and participant selection, (b) intervention procedures, (c) post-intervention assessment, and (d) data evaluation and analysis. The results show that this framework is effective; all participants successfully exceeded the competency threshold (70%) and showed a significant increase in design creativity. Thus, it is concluded that the integration of AI through structured teaching is an evidence-based strategy for accelerating MSME digital design literacy, providing important implications for empowerment programs and digital economic transformation.

Abstract

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) with 12 slots 8 poles, using Magnet Infolytica software. The main focus of the research is to evaluate the impact of changes in the width of the permanent magnet (32 mm to 52 mm) on electromagnetic characteristics, such as current, voltage, torque, input power, output power, and energy conversion efficiency. Simulations were carried out at a rotational speed of 750 rpm with a resistive load of 70 Ohm. The results showed that increasing the width of the permanent magnet had a positive impact on the performance of the PMSG, the best generator at a variation of the magnet width of 44 mm which had an efficiency of 88.6% with a current of 8.9 A, a voltage of 565.97 V, a torque of -66.08 N/m, an input power of 5189.79 Watts, and finally an output power of 4598.67 Watts. These findings are expected to be a reference in designing an optimal PMSG for small to medium-scale renewable energy power generation applications, especially in Wind Power Generation (PLTB) systems.
